Our favorite place for a treat! Always packed. Such great flavor choices and rich texture. The friendly employees here are always so nice and smiley! And they work quickly too! With both gelato and ice cream, you’ll find something yummy! Homemade fudge sauce is served warm. Sundaes, shakes, cones. Find yourself something nice and head across the street to the park!

Best gelato Ive ever had. Try a scoop of lemon with a scoop of chocolate. So good. My kiddos love the traditional ice cream and usually go for the birthday cake flavor but it hasnt been available the last few times we went in (which has only encouraged them to branch out to other flavors which they have also loved). The service is always fast and friendly and if you want to just enjoy at home they have a great online ordering service where you place your order and then just walk in and grab your order from the freezer. Its in a perfect location for enjoying ice cream on festival park which is right across the street.

We have visited several times. The quality of the treats are amazing and the services is always first rate! We really enjoy going in for a treat.

We needed a place like this in downtown Castle Rock, and its in a good spot close to Festival Park--I hope they add some outdoor seating once the weather warms. The selection is good and the Jamaican Coconut ice cream was really tasty (bits of real coconut, so you know its good); we havent tried everything yet but Im sure well get there by the end of the Summer :)

Some of the best cookies and cream ice cream I have had in a long time! I have to recommend the waffle cone as well because its deep and well crisped!

I cant figure out why you wouldnt give this 5 stars. Great location, really good ice cream and gelato with a huge array of flavors. Sizes, cones, etc have plenty of choices. And the people they have working there are the most cheerful, friendliest people. Weekly outing for our family.

Opening day and it was so great to see so many local people at the opening. It was really busy, but they had a good variety of ice cream, sorbet and gelato!I chose the lemon raspberry sorbet as well as the mango. Both very delicious and not overly sugary tasting.They also make their own waffle comes and thats a big bonus, the smell makes you want to drool when you walk in!The only downside I can see if that during summer when it gets busy there maybe a lack of car space around. But its so beautiful downtown you can get an ice cream and walk around!Hope these guys stay in business!!

Awesome ice cream. Huge portions so make sure you go when you are hungry. We had great service and very friendly. Take your ice cream and go across the street to the park. Makes it a great day. Especially during the holidays when they have the tree lit up and all the lights.

Went to the farmers market and went across the street for ice cream. Kids got mint chocolate mint, strawberry. Hubby got a sundae. I got key lime pie and pina colatta gelato. It was a hot day out. But the ice cream and gelato melted super fast. Kids said our ice cream turned to soup

I had a rose flavored ice cream which is the first rose flavored anything that I e ever tasted and it blew my mind. I crave in constantly and look for it everywhere I go but can not find. The ice cream and Gelato are great, but I hate the strong arm way they make you tip employees that are making a decent hourly wage already. Tipping is for going above and beyond and for those that are making very little hourly. It should also be private. They should not be staring at you while youre practically forced to leave a tip.

We love Glacier! Awesome little ice cream shop with homemade ice cream and fresh waffle cones. We love their huge selection of ice cream and gelato. The customer service is always 5 star, as well! They are definitely not overpriced; they are on par with other ice cream shops. We visit them at least weekly!

This is our second time here and it was amazing once again. There hasnt been a flavor we did not enjoy sampling here. Last time, I got a salted caramel, and this time I got strawberry fudge, and both were delish! The sorbets are excellent and every flavor is full if flavor. Definitely come and try this place out!

The ice cream is delicious, however, long line and the employees seemed to have no sense of urgency when waiting on people.

Always busy but worth the wait! Everything is freshly made, they have a large glass window so you can see them working in the back of the store! Great atmosphere and staff.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, they had plenty of unique flavors and I ended up having a scoop of turtle. It was delicious. Just a little sad that they didnt have black walnut ice cream.

We stopped here for a treat on February 29th. The ice cream and gelato was great and the service was top notch. The owners had their family in town working and it was fun to see the whole family hanging out working together. A couple of toddler boys walked around like they ran the place and rightfully so. A group of teenage boys came in and asked about a donation and the owner was quick to help them out. Absolutely recommend this place.

Yep, they make gelato here. Its gelato. I like gelato, so I stopped here. If you like gelato, you should stop here and get some. If you dont like gelato, this probably isnt the shop for you. But if you like gelato, you know... Stop here. If youre thinking about gelato, this is a good place to stop. On a hot day if you want something cold like frozen gelato, you should stop here. If you like being hot, frozen gelato probably isnt for you. If I havent answered your question by now Im not sure I can. This place makes and sells frozen gelato.

Really really good ice cream, what more is there to say?! On nice days its busy, like line out the door and theyre really slow at moving people through the line so plan on a long wait, but the ice cream is worth it. Its great how close it is to festival park, grab some ice cream and hang out at the park!

Ice cream was good, my friend enjoyed the gelato. Sunday afternoon, hot as heck out but they only had 2 people working. Line took forever and they were out of bananas. Got a sundae instead the guy making it made such a mess he had to take time to clean outside of the container. Use bigger containers or charge less and dont cram it full. Its always packed but I wouldnt go back.

We have been several times since they open. The ice cream is some of the best we have had. The owners are really friendly and so are the associates.

Pretty good selection of ice cream and if you happen to be there when they are filling the chocolate pints, ask for a sample of the fresh stuff. Its like a mix between pissing and ice cream and is soooo good!

Took forever on service & it was a Monday night ... over crowded and very limited selection on ice cream . Very SMALL place . Def not 31 flavors here .. It was decently priced but for the time it took I could’ve made a banana split at home in 5 min . When we ordered to go she put it in a container that didn’t have an appropriate lid.. along with excessively large straws NOT suitable for children . Won’t be returning. .

New to downtown CR, perfectly placed in the heart of downtown.. so when you accidentally park 3 miles further than you should have and need something to cool off with its gotchu.

Our first visit to this wonderful new addition to downtown and certainly not our last! They have a large selection of ice cream and gelato in both a cone or a cup. We had the key lime and chocolate gelatos. Wow! Service was friendly as we sampled a few different flavors. Can’t wait to try more of their flavors. I think I’m going to grab one or two of their “to go” cartons for my family lunch this weekend!

Definitely the best ice cream and gelato in Castle Rock, and I dare say in Douglas county! Only recently came upon this place during a Festival and Im disappointed I didnt come here sooner.The ice cream flavors vary from the classics, like vanilla and cookie dough, to the more interesting, like Vermont Maple and Jamaican coconut.I havent had a bad flavor yet and I dont expect to.If you get a cone, get the fresh waffle cone, theyre absolutely amazing!You also have the choice of getting a milkshake, sundae and banana split. Additionally, their serving sizes on cones are fairly generous.All else I can say is to stop by and try their ice cream or gelato!
