5pm 9/19; just left this good will store where the store clerk and her good friends were discussing holding certain items back so only the friend could buy them; the friend didnt have the money at that time. I thought it was first come-first serve, not first your friends and screw everyone else! We wont be patronizing this, or any other good will ever again.

First time here, was surprised by the amount of items in the store.Lots of things to located and find. Found lots of things to buy

This Shop the first time I shopped was very cool but next time I went my daughter wanted a glow cat thing but they did give it to her because the barcode couldnt scan! Ill never visit this place ever again!!!

The selection was not compelling. More so, the store was not neat or tidy. I have been given no reason to return.

I had not been since the pandemic! But seems like somethings were little pricey. I went recently and found the cutest shoes!! I did get few bargains. :)

Average Chinese buffet with sushi bar. The buffet & grill in Laurel with better prices and selection. Overpriced compared to Glen Burnie also.

This location (Rout 40 west Catonsville MD) is always pleasent to visit, I always get a heart felt hello when I enter the store. Even though I didnt find what I went in for, I did find two great looking ties.

In the last few months alone book prices have gone up 5x what they were. Ive donated hundreds of books here because I could always find good ones for cheap, too. Not anymore.

The worst place to visit ever Id highly recommend to find somewhere new to go the cloak and OK I see it was disrespectful to the customers lazy and just Disrespectful to the customers nasty the storage manager was even worse

First time shopping there and the place needs to be cleaned. The floors were dirty and most of the place was unorganized.

Nice place. The staff are very friendly, its well organized and the prices are great.

I used to love this location, but lately it has become sloppy and junky. Merchandise sits in shopping baskets around the floor and the items on the shelves appear to be thrown in.

Great selection of merchandise. I picked up two nice sushi serving trays a book and two speakers. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

The selection today was not very good. I went yesterday to the one on 40 next to the old pier one. And they had tons of stuff.

This store is VERY unorganized!!! The kids clothing section was a complete mess. Nothing was organized by size, style or sex. There was infant girl clothing mixed in with teenage boy clothing. The staff was so rude. I watch one of them turn down a couple at 6:40, claiming the store was closed and the store closed at 7. This place will NEVER get my business again.

Overwhelming due to the amount of stuff. Store not so laid out well. Stuff seems all over. Not so appealing. Only one cashier was open and checking out wait was too long.

Has a lot of stuff but the store isnt very well pull together. Its mostly clothing but has some decent furniture pieces most days.

Rude staff would not accept my donation or allow me to dispose of the items. Terrible selection in a dirty dingy unorganized store. Truly one of the worst Goodwills Ive ever been too

It seems that the items that they used to get are no longer on the shelves. All the name brand items are being diverted. Someone should watch the employees.

I always find great deals here. Last month I purchased an army green coat with fur trimmed hood for three dollars. They have a great deal of new with tags Target items. They also have a nice selection of womens dresses-I always find something unique whether its ethnic wear or nice work pants. Great gem!

Big store. Ive been multiple times and I think it needs some help at the moment. Its disorganized.

Sometimes challenging to select clothing due to an overabundance of items hung on their racks. One can find some nice items if you are patient. Fitting rooms available if needed. Some cute decorations for the home.

Staff was friendly, good selection, I joined the Goodwill Rewards went down the road a few miles to another Goodwill about an hour later and couldnt enter my phone number for the rewards after making yet another purchase at that Goodwill as well, machine said.... couldnt enter another purchase within an hour.... other than that, all was good .....at good will :)

I found a few things I was looking for at a reasonable price but things need to be labeled correctly so that I can calculate in my cart correctly while Im shopping instead of jacking the price up on me @ the register with a new one because Im buying the merchandise and misinformed pricing needs to be given correctly also. Other than that, they have some pretty cool things here, the staff was pleasant and its neat and tidy. I will be returning 😁

Sadly Goodwill isnt what it used to be, but if you look hard enough there are still some great finds hidden amongst all the clothes, plates, cups and saucers. I do still miss the way they used to be but I know there selling the good stuff on line.

Its not as huge as some of the largest thrift stores in the DC-Baltimore metro area (2nd Ave, for example), but it is clean and the staff are very friendly. I scored 2 nice womens tops for $4.95 each, and 2 Corningware casserole dishes, one deep ($7) and one shallow ($2 - half off) in perfect shape with one matching lid (included) to fit both. Every day, certain items are 50% off, based on the color of the plastic barb that connects the price tag, *not the tag itself*.

Nice and clean! Prices clearly marked. Very nice sales people!

While this store is fairly clean and well lit, the pricing is bad. Many obviously not new mens dress shirts were priced up at $12 or more. A baby outfit was priced at $10. Also, like many other Goodwill locations, the rewards program wasnt working.

Nice display and a lot of good quality stuffs! Different from other Good Will store. Spacy place so its good to look around and spend some time, but they dont have that many selections. Anyway I like this place than others!

If you pay attention to their ads you can catch a great sale!

Got a nice bookshelf and shoe rack for cheap and it helps others too! Good for trinkets and t shirts. Large Dept store feel.

I dislike all of their employees. They’re all so rude and disrespectful. They do nothing besides walk and mug people. The inside is also very messy usually. Don’t go here !

Donated items multiple times. Sometimes the staff is appreciative and makes donating easy. Sometimes, the staff makes things a pain. In one trip, the rep questioned each individual item and then wouldnt even take the boxes that I brought stuff in. It seemed like I was an annoyance in her day.

I go into this store to spend money a buy a piece furniture. I sit on it to feel if it is comfortable. I was told the staff YOU CAN NOT SIT ON IT IF YOU ARE NOT BUYING.Outrageously Ridiculous!!!!!!DO NOT SHOP HERE.

The store Manger is a piece of trash! Very ignorant and bad customer service!Went in there to make make a purchase for a couple shirts. Thought I was buying a 3 shirts for a great price! It ends up being more then I thought and I tell her Im leaving one. Then she gets smart with me telling me its this price b I tell her its ok I dont want it! I let that first incident go by! Then when it comes to pay the other 2 shirt I swipe my card on their machine she starts going off with attitude raising her voice! Due to this I told her I didnt want any of it n stormed out! She called me a dumbass. That is no way to treat a customer! This is the worst Goodwill I have ever gone to! I DO NOT Recommend this Goodwill! Go to the one in Glen Burnie!

The cleanest and most well organized Goodwill That I have ever been to. Skip Wal-Mart and come here instead!

Clothes are arranged by color, not size. Mens and womens clothing are mixed together despite signage. Shoes are not grouped in any way.

It is a big store and cleaner than most thrift stores. Customer service was very slow.
