This was the best place ever. So i ordered online and came to the place a bit late. I was heading to towson to drop it off. The lady named “Nicole” gave me a red insulted bag with ice to keep my chocolate strawberry cold. I cannot thank her enough. I hope she get seen for this behavior and gets a raise or anything of that sort. Will be coming back soon!!!!

I have come here many times and have had decent service. I recently went and no one was at the front (which isn’t unusual). So I waited patiently for a few minutes. I saw someone from the back peak out to see if there were customers never addressing me she went back to doing what she was doing. I waited a few more minutes before leaving. At least tell me you’ll be with me shortly. I will take my business elsewhere. Smh

I came into Edible Arrangements on a whim because I was in the area and needed to kill a little time. The lady who helped us (I think the owner?) was very friendly and helpful. Best of all, she was awesome with my son who likes to socialize but can be a bit shy at first. My son is too little for a whole smoothie on his own, so we shared and she offered to split it into 2 cups for us. The smoothie was delicious and it was a good experience overall.

On New Years Eve....5 minutes until closing the FABULOUS owner Cathy accommodated me with customizing my order because she refused to let me leave dissatisfied....She was adamant that a left a happy customer...And to top it all off she gave me the most sincere hug and wished me Happy New Year.‼‼‼🎉🎊🎆

Excellent service, on time, fruit was fresh (as it should be). Edible Arrangements are a little expensive or would have rated 5 star.

Normally I dont do this. But Im so mad. I place this order early in the morning, since my friends house is literally like 10 min from them I was hoping they wont take for ever to deliver the gift. Is 8:00pm and they just left it at the door because they arent home (they went to the dinner for his birthday) I cant understand why they took for ever. When I call to confirm the order she told me between 5 and 7😒 totally unprofessional.
