I made an appointment for Saturday 12PM. They had the car stereo I wanted that fit my budget. And I waited for them to Install. They were busy. Didnt take long. Im totally satisfied with the work. I took some business cards with me to give to my friends.

Not recommend at all.. I drove all the way from Richfield Utah to have subs put in my car.. took them four hrs and they called me when they were finished arrived to pick it up and they didn’t even put the speakers I order in. They gave me less quality subs with less watts and they charged me same price 🤬 his reason was cause they only a one sub of that kind…. So they can’t check and see if they have everything first??? Or call me and see if we could work something out…..Totally shady business!!! would never go back!!

They were patient and positive and made options easy to understand. They did some custom work to reach our goals on the project.

I asked to have my installation moved to the day before I had originally scheduled and they said yes. Phenomenal customer service as well. Very friendly and kind. Most definitely will be coming back for any other car audio upgrades I choose to get in the future. They even tuned my subwoofers for me at no extra cost. By far one of the best and most friendly stores Ive ever gone to in my life.

Fantastic Experience!So, I went up into my attic after buying all the wire and connectors for my fiber runs. I figured I would do the job of wiring the house myself. When I came to the end of the crawl platform I realized I would have to go from beam to beam through the thick attic insulation. That was a scary thought! On top of that I also realized I would have to drill through thick beams to access the wall space to run the wires. I have no idea what I am doing and did not want to fall through the ceiling or get electrocuted. I felt defeated and then thought to call an expert. I only had to make one call to feel confident that this could get done for me professionally and at a reasonable price. I called Audio Video Express! I spoke with Hilton, the owner, and he assured me that this would be a piece of cake and even offered to come out within 24 hours! Of course I said yes!Hilton and Michael showed up even earlier than expected. They estimated 2 hours for the job and went to it. By the end of the day they were filled with insulation and sweat. They had accomplished what seemed like the impossible to me. They were careful with my property and very caring in general. They were personable and I felt very comfortable with them. My lightning fast Internet in the rooms they wiredwas amazing!In the end it took the guys longer than estimated. If I lived anywhere else in the country they would have said tough luck and charged me. Hilton stuck to the estimate and did not even suggest it would cost more. He gladly took the estimated amount and I of course took his business card to tell others.Dont hesitate to use these guys. They have been in business for many years and can be trusted! They are very fair and you will appreciate your experience with them!Thank you Hilton and Michael. You guys are the best!

Hilton and his crew do great work at a reasonable price. I have all my audio video work done by them. My home theatre system is awesome. Great work on my Truck as well. Highly recommend this shop.

I bought my own remote start and it had problems the guys at the shop had to work 8 hours on a 2-4 hour job because of the one I bought. That says a lot they wouldn’t stop trying until the very end and found one way out of many that actually worked. That’s awesome and normally people would give up after it failing multiple times, but they didn’t so thank you and I will be coming back for more. Great guys hard workers and genuine people!👌🏻👍🏻

I had my car worked on here to stop the rattling on the inner door panels when listening to music. Im satisfied with the work and the customer service and the price.

Had a great experience here. Came in with a radio that I bought somewhere else and I didn’t have all the parts necessary to hook it up. They carried all the parts necessary to set up my new radio in my car and I was able to purchase them on the spot. I had a couple of speed bumps because the radio wasn’t everything I was hoping, but audio express was very accomidating and helped me throughout the entire process of replacing, returning, and setting up.

Cool place, nice people inside reasonable priced products, but double install charge compared to other places.

Needed a particular stereo for my motor home. They had it stock and they installed it. Not only that, they showed me how it works. For an old guy this was the best, no reading the book.

Me an my wife got a new car an it came with a new stereo system but nothing worked on it an no sound came out an it has two amps witch had tons of random wires an just a horrible mess. so we took my car to A&V an told him the problems an what i didnt like an right off the back he stopped what he was doing an came out to look at our mess. after checking it out he gave me a time it would be done an a price rang ( surprised it wasnt expensive at all or trying to milk my money) . so little bit after we came to get the car an the owner explained he actually found several things wrong with the stereo an he fixed all of it an add new wires an what not, than we looked at the amp an he cleaned up all the extra wires an trimmed them down so it looked nice after he found more wrong he didnt charge me for the extras witch i was thankful for. HANDS DOWN BEST PLACE AROUND JUST GREAT SERVICE AN FRIENDLY PEOPLE FOR A GOOD PRICE.

Went in looking to purchase sound deadening material for my truck. Was told that they sold Dynamat at $24.99 per 18X32 section. It wasnt until I was able to compare the cheap alternative that they sold me to actual Dynamat that I realized I had been taken advantage of. On the sales receipt they have the product listed under Dynomate a product that doesnt even exist.While I am sure they are a talented bunch of people working there, my experience with their dishonest practices forces me to dissuade others from using their business.

They mounted a very large TV to the wall for me. They were on time, worked fast, left no mess and did a perfect job.

They have installed remote starts, radios, back up cameras and more for all of my vehicles... I wouldnt take my stuff anywhere else for any audio and electronic needs.
