Paid for stereo system install, including connecting the factory backup camera, and steering wheel controls for the radio. I supplied everything except the wiring for power and signal. They refused to properly program the steering wheel module, they lost the adapter for the backup camera, and they wired the backup camera directly to 12 volts rather than using the adapter which changed it to 6 volts. I offered to teach the guy that unlocked to the store how to program the steering wheel module, but he insisted he knew how and that my module was bad! After 10 minutes I had the module programmed and the steering wheel controls working properly.
