Seemingly very overpriced. The guy that checked me out seemed confused by the total amount of the bill, he implied that it seemed high. Oil change and safety check were almost $200.I got a quote on tires for a 2006 Yamaha V STAR and was told $400 + installation.This is also very high compared to Fay Meyers and other known garages.I felt this was because Im female and was paying for my sons bike. ( He saved for it himself and doesnt have a car.)I felt an assumption was made about me as I live in Castle Rock.( Im a single mum of 4, I work 60-90 hours a week at a local hospital mainly with Covid patients. I do not spend my time drinking Pumpkin Spice lattes while shopping with hubbies money in my Uggs!)

Bloody Knuckles went out of the way to get my UTV ship shape. I had them pick my Polaris Ranger up for its virgin service and they heard something that did not sound right. Found a problem with the valves. Took my UTV to the Polaris dealer to have it fixed under the warranty and explained the problem to them. Did not charge me for their efforts other than delivery. Great job finding the problem and arranging for repair under the warranty. Honest, helpful, and just plain good folks. My thanks to a quality shop.

The team at Bloody Knuckles did a great job of servicing my StreetGlide, They also installed a Rekluse Clutch system. They kept me informed about everything and went above and beyond in getting me back on the road.

BKG did some work on a scooter tire for me. They were helpful and had it finished in a few hours. I highly recommend them!

These guys were excellent - I had 10k servicing / new tires / latch fix / emblem replacement / gauge replacement for my Harley CVO - they did a great job. My only note is their busy very busy so you might have to wait to get your bike in but what’s the rush ? Quality over speed is priority. I highly recommend this shop for all your work . All the guys are very customer oriented.

Although i didnt have any work done Troy and Darryl took the time to answer of few questions on repairing a snowmobile that blew up on me last weekend. If i ever need some work done i wont hesitate one second to give them a call. Awesome Guys over there.Thanks

No appointments taken so there is a bit of a wait once you drop your bike off, but the guys know what they are doing and take their time discussing options with you. Much preferred to the bigger shops attached to dealers that treat you like a number/only have service because they have to. They did a great job putting new tires and a new LED light on my bike. The light made riding at night so much better.

Dont own any toys for them to work on, but they were awesome to us when we were unable to get to their neighbor to pick up parts for OUR baby, a 68 Ford Bronco. They were friendly and made us feel welcome during our interaction. Loved the show room! Id recommend them just based on their treatment of us, non customers. Great guys! Thanks for the help!

Ive brought my Polaris 570 in 2 times now and had to get the fuel pump and line replaced. The fuel line failed and they replaced it and didnt charge me a cent. Highly recommend them for any repairs you may need. Definently my go to repair shop.

I was in an accident on my bike. While I was recovering Troy from bloody knuckles heard about it through a friend. He went and picked my bike up from the tow yard, so I wouldnt get charged for my bike just laying there. In the next few months Troy worked with my insurance company, and not only repaired the bike, but also made it look very custom. If I had any questions they were always answered immediately. After getting my bike back, I got compliments everywhere . Since then I traded for another bike, and wouldnt take it anywhere else. Darrell is also amazing. Clean shop, and very friendly staff!

BKG did a phenomenal job on my 2006 Polaris Sportsman. I brought it to them with a huge mess that involved the wiring system and they put it back together so it looked brand new! Wow, I was super happy with their work and their customer service! They charged me less than they could have. Amazing company, highly recommend them!

They picked up my old ATV, which was not running, and two dirt bikes, which Id bought used and ran like hell. They took the time to understand what I wanted done, called me with updates and questions, made sure I understood what they were doing, and delivered everything back to me. The ATV and the dirt bikes ran like they were brand new. Huge improvement. I liked their work so much, I asked them to fix my pristine 01 Ducati 748S, which I wont let anyone touch. It had a problem with the cooling system. It took them one hour, and the bike was back to normal. Highly recommended.

They did an awesome job of servicing a 2001 rancher 350 that had never been off our property and used for 15 years for plowing, harrowing, pulling a mower, etc. We had a full overhaul and added a winch. When I went back with some questions they couldnt have been more helpful - strongly recommend.

I have a long and interesting history with Bloody Nuckles. I’m a mechanic for 40 years my hobbies are riding dirt bikes street bikes and building a show bikes. I found Bloody Knuckles back in 2014 While running into complications with building a high-performance motor for a 1998 Harley softail Show bike. I was dealing with problems that do not have an out of the box solution. Troy has an incredible understanding on how an engine works. He has a very logical approach was a great help in solving mysterious issues. I’ve seen a lot of pro’s in my time and Troy is right up there with the best of them. Bloody knuckles also has, in my book one of the best Harley mechanics in Colorado and I’ve dealt with a lot. His name is Daryl and I find him extremely knowledgeable.They continue to grow and do more in more business and continue to increase the size of there shop and staff which speaks Volumes For their skills and ability to run a business properly.Bloody Nuckles is my first choice for the best job.

UFC bad ass Donald Cowboy Cerrone is like a son to me. He came by our house with his 2015 Aprilia Dorsoduro 900 in the back of his truck all the way from New Mexico and was heading to find a dealer that could troubleshoot the irregular reving of the rpms on his bike. I called Troy Marx at Bloody Knuckles Garage who immediately got on the phone with Donald and spoke to him about his bike. Troy offered to come get the bike and took on this Aprilia like a Boss! Donald was busy with his fight training camp and left the Bike and went back to NM. Troy went over Cowboys bike and troubleshot the issue - it needed a TPS sensor. He contacted Cowboy about price amd Cowboy was so happy that he had Troy put new tires on his baby as well as a full service. He stayed in contact with Cowboy thru the entire service amd helped my hubby 2001 NHL Stanley Cup CHAMPION Scott Parker load Cowboys bike up for its voyage back to NM. Needless to say Cowboy was so pumped to get his bike back all fixed and was pumped about the fair price he paid. Working on an Aprilia is something Troy and his crew didnt have to do - but he took that job on with Valor and confidence and we are so happy he did. Troy works on all of our toys- Polaris quads and snowmobiles, my hubbys 2001 Harley that he put the Stanley Cup on, my HD street GLIDE, my Suzuki, and numerous other toys and equipment. I even rode Parks Stanley Cup bike one day and needed air in my tires and the steering wheel tightened. I roll up to Troys shop and they are packed with toys that valued customers needed fixed and as busy as they were, Troy came out and checked the bike over for me - that meant so much to me that he cared that I was safe. He didnt have to go above and beyond.... But he did. bloody Knuckles garage is the best in the business hands down. Thank you Troy and Krew for taking on Cowboys bike and for always going above and beyond for us. Our toys run like Champs... Just like Scott Parker and Cowboy Cerrone!
