Our oak floors have been totally restored by Eagle Ridge Floors To Go! We had to leave our home due to a job change. When we finally could come back to Cedar, our floors had been trashed. We couldnt believe our eyes after Eagle Ridge restored them. They are stunning. Their whole crew has been top notch and gone the extra mile. They put in beautiful new engineered wood flooring to compliment the original oak sections and carpeted the remainder of our house. They wont disappoint.

We had a small flood and needed the carpet professionally stretched. Called and let Eagle Ridge know that we were in a time crunch. They had someone over within an hour and the carpet was properly and professionally repaired. Great experience.

The first day they came out and I told them what I was wanting they measured we tried a couple of ways and decided the best. I at that point took in my rug for them to match ( which was perfect) they ordered about two weeks cut and made what I wanted brought them out and made sure I wanted no changes, took them back put the bindings on and the next morning brought them out put them in vacuumed my floor and leftAll of them were excellentI recommend them 100% . We are very happy customers.

Finishing part of our basement. They were very helpful at the store. They were polite and professional when they came and measured the area for the floor. We looked around at prices and they were competitive. They also helped to narrow it down to the best product for the area. I will use them for future projects and would recommend them to for any size product.

While their work is generally good I have not had great experience overall. I love to support local businesses but this is one we may not be using again. They are poor with time management (BOTH scheduling appointments ahead of time AND keeping any scheduled appointment when it has been set up). I am the operations manager for my work and I have had to constantly follow up with them about the status of our orders, when things will be completed, etc. I should not have to do that as often as I have been. We have used Eagle Ridge for years and I am sad to say we most likely will be looking for someone else moving forward.
