Bob is very helpful kind and knowledgeable, we wanted a floor model and it was going to have it picked up in a couple days, but it accidentally got sent to hurricane and then was delivered. There was no charge and a little bit more waiting but they got it installed and was very kind to me y 6 yr old who was constantly watching them. sometimes life happens, but a great company to work with

We financed a couch from them. We love the couch. Earlier in the year a sales guy pulled up my account and told me that interest would start to accrue in August. So I planned the rest of my payments on that. I get that on my account I could have seen that it started in July but I just trusted their employee. Which I was wrong to do I guess because instead of my final payment being $235 it became $595 with just one months interest. They offered to take $100 off which is something but still ridiculous. I get that it’s my fault for not checking but it completely ruined our experience with this company.

If we need help theyre right there to help.Last year we bought a dresser, nightstands and a bed from Boulevard. We absolutely love them all. The quality and service were impeccable. The delivery was great... Right to our front door and into our bedroom. We didnt have to lift a finger.I see people complaining about the prices here. Well, if you want quality material that you arent going to have to replace every 5 years than its totally worth it. I want this furniture to last way more than that. Its solid and well built with high quality woods, brackets and steel fittings. Even has a felt lined bottom on all the drawers. Plus the drawers pull out as easy as silk and they have a special catch feature when they close tight. The bed & dresser frames have large steel wrapped designs all around the tops and bottoms that are very thick and solid. If youre looking for Walmart prices for some cheap particle board furniture than go to Walmart... This isnt that place. They also have a knowledgeable staff eager to answer any questions and help throughout the whole purchase process. If you need something more custom, than they can help through that process too. Again, you wont find that anywhere else on that level of quality, in this area, that we have found. Simply unmatched.My wife and myself will be back for sure. The table I bought for over $500 first time came in with no hardware and the second one was warped wood and we had to return it. Thanks for the refund, however this was a huge waist of my time. Todd was the salesman that helped us. I do not wish to get a speech on your CEO and the history of how he gets good deals on furniture and learned to speak Korean and blah blah blah... most customers just want good quality furniture at a reasonable cost. Exceptional customer service does not include puffing up your ego or your CEO’s ego.

I love my new bed. It is exactly what I wanted and I have slept so well. I prefer the pillow top, vs the memory foam, and I appreciate companies are still making top notch pillow top mattresses for people like me. 10/10 would recommend.Ps. Furniture shopping is not my thing, and in this day of short supply, and far too many stories of long lead times, I was dreading this project even more. Once my selection was made, and the order placed on a Monday, the furniture was in my house by Friday, except for the coffee table. That will be July. I can live with that. Every thing was great. There was a minor damage problem with a spindle on the stair railing but I think It can be repaired fairly easy.

I was pleasantly surprised when my husband looked online and found the sale at Boulevard on the dishwasher that I had been planning to buy at a big box store. We saved more money at Boulevard, had all our questions answered immediately, and felt like Bob really cared about helping us. Weve already been back and bought a refrigerator!

Went in thinking I was going to have to buy a new washer but after explaining the problem I was having with my current washing machine, Bob Frolli took the time to give me a lesson in front load washers and drain tubes. He may have lost a sale on that particular day, but I will be back. His honesty and help gained him a devoted customer for the future. Thanks Bob!

UPDATE: Tod our salesmen was very nice however we have waited over a month an a half for our couches to be delivered. Today our couches were finally delivered and they’re the wrong color. We ordered grey and the couches that were delivered today are brown. We ordered the couches in store and later ordered a grey and white coffee table set online to match the grey couches. So I emailed the store and am waiting for them to contact me back. I was not there during delivery or I would not have let them leave these couches. Hopefully they fix this issue. It’s super disappointing when you wait so long for furniture. I will provide a picture of the couch in store that we ordered and the couches we received.

Dave Leavitt was awesome to work with! Didnt try to pressure us into anything, we waited for 6 months for a couch from a different store. Went in and asked Dave what they have in stock, found one we loved at a great price and got it the same day!!The honesty of this store as well is amazing. We were interested in a chair that was on backorder and rather than being told just some date it would be in (like the other furniture store had told us) we were told that they have no idea when it would be in. Not the news you want, but is way better than being told it would be in next month then just keep pushing the date out.

Absolutely pathetic service or in better words lack there of. I came in yesterday with my son to purchase a mattress. We walked in and few pwople walked out of the back room looked at us made a disgusted face and turned right back around and walked away. Absolutely no one welcomed us into the store. No one offered to help us find a mattress. I had actually found a mattress that my son liked. Tried to get someones attention and each time i was given a dirty look or they walked away. What a let down from blvd home. So i went on over to down town furniture across the street and found a better mattress for a much better peice and it was same day delivery, my son and i were both greeted at the door and treated as equals at down town furniture. Dont waste your time with blvd home go right across the street and get the same thing or better for a better price and dont waste your time on blvd where they are rude and inconsiderate.

Dave was awesome! I needed a new freezer because we had a beef coming. My husband was hunting so he couldnt pick it up. The Blvd doesnt deliver here on Mondays so Dave loaded the freezer up in his own truck and brought it to my house. Thanks to Dave and the other Blvd employee that brought it up from the warehouse. They went above and beyond to help me out. It was very much appreciated.

They delivered both and had no problem when I needed to send back the sofa and have it custome made to have the ends switch sides, to fit better in our home. We are loving it.

Very nice store with quality furniture. Not full of cheap stuff like some places. Its super clean and they have the cutest decor. Although their website is lacking as far as being user friendly. I tried their website before going in and the search optimization is dismal at best. But the store and staff are excellent!
