My main man Todd is my favorite. He helped choose all of he options for my hat and it came out wonderfully. You see at my office, it’s “LA Style”, so basically I get made fun of all the time. Well the next day I brought in the hat I was drowning in complements. I would definitely recommend lids as a company due to my customer experience and the product. The most recent hat I bought was “mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell” and even when I got coffee the baristas loved it! Thanks Lids!

Very poorly ran business... Ordered a custom design they never sent me the final to approve like they said they would...drove to the store a week later because nobody answered the phone...when they finally finished..drove to the store that is supposed to open at 10...showed up at 1020??? Unbelievable

I’ve never had a problem at this lids before, they always have great customer service and I never have a problem finding something I like, this time the manager Todd helped me and everything was great until check out.. I had let the associate Austin know that his “fly” was down and his underwear was visible while he had his leg up (no one wants to see that) and he shrugged his shoulders like it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t do anything about it... all after I watched him staring at and checking out my girlfriend the entire time we were there... I will return to this location but I’d like to see some major changes in the professionalism of the employees.

Leslie Tanner, the new Store Manager from Arkansas, is absolutely amazing! Ive gone to this store a few times to get my logo put on some hats, and every time I leave happy. This time was no exception. We had an issue trying to fix the background on my logo, and Leslie kept calling people back to back until she found the solution we needed. OUTSTANDING customer service, Leslie! Thank you!

Its a small lids location with a fairly aggressive sales staff. You should know what to expect if you are walking into a lids, but this one falls slightly short on selection.

They have hats. Lots of them. Do you need a hat? Get one here making you better feeling.

Typical hat shop, great selection average prices. Employees found be better attuned into customer service instead of blabbing about their own lives but I was just looking anyhow.

I needed to get a last-minute gift for my toddler. I wanted to get him a New York Mets hat. I cant get one of those at my local King Sooper. So I looked up my nearest Lids store and found out theres one in Castle Rock right where I am. Google says they open at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Sticker on the door says they open at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. I show up at 10:05, but the lights are off and the door is locked. I hang out for several minutes, but still nobodys there. So disappointed.

If only I could give negative stars. Manager doesn’t know how to return an online order. He initially said they don’t, however told Lids customer service (on the phone cause I had them call him directly) that he doesn’t know how. You have one job and can’t do it. Worthless.
