I did all of my prints for my wedding through ImagePro. This included invitations, photo prints, signage, and several large canvas prints. I was extremely happy with the prints and I could not believe they turned out so beautifully! A few of my canvas prints needed to be rushed because I got my bridals back one week before the wedding, and they were very accommodating for my needs during a very busy time for the, which was a pleasant surprise and I was very grateful for their willingness to help. I could not have had such a beautiful wedding without them!

As I mentioned to Melissa, if I do further work with you I will want to retain more control over the editing. On all three of my projects with you there were issues with getting changes made correctly which resulted in lost time and I assume more expense. On my last project, a heading was dropped in the final proof. Since I only checked changes I had made, this was not noticed until I read the printed book. I have no idea how this could have happened.

I normally do my large quantity printing from online printers, however, sometimes you need to get something in a rush. I have used Image Pro here in Cedar City a few times a year for several years. I have always been impressed with their commitment to customer service.My last order was for a funeral. They worked with me extra hard to get everything right, and even did a reprint when it didnt look quite right (and it was my fault!). They have won me as a customer for life.For those that know printing, they have the ability to print full bleed and the final result is always fantastic. They have a great paper selection and very fair prices.

I sometimes get small orders of color copies, and recently discovered this place. Thought Id give them a try since the normal shop I use was closed. First time I went in, no problem....color copy was .59 cents or close to that. Second time I went in, they tried to tag me with a $3.00 minimum charge for copies. If this is their policy, then they simply do not appreciate small orders, just big orders. So, take your business down the road folks. Some nice old folks down there will be glad to take your small order and not try to bilk you for a minimum fee tacked on. Shame on you ImagePro. I wont be back until you change this policy and publish it to make it public.

ImagePro is my go-to document and photographic printing resource when I am in Cedar City, Utah. They are prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced especially when one considers the high quality photographic printing work they do. Recently I needed three mounted poster sized photographic enlargements. I assumed that the price they quoted me was for each photograph; however, it was for all three.Whats not to like!
