Super nice employee and 70% off a dream pair of hiking pants. If your scared off by the retail price of the products, dont be this is a true outlet store. Oh and they will tailor the length of pants for free. Very happy with this store and I WILL come back.

Very high quality Swedish gear. Im ecstatic that theres an outlet in Colorado.My last trip included a new travel wallet, a hat, and new G1000 trousers. Fjällräven is relatively new to the US, but legendary in Scandinavia for their sustainable approach to their products. They were eco-friendly long before it was trendy. This store has a very friendly, helpful staff, and they are more than willing to help. Full 5 stars!

Outstanding quality outdoor gear. They have an extensive range of clothing and the staff are helpful and able to offer advise. Prices are expensive (even at outlet reduced prices) but you are paying for a quality product that will give you years of wear.

Management appears to be so incompetent that they deny business to vaccinated customers who are not wearing masks. No other store at the outlet was denying service. Theyre a private business and can do whatever they want; however, be warned of their anti-science and unfriendly covid policies. I used to shop here a lot, but I wont be coming coming back. The clothes arent even bussin, anyway. 🤦🏽‍♂️

The staff at this location are great. They have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and personable every time Ive been in. They are quick to address you coming in and make sure to point out all the deals they have going on. The quality of the products and the people who work there are the true reason that nearly a quarter of my wardrobe is Fjäll Räven.

Awesome store and products. Well worth the price. I stop here every time Im visiting Castle Rock. Quality over quantity is the deal. Ive got pants that have been used and worn in the most rugged places of the US Deserts over the past 2 years, and are still like brand new condition.Staff is very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly to talk to.Could not be happier with my purchases and experiences.

Weird expensive clothes.

Customer service is great if youre white... Standards have gone downhill. the Associates at this location are not very helpful in finding items for customers. The lady who is faily overweight with visiable tattoos is not someone I would ask for advice, her appearence is intimidating. One of the guys looked like he just woke up from the back. He looks like he hasent showered in weeks.. I also overheard these kids crack jokes about another customer leaving cause they didnt have want he needed.

Stopped by while looking for some outdoor gear. WAY TOO OVERPRICED!!! They were touting that they were a Swedish company (which made me want to buy from them less) and that their gear was basic in design and made for those who wanted to enjoy the outdoors hassle free. If thats the case then dont charge an arm and a leg for the same stuff that you can find elsewhere.

I love this place. The staff are incredibly well-informed and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and gently guide me to what would best suit my needs. This is high-quality gear made to last a lifetime - you dont buy a Lexus and complain about the price! Ill be going back soon.

Very nice store and staff. All were very helpful. I clearly understood their no return policy as this is an outlet store. Know your businesses people, all outlet stores have great merchandise, it just didnt sell in their regular stores. Be a more knowledgeable shopper in the future. Fantastic store!! So thrilled there is one in my state. Let alone an outlet. Fantastic prices. The clearance is out of this world!I had a horrible experience with the staff at the BOULDER CO, store. Really, just an awful experience.I called PJ at the outlet FROM the Boulder store and he was able to set aside two sizes of the jacket I wanted. His knowledge of the brand was amazing. And his customer service was impeccable!Taking my initial experience with the Boulder store and turning it around and not only keeping me as a customer but enticing me to come back and get the pants I wanted as well.Ask for PJ. And IMO bypass its expensive and snotty Boulder store and get whatever you need at the outlet for a fraction of the price.Five out of five guys!!!! Thank you!

The staff is super knowledagable about their outdoor gear and took so much time to teach me about the types of materials, waterproofing, and other features on their clothing. And they were happy and incredibly patient to help me try on about 30 different items to make sure I got the exact one for me. Not to mention how high quality, stylish, and functional Fjallraven products are.

I’m currently in Sweden reading these reviews, the ones who say they are too pricey, I just bought a bag here in Sweden at the original retail price for $110 and there are others with leather straps for $160 (I’m talking about the kanken backpacks) I would have gone to this outlet, but I wanted the original and to know for a fact it came from Sweden where it originated. I feel like the price is worth it, they are really popular, and people will pay the price for a good product... if you want a cheap bag go to Walmart.

Quality and fashionable outdoor gear, but their shirts fit strangely, boots didnt feel as nice as the price tag demanded, and repairs are on us to do.

Last Sunday I came into the store simply to browse and noticed a pair of Hanwag Rotpunkt shoes on the shelf marked down 60%. I know the shoe well and theyre extremely difficult to find. I was curious so I went up to the counter and spoke with P.J. who was friendly and very well versed in the shoes. I asked if there was any chance of finding these shoes in a mens 10.5, any color will do if I can get them. He didnt have them in stock which I expected but he looked nationwide and found 1 pair in a 10.5 in the whole country and theyre blue which would have been my first choice! He said he would have them shipped to their store so I can try them on and if I like them I can take them. I received a call yesterday that they had arrived along with a pair in a size 10 of a different color to try. I went last night and worked with P.J. again and the shoes were perfect. Perfect shoes, perfect color, and above all, perfect service! I work in sales for the Cadillac dealer in Boulder and I value customer service above anything else, every employee I came in contact with was friendly, smiling and gave off a great vibe. I left ecstatic and would gladly recommend this store. I never leave reviews, this was worth one. Thanks!
