I gave 3 stars because it was clean and well organized. They definitely lowball you when you try and sell your stuff. The lady that helped me seemed very rushy and not very pleasant to interact with. No smile. Very cold attitude. I definitely wont be going back to buy things there anymore seeing how they have higher priced clothes but lowball you when people are trying to sell them their items.

I love the set up, its very reasonable in prices as well. Didnt even know about this place until I saw my 9 years old daughter following them on Instagram. I wouldn’t sell here again. It was such a rip off for the clothes I dropped off. I honestly had initially planned on selling all these items online but my moving date came sooner than expected so I had to get rid off as many clothes as possible. I had some really good pieces some never worn and others still with tag cuz I buy things and I just let em sit. I had to take cash offer because I was running out of time and I didn’t expect them to offer 50% value of the items vs the store credit! I know stores do that but that was a huge difference from 140 store credit to 47 cash out. Anyways, I would recommend uptown cheapskate in Peoria.

Came in this week on a Tuesday I had called earlier in the day to ask what time there counter closed to bring clothes in they told me 4:30. Came in at 4:15ish and the young lady told me she couldn’t because she had to many people waiting. Which I understand but still is annoying. so I had shopped around the store to realize there was only one person there doing the clothes and register? She was running back and forth the entire time and looked very overwhelmed. Very unprofessional for the company! At least have your employees there or tell people your trade counter closed earlier then what you tell people
A kind of upscale funk to it s atmosphere its young and fresh and affordable the deals are made cash or merchandise and of course you do much better if you go and take your pay and merchandise a great way to make a few bucks off of stuff you would have donated if it wasnt around make sure your trades are clean and pressed and you will do much better than if you just unstuff them from a bag. Just like everything else in life you get back what you put in to it
Mediocre selection of designer clothes. Most of the purses they consider FINE DESIGNER I got 4 free at Nordstrom just for purchasing perfume. There is some decent jeans but purses and most EVERYTHING else isnt anything special nor will it b cheaper 4 u to get there instead of buying brand new in the mall or ONLINE. Staff arent friendly most day shifts.

I enjoy searching for little treasures here. I find great kids clothes and shoes. I even find nice pieces to add to my wardrobe as well. The prices are a nice treat as well. They have lots for the whole family. Great selection of jewelry, shoes and purses too.

Didnt count how many designer items were taken by this store from me. I was offered 163 dollars as store credit and 72 dollars as cash out. I took the cash because after all that was my initial plan. I need cash to give to the charities Id been supporting. But didnt quite appreciate the pricing given the fact my stuff were mostly not worn to just slightly used and are branded. I was told they are more a trade store. Yeah I got it but I dont think they buy these stuff with some decency and fairness. It is a scam in a better way.

Cant try on clothes because their changing rooms arent open. Items didnt fit. Store wont issue cash back, only store credit. I understand what their policy is but under the circumstances, with not being able to try them at the store, there should be an adjustment to their policy until changing room are open.
I love this store! I kind of didnt want to give it a great review because its such a nice secret. Prices are reasonable especially for us moms. Very organized, just like every else, give yourself time to look. Staff members have always been polite. I have even seen them in action with rude customers, the staff members were still polite, firm but remained professional.
I took my family and we all found something we loved! Its a clean place with great customer service. The sale I went to was buy 5 items and get one free! Most of the cute clothes I got were 50 cents. Im definitely going back.
I love this place. The manager pretty much knows who I am now. I bring clothes here all the time and get store credit. Then I turn around and get stuff for my kids and some stuff for me. I wish they had a men’s section not just a small boys section but they don’t have a big enough store.
Its nice to see but when it comes to helping each other and the community its like they expect used clothes and used does and used merchandise to be in touched. If I could rarely use an item I wouldnt be selling my best clothes and shoes. Is be buying them at the mall. But these ladies here think j its change you need instead of the team world food and gas.I have a job a good job but sometimes its just not enough and getting rid of nice things I was given hurts me more than one thinks but I do need to eat get to work and take care of my family first rather than look like a model
Consignment shop that as home goods and clothing. The inventory does turnaround regularly so check back often to see what is available. I was able to find light fixtures that were new in the box for 30% of the home depot price.I have also noticed some vintage furniture in good condition. So great place to decorate if you want retro vibe.
Some great finds for low prices.
The website says the trade in counter clothes 1 hour before the store closes. The website says Twice as nice clothes at 6:00pm om Sunday. We rush down and get there at 4:45pm. 15 minutes before the trade counter closed, well low and behold the hours on the door at the location are different. We try and talk to the lady at the counter about the hours being different, but she said well we close the counter at 4:30pm on Sundays. So, I will not be coming to this place any more from on on.

