Very friendly and helpful staff. Their covid protocol is top notch. The doctor took the to time to explain every detail to me. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great optometrist.

Visual Insight Optometry was able to get me into a next day appointment. The staff as well as Dr. Nguyen were amazing! I was able to have my eye exam and pick out frames in timely fashion, all in the same visit. Sophia was very helpful walking me through the process. Thanks to the prompt and professional care I received, I was able to participate in my league hockey game the next day. Would recommend!

This office is horrible with COVID guidelines. They should be ashamed of calling themselves doctors or health care provider. Not recommended at all.

I had this doctor for 3 years. She is kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I have a very high glasses and contact presciption and she goes beyond what is normal to give me the best brands, trial sized products and even a few free contacts.
