Triple S should be proud to call Andrea an employee of theirs. She goes above and beyond to help her customers. We purchased a brand new Polaris General last year and have had issues with it almost since we got it. We are from Vegas and we went to one of the few places in town that work on side by sides and they couldn’t diagnose the problem. Triple S installed a few things for us (back seat bench, street legal kit, etc) when we first got the machine last year so we naturally thought going to them to help us diagnose the problem would be our next option. So we made the drive to cedar city and dropped off our machine on one of our vacation trips up to Panguitch lake. Not only did they diagnose the problem almost immediately but Andrea made sure to truly help us get the best deal, she made sure all our regular service was up to date, she made sure to have it done in a beyond speedy time to make sure we had it for our long vacation, AND, when she found out we weren’t going to be able to pick it up before closing time, she made arrangements to allow us to pick up our General after closing time. WOW is all I can say. I have never met an employee to go so above and beyond for their customer. Needless to say, we won’t let anyone else ever work on our machine except for Triple S. Thank you Andrea for being the person you are and truly caring about your customers. We appreciate it more than you know.

I had a very good experience buying a razor from them and even drive from Las Vegas to get services done because I like their customer service so much. In Las Vegas they make you feel that they could care less if you come in and almost that you are bothering them. Here at Triple S they truly give you great service and make sure you are completely satisfied before you leave. The last 2 times we were there it was near closing time but not one person made us feel like we were being rushed out. Keep up the great customer service.

Two things - (#1) I was able to bring my machine in with incredible service (thank you Andrea!!) and everything went perfect from reception to when I drove away with my repaired machine. Service was quick and communication was amazing. I loved it so much that i actually decided (item #2) to buy a new Ranger. I purchased my 2018 Sportsman with TS and when I had trouble installing my snow tracks for the first time, I was able to drop off my vehicle for an immediate assessment. A few parts needed to be ordered but Andrea was super responsive and even texted photos of the missing parts in case i had them lying around. They even coordinated vehicle delivery when my trailer was incapacitated. Having a safe vehicle for winter travel is vital especially when my kids are involved. I feel much better knowing a thorough tune-up occurred at TS.

Shad and the guys at Triple S Polaris went above and beyond on our Polaris Ranger Northstar Crew. After searching for months and dealing with horrible customer service from Polaris dealerships in Vegas, we finally found these guys and could not be happier. They were honest, kept us updated the whole time on the build, and made it clear that they actually wanted our business. When parts for our build were widely unavailable due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Shad made dozens of phone calls and got the parts there. He got the machine done on time. We saved thousands of dollars by using Triple S versus any of the other dealerships in Nevada or Southern Utah. And for just a few hundred dollars, they delivered the machine to us—we didn’t even have to make the drive! I would definitely use these guys again and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Polaris.

Hands down the easiest purchase that I have ever made. Literally minutes from start to finish. I guess, it was meant to be. Completely, painless! Great service. I bought a side by side, as a surprise birthday present for my husband. Brett was amazing to work with He drove from Cedar to Washington Fields to help facilitate the surprise this morning and we succeed. My husband had no idea and was shocked that I did this all on my own. The numbers were honest and fair. I felt like Brett wasn’t out for a sale but to make sure that we got the best off road vehicle at a good cost and that we would be ultimately happy with it. Buying a machine at Triple S is the easiest no pressure buying experience I have ever had. They beat all competitors OTD prices within a 300 mile radius. There entire sales team really has a knowledge on all the machines and doesn’t just try and make a sale but find the machine that is best for what you will be using it for. Brett was my salesman and really went above and beyond to make it an awesome buying experience. Don’t look anywhere else if you are in the market for a Polaris!

We have been very disappointed in the sales and service here. The service team is less than helpful and after keeping our RZR for weeks failed to get any parts needed ordered under the warranty. The very expensive, pushy sales “riders advantage” they sell is a joke. I would choose to never buy from here or encourage anything me else to either.

Just want to thank everyone at SSS Polaris. Great customer service and experience. I have purchased 4 different RZR from them on top of sending all my friends there. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new toy. They are not just a sales person. These guys actually know what they are selling and what can and can not be done.

