A very nice and clean Dollar Tree i ever see. Staffs are very kind and helpful.

Love it here can literally get lost for hours browsing the aisles. They have many name brand products that I would have never thought they carried like Pantene and Scott toilet paper/paper towels! Didnt even want to review for the thought of sharing such a gem...but I no I cant be greedy 😑 so enjoy

This store has great stock on hand. They say “what can you expect for a dollar “ Well plenty, especially for holiday type stuff, craft, and Beauty aids. Place recently opened up and personally I can grab essentials and that is great.

Everything a dollar or less. Some good deals for school supplies etc. Lots of cheap stuff, both price and quality.They even have a pregnancy test... but I wouldnt trust that for a dollar.

Small story, short. My youngest child is autistic and non verbal. Today out of nowhere just after walking in store my son went into overload and was belting out earpiercing screams just as we came up to the front to get rung up he screams again as well as laughing hysterically and, just as i turn to a checker all heads in line turned and she says, Maam if you cant get your child to...... I had to shut her down with that by saying, Hes AUTISTIC. Moving into her checkstand to put my items on the belt i hand the keys to my eldest daughter and had her take her brothers to the car. Paid for i items and left. Parked in the lot next building over i walk towards the car and become a waterfall of tears just as i get away from public eyes.... Never have i been attemted to be told that if i cant get my child to stop(his sensory overload), that i would have to leave the store. As a paying customer myself. Even as a witness to the same behavior of other childeren and the mothers going through this too have i ever felt more compelled to educate the uneducated people about the struggles of what children on the spectrum deal with beyond control. So maybe thats my mission in life. ~~~~Going back to my rating my store experience- every visit prior to today never was there a problem. But today just really broke me. Maybe i needed the waterfalls. Maybe i needed to see it purpose thats destined for me. To be the advocate my child needs, as well as the support of other mothers out there dealing with likewise moments. As for the checker all i ask is that you have empathy in your ❤ to not be blinded by the behaviors to speak up first by judging and almost reverting my shopping elsewhere but to show support for the one handling the situation with grace and a grain of salt. Underneath that momentarily exchange of order, it DEEPLY pierce the heart and showed me what my son and i will be facing throughout life to come. {{{RANT AND RATING OVER}}} MIC DROP🎤

It was a joy shopping at this location. It was very well stocked with items and people were nice and helpful.

Newly built place. It is clean. Good place glad it opened up because Castro Valley doesnt have anything like this compare to South Bay that has a lot of different dollar trees.

Cashier take too much time, engaging in conversation with the customers . The other one say she was close and she was the boss refusing to take my business. You just lost a customer

There shelves are full. It was nice to see that. Alot of other stores have a lot of empty shevels.

I love dollar Tree but this store just opened and they will learn what the people desire in this area. A good store to go to for cost savings.

This store had different stock items than other stores perhaps because it was seasonal stock but it was a nice shopping experience.

The cleanest most organized dollar tree I’ve ever been into. Perhaps because it’s still somewhat new. They had things fully stocked and organized. Helium for balloons is finally back to Dollar Trees. Best past part was barely any lines or people in store.

Great costumer service. Well cleaned dollar tree unlike others I’ve been too. Definitely coming back!!
