Love Sherwin Williams paints and great customer service. I have never had a bad or disappointing visit. Employees are industry professionals, knowledgeable, and helpful with great suggestions when a customer is unsure of the colors they want or need to complete home improvement projects.

The employee Cory was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with helping me make my color selections. This will be my go to paint store for now on.

Probably the closest paint store to my house, and I mainly came to this location because the guy I bought my house from bought the paint here and I was trying to get matching paint. Overall the employee were able to eventually help me get the paint I was looking for.Ive been to this location twice, I dont really have anything to complain or brag about. Paint is good quality.

I was looking for paint for my my kitchen walls (total remodel). The young man (Kannon?) helped me pick out a color for the wall that I actually liked. I am very happy with that choice of color. From then on it went down hill. I asked him if there was a special on paint going on and he said that the paint was 40% off. He did not tell me what type was on sale. After I paid for my purchase I questioned the discount. Found out that only the Emerald type paint was 40% off while the rest were 25% off. To top it off, I also purchased a quart size container of paint. After he mixed it up, he handed me a badly dented can. I went back into the store and asked him to mix up the paint in a can that was not dented. He complied. I have bought paint at this store a number of times (and left a positive review because of the excellent service I received). Not this time....very disappointed.

Great People with Great Attitudes! It is rare that you go into a store these days and all the employees have the best attitude and really want to do their job. That is the case at this Sherwin Williams store! The manager Chris is extremely knowledgeable and friendly - always willing to help with a color match - and he gets it right every time. The other employees are always very helpful and willing to answer any questions you have. I thoroughly recommend this Sherwin Williams store.

Adrian at Sherwin-Williams on Knox Abbott Dr. in Cayce, SC is an extremely nice sales associate. He helped me pick out two different paints that I needed for the outside of our home and took great strides to make sure I that I was satisfied. Thanks Adrian and Sherwin-Williams. I will return.

As a commercial paint contractor I come to this particular location almost every day. Ive known the employees here for years. They are all very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on the products that Sherwin Williams carries. They wont hesitate to go the extra mile to help you out anyway they can. I recommend this store to anyone who is considering a DIY painting project or needs a new store for there business.

Disrespectful towards customers asking advice about paints and pointing to stars does not explain the quality of anything we were buying paint my friend made a comment Im a scientist the stars mean nothing so youre going to have to explain them to me I dont know the differences and as he walked back to mix the paint he made a smart remark to the other co-worker who is acting manager and said scientists huh!! When we approached the worker that was standing as manager at the time she told him what had happened and hes like okay thats fine customer service really needs to be a priority they were both very disrespectful and then told us we were being disrespectful and we were just asking questions and we had a concern because we felt the smart remark was unnecessary and rude to make that comment about a customer standing right there and saying it under your breath you know its not right the acting manager started shaking because he was startled I guess and then acted like a child wood in a little fight with a person at school telling us we were trying to be intimidating we will not be going back to this one