Ranger is such a universal machine. Has heaters for cool days up in the mountains. Nice size bed for bringing along extras. Great control up and down hill or tight turns on trails.

They were great! Kelton was my sales guy and he went above and beyond staying past closing so I could pick up my daughters atv. I will be doing more business with them in the future!

The service side of this business is horrible. Horrible stressfull, frustrating experience. Razor is still not fixed after 3 weeks under warranty. We filed a complaint with polaris and upon picking it up now our Azregistration, owners manuel andUtah tag recpt are gone! They said oh sorry tough luck, didnt even offer to replace the OWNERS manuel. The service manager himself, Dan, said the 1st time we took it in that, The left side doesnt know what the right side is doing. Well folks I wouldnt reccommend or ever use this place if my life depended on it. My insurance company implied that they take these registrations and use them on stolen vehicles for licensing. BE CAREFUL!!

I took my bike there to have the valves replaced. Its been almost three months and I still havent gotten it back. They also gave me a list of parts they needed(which I had to request). So I took the list home and looked up the parts myself. The price on the list for just one camshaft was $499, and I needed two of them. All the prices I found for just one camshaft were anywhere from $130 to $250. And every other part was about 1/2 of what their prices were as well. So I bought my own parts and gave it to them a couple weeks ago. They told me it would only take about a day to put the top of the head back together. If you have an actual Polaris, i would probably take it to them, but anything else definitely not.

I purchased a 2019 General last fall from Triple SSS and was treated very well. Needed some work done on some snowmobiles and they gladly said they would work on them. They were never even looked at for over a month. They wouldnt return phone calls or answer emails. I finally picked them up and took them somewhere else. I hope this is not how I am treated if I need something done on my General.

This place is the most over-priced, predatory dealer in all of UT. But dont say it too loud because they like to sue their best customers in civil court... because hey! Its even bigger money than their rust bucket toys.

I regrettably purchased a UTV from there. The problems with the machine resulting from poor dealer prep is too numerous to list. Save some aggravation, go to St. George instead.Edit in response: Really? The Factory? The machine was missing the cooling fan relay (resulting in overheating and heat generated shut-down in the first hour of use), also, the front differential was bone-dry. The doors (factory installed, I guess) were misaligned and are missing cosmetic mounting hardware. The Razorback Rack was missing mounting hardware...the list goes on.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ive had a problem with the winch (through no fault of the delar) and they have been very helpful in getting that replaced and reinstalled. Recommend Nick in the sales department, he does a great job.

Honest and Friendly.My car got hit by a trailer that blew across the street from their shop.The next day I went in to the store and the manager was very friendly.A couple short weeks later its all fixed. I recommend them simply because of how I was treated by the manager and employees I met.

Colton answered all my questions during the buying process very quickly and when I picked up the machine all the accessories were installed professionally and thoughtfully. Well, Ranger is back from triple s, must say it was a huge fail much like Jorgenson. Why should a poorly designed Polaris engine cost more than a modern v8? Word of advice, dont buy Polaris! Their new snowmobiles are no prize either. This engine is obviously a disaster of planned obsolescence gone wrong, cant wait to put it back together.

I bought a new RZR 570 and it didnt meet my needs. I returned and traded it for a 1000XP, not only did they give me a great deal on my trade but a smoking deal on the 1000.Colton, Dave, and Sam are all fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone even considering any sort of machine.GREAT job guys, Ill be back!!!

It burnt and I was tearing it apart

I bought a used Polaris Ranger from Triple-S in Cedar City, sight unseen. The manager, Coulton, corresponded with me several times via email and phone calls, answering all my questions and meeting me on a fair price. Two weeks later, I drove 7 hours to pick up the Ranger and was pleasantly surprised with the level of service Coulton provided. He took time to answer all my questions, show me features, test drive, and even replaced tiny missing parts like a bolt or two. He even found me a blank key to have cut for a spare. All at no charge. The invoice was EXACTLY as we had agreed on the phone and the paperwork was in perfect order. Id highly recommend working with Coulton.
