Fun little family ice cream place. They use liquid nitrogen to make your ice cream in front of you.Ice cream was fantastic. Great texture and taste. Waffle cones were light and made in front of me.Nice atmosphere and family-owned and managed.The only reason for the 4-star is that I hate it when I am guilted into adding a tip at the end. Pay workers a fair wage and charge a fair price.

I decided to ask the employee if they thought the vegan options were good, and they responded yesI ordered a mocha ice cream made with coconut milk and my girlfriend got a cake batter ice cream made with almond milk. Both ice creams looked delicious.However, our ice cream was bad. Ive had good vegan ice cream and bad regular ice cream. In this case, I would have preferred to eat plain ice from a hotel vending machine since it would have been cheaper to buy. Unfortunately, we had already driven home before tasting the ice cream so we were out of luck.Seriously though, I watched him put several pumps of flavoring syrup into each cup. Yet it just tasted like plain ice with a kinda weird after taste. Coconut milk or almond milk frozen in an ice tray would have tasted better. I cant figure out what went wrong.So either the guy messed up making it or he lied to me that the Vegan Ice Cream is good. I hope it was the former.

Absolutely amazing!!! First time having nitrogen frozen ice cream and it was a blast and amazing. The guys were cool, explained how it worked, if youre thinking about trying it out, dont even think about it. Just do it! And ps the lemon meringue pie sensation is so good!

Pretty cool little spot.. open late. You get to choose what type of ice cream you want.. traditional, froyo, custard, etc, then you can either create your own and choose from a list of flavors and mix ins/toppings or order from a list of suggested options.. then they mix it all and freeze it right in front of you. Only thing I didnt care for was the waffle cone which is thin and flavorless.

My hub and I went in for sugar free keto ice cream. I got almond Roca, added almonds and berries. Store clerk making added Splenda. Hub had s/f chocolate & s/f caramel & pecans. Both had zero flavor, other than the added in nuts or fruit. The actual ice no flavor at all. These are coffee syrups they r using, not for ice cream.

Walked in to get ice cream and walked out immediately before ordering. Not a single person inside was wearing masks, including the employees serving ice cream. The most confusing thing is there were COVID-19 social distancing stickers on the ground inside but no one seemed to enforce anything else with minimizing virus transmission risk.To the owners of this company, I hope you read this and make some changes. Do better.

Very different! Unique ice cream store. They mix the dry ingredients you choose & add the liquids & then freeze it in front of you with a Nitrogen torch. Takes a total of maybe 10 minutes, definitely something to experience. Tastes good too!

Greg and Parker were the employees that helped us! A group of 6! They were patient, kind, and helpful! GREAT customer service! We will be back because of them!

Me and my wife went in, there were 5 people in front of us. One person behind the counter. 30 min later we walked out without ever being served never to no icecream is worth 30 minutes in line and still no service. The people behind us left 5 min before us. Never did get to try it.

Such a cool experience, and great treating treats. I have usually received good service here, and the restaurant is always clean. This isnt the place to go if you are wanting it to be quick, there is usually a line and it takes a while for the ice cream to be made. More expensive than most ice cream shops, but its worth it for the experience.

Worst ice cream ever!

Lovely place. Have yet to have a bad dish of ice cream there. Tonight i had the Key Lime Voltage. You get to pick the voltage ( bitterness) level. I only did a 4 out of 10 tonight. Next time i think ill try a 6. Customer service was a plus. Very friendly and nice service.

Me and my wife have been in here quite a bit and it has always been decent, good ice cream (overpriced a bit) but I understand the reason for that and we have always returned on occasion. The last few times were less than spectacular but today was just dissapointing. My kids wanted custard and the girl said they were out, they wanted chocolate...again...out. the condements were extremely low and when my wife paid she asked for a lid and they said they had no lids for the quart sized containers. I have no idea how they are out of the most popular items when we have never seen anyone in this store at all hours of the day but when we come here we dont expect them to be out of everything especially for the premium price. Customer service is not up to par and now they are out of what my family likes, we wont be back and ill take my $20-40 dollars for ice cream per visit some place that has stock and is much more friendly.

Sub Zero ice cream was Sub Par... Dont get me wrong, the ice cream tasted good, everything else was terrible. Normally when you enter a retail shop, youre greeted when you come in. These employees were cold-as-ice or rather nitrogen. Two employees were behind the counter, both wearing street clothes, and both seemed rather upset. (With each other or their jobs, no one really knows.) The young man behind the counter didnt wash his hands once while we were there. (No protective apron or gloves for the liquid nitrogen!?!? OSHA?) The female, was busy making frappuccinos and gave smug looks every chance she could. Neither one showed a smile the entire time my wife and I visited. The dining area looked nice, but on further inspection you could see the dried ice cream on the tables.When we arrived, there was one person ahead of us. She asked the following question, so this place is new? Employee replied, no, weve been open for 7 years. Again, cold as ice and next to no personality. After making her two ice creams, it was our turn. All in all, we spent more time in line waiting to order than we did eating our ice cream. And there was only one person ahead of us... Think well be back? Probably not.

Science never tasted so good. It is a cool (pun intended) experience. Flavor combinations as far as the imagination can take you.

When getting my ice cream, the owner Gretchen was very rude and snappy to myself and my boyfriend. When asking a question she answered rudely and like we were dumb for not knowing. Her daughter Alora was also a little rude. We did not feel welcome at sub zero and felt like a inconvience. We realize we came a couple minutes after closing but we were not the only customers left in the store, we tried to get out quickly, however we felt rushed and not wanted.

Always fun to go with kids and let them watch it get made. Love the creamy flavor also.

This subzero was the worst subzero I have ever been to. For one thing, it was more expensive than any other I have been to and the sizes were smaller too. I got coconut milk for my base and it literally tasted like water and the mix-ins didnt even help. I was severely disappointed and wont be returning to this subzero again.
