If I could give twenty stars, I would give a twenty +. Customer service is supreme, unlike most companies today. Rose is always there to solve any issues large or small, making hearing aids a pleasurable and painless experience. If you have hearing aids you know this is huge. I will always do business with (and refer anybody to) Castle Rock Audiology. Having a wide range of hearing devices, convenient scheduling, and caring and knowledged doctors, makes them a one stop shop. Thank you again Castle Rock Audiology for being so personable.

They love to send mailers to dead people because they buy old mailing lists. Nothing like the lovely reminder of a lost one in your mailbox. They told me that her name would be removed from their lists, but it wasnt.

Five stars isnt enough for this fine office. My husband had a hearing problem which was getting progressively worse. A couple of years ago he went to another audiology group where they confirmed he needed hearing aids, then proceeded with a very hard sell on very expensive hearing aids. The experience here was so different! It started with delightful Rose at the front desk being so personable and pleasant. Dr. Baker is also very pleasant and, after a good, solid hearing evaluation, suggested a type of aid for my husband.....it was half the price of the one the other group suggested. Dr. Baker wasnt pushy and even offered the fact that a slightly lower priced product would work well for my husbands particular issues. Chris (audiology tech) did a great job of getting him all set up, Dr. Baker re-checked before we left and Rose helped us swiftly, but thoroughly, through the paperwork. Best of all, my husband is commenting about things like the sound of the wind and is hearing me very clearly. I LOVE this office!

This was my first visit to this office and I was very well taken care of. The receptionist was so friendly I was at ease right away. I have never worn hearing devices before and Dr. Baker took great care to explain everything I need to know about them. From batteries to placing them in my ear. I was surprised at how much time she spent with me to be sure I was well informed. I will only be going to this office for all my hearing needs.Update:Had to return to this office due to a hearing aid problem and once again it was a wonderful experience. They solved my problem and took the time to make sure I could fix it myself in the future and without charge. It is so refreshing in todays world to receive such great service from such caring people. I recommend them to everyone

A very pleasant and professional atmosphere is created by each staff member. Options are offered for devices and payment plans. Very pleased with my new hearing aides.

Highly recommended! Very competitive pricing with my insurance. Very educational in explaining my hearing status and ways to remedy my needs. Excellent follow up to tweak my hearing aids settings.

I am new to the hearing aid market. Castle Rock Center for Audiology has made this process very painless with their excellent employees, beginning with the front office. Everyone has been helpful and I find Dr. Baker to be patient and knowledgeable. She listens intently to my feedback and I find that so helpful....I would recommend this office to anyone who has hearing issues!

A special shout out to Rose who is the most helpful person and nice person I have dealt with in any type of customer service capacity. Another thank you to Audiologist Anna Cate. Anna was able to find my hearing aid dome inside my ear canal. Hmmm...I knew it went somewhere 8:)I cant tell you how much I appreciate the Parker and Castle Rock Centers for Audiology. I work with the Dr. Erin Davlin and cannot express my gratitude how customer service friendly this organization has proved to be. Even when I have lost my hearing aids, Dr. Davlin, Rose and the rest of the team have been my advocate. Excellent office staff!

Wow, no words to describe how professional and courteous my experience has been with staff and audiologists. I have been at both the offices. There is consistency across the board. I was in for various reasons--cleaning and adjustments. Hearing aids are expensive but have so improved my day to day life. Learning to take care of the aids is something I need to review often. They are so great at instructing and demonstrating the how tos of replacing batteries, domes,and wax guards. Woot, Woot.Thanks!
