We bought a plotter recently and had TONS of issues figuring out how to make it work with my computer. I spent 6 hours one day on the phone with customer service from 2 different companies trying to troubleshoot the problem. Glen came over and with about an hour of his time and some technical magic figured everything out! I would recommend them to anyone.

Don’t recommend buying parts from here, was scammed for outdated memory, better off driving the Best Buy in St George. Only two stars for convenience

I bought a computer from them and I told them that I wanted one to play games and flight simulator. They sold me a windows 7 networking computer. It will not run simulator s and the graphics can not be upgraded. I found them to not care about customer service. I wont ever use the again. BEWARE.

They know how to take advantage of the customer. I took my laptop in and was told I would hear back from them in 1-2 business days. Three days later, I called them and they said they hadnt gotten to it because it usually takes 3-4 business days. After a week of not hearing anything, I called them, and was told they were just getting to it and would call me back at the end of the day. They did, and told me that the replacement they needed to do would cost me $125. After getting off the phone I looked up the part and it was $10 to order it directly. I then talked with a friend who used them to fix a phone, and she also had a horrible experience. They never called her back with an estimate, and after a month of having her phone and not hearing anything, she went in. They told her they had lost her phone, but after hounding them, they finally found it and told her it would cost $200 because they had already fixed it two weeks prior. She said for the cost of the phone she never would have agreed to the fix if they had called her with an estimate as they had agreed on, and if she had known about the hassle she had to go through to get her phone back for such a simple fix. I confronted them about the cost of my laptop fix, and they gave me the runaround saying because of labor it would cost $100 more than the part was worth, and the part they were ordering was going to be more expensive than what I had found online anyways. I told them this seemed steep, and they told me to agree to the price or not get it fixed. Thats exactly what I did and will be looking for a company who values customer service to work on my laptop.

I went there with my Macbook and with no prior notice charged me a checkup fee when i told them that i could not pay the $200 that they were charging me to get it fix and told me that i will not be able to get a lower rate anywhere else. I was able to get it fixed at $100 in St George. So no thanks.

Always great service

I took my Mac into a few laptop repair shops in St. George and was quoted a consistent $300-350. With that price I kind of gave up on fixing it and went back to using my old backup laptop. When I moved to Cedar I contacted Mountain West Computers and was quoted a severely lower price. I took it in and it was fixed for under $100 and it was done fast. I cant thank them enough for everything they did!