Im giving 1 star the whole time we waited only to be told 4 dollars . For really nice clothing I will not recommend selling your clothes for basically 50¢ item . I will definitely not be back took off my do not shop nor sell list for good . The whole time one girl at the counter was watching like hawk really dont thinks its for blacks at all mostly Mexican. I wish I could give no stars at all just warning blacks or whoever dont waste your time . And if you do go you will prob say she told you so .
I love this store. Excellent prices. Very friendly staff. Exceptionally fare on trade-ins, whether if its clothing, shoes, toys.... Fun to shop here. Dont always find what Im looking for, but always happy to look.
I take all the clothes I no longer need to these guys. Then I walk out with new ones new to me. Of course what they offer for your used clothes is low but I think its reasonable considering they have expenses to meet. The staff is super polite and know what theyre doing.
The clothes they sell can be quite outdated, and if you’re looking to get cash for your BRAND-NEW clothing, forget about it. I had new clothes with tags attached, $3 cash or $12 in store credit. Those clothes were Brandname clothing, super cute and in style, new, with tags for $3 !? Get out of here, such a rip off! This place is not somewhere to go to get cash for your clothing. Their clothes are decently priced but they need a better variety. I do still like buying clothes from here occasionally or stopping by to see what they have but still thought I’d let others know.

The lady at the counter was rude and quick to call two customers along with me liars and refused brand new clothing claiming they smelled like theyd been in storage. After driving over a hour to get there myself and a gentleman were treated very poorly and left with our own items. I will not shop there or suggest anyone else shop there. I took my items that were quality new clothes for bigger women and just donated them to Good Will in Anthem who were very friendly and happy to receive such merchandise.
As a shopper, my experience at the store was extremely nice. They have a wide range of affordable items that are in good condition. I purchased name brand items that seemed fairly new for a very affordable price. The condition of the majority of the items were in great condition. As I have not experienced selling items to the store, I cannot speak on their service for that part. However, I really enjoyed making purchases at this location.

Im so bummed because I really have enjoyed shopping here for the last 2 years. But this last experience was it for me :( Ive taken in several bags to sell and each time they have only accepted a few items. Most times they say they cant accept them because they are out of season or have had an abundance of that design lately. Ive always understood that reason. Today, however, they told me my clothes were in poor condition and covered in cat and dog hair. I was definitely surprised because I always wash items first and my dog is hypoallergenic. My husband called them today after I went home and double checked the bags of clothes, because I was so embarrassed and confused, and saw they were in great shape, and asked them about it. The woman on the phone said the clothes (many of which had never been worn) had hair and makeup on them. He told them that I dont wear makeup and the clothes had been washed. They never apologized or gave him any other reason. I could recommend buying clothes here but not selling any. And due to the customer service, I would suggest finding one of the many other thrift stores in the area.
Brought in 3 large bags full of clothes for little girls from Justice the childrens place and old navy all in great condition and walked out with $8. Not to mention girl told me it would only take 10 minutes and I was there for over an hour. Youre better off having a garage sale. My to stars were Probably more than generous

I shopped at Twice as Nice several times and I always found their merchandise high quality. I brought clothes to them to trade for the first time today and I had a similar excellent experience. They took many items and returned my other clothing folded. I got much more in trade than I would have if I had chosen to get cash, but that is the case with any used item exchange. Im glad I have store credit left so I can return!
The people here treat you like a real person, I brought in 3 huge containers of clothes and 30 minutes later I had cash. This was the first time I have been treated this well. I have gone to shops all over Scottsdale, Phoenix and you name it. This was a great experience and I will be back. Great people, fair price, clean store +++++ Excellent!
Great little shop that sells and resales all kinds of clothes for anyone in your family. They have mens, womens and childrens clothing, handbags, shoes, toys costumes and seasonal merchandise occasionally. I love this place to take stuff that we have barely used and build up store credit instead of opting for a cash payment. This is going to help with my shopping cravings too, because you can just snag a good deal any day of the week.
Great place to go when you have growing children. They have very great product here. Kids love the clothing we get them from here.They take/buy your old clothing and let you get new/used from them with the credit you get.They also have great clothing for adults as well.
I will start by saying that this is a nice store for making purchases on gently used items, especially for childrens items. I have found some really great deals on kids clothing at a fraction of the price and I appreciate them for this. However, I had a surprising experience when I went to trade in some really nice baby items this past week. I had a 3 piece stroller, car seat and base combo; a barely used walker, and a jeep brand baby carrier. All of these items were in excellent condition, the only thing they needed was to be wiped down due to being stored. Well they did not accept any of my items due to this and I was shocked. I would have taken the time to wipe them down myself, but I was in a hurry due to moving. I took my items to Goodwill instead for a tax credit- they gladly took everything. I will not waste my time in the future to trade anything in with them, they are a used store and from my experience they want never used items which makes no sense.
Today was our first time in. We were going to Ross but my daughter wanted to see what this place was like so we went. The workers were very friendly. The prices are about the same as a Goodwill. I noticed a huge stock of baby items like bouncers, swings, car seat, strollers ect. All gently used. I dont have babies anymore but if I did this would definitely be my number one stop for things like that.
Been coming to this store for years. The more often you come the more youll find. I dont have kids but Ive noticed a variety of baby and childrens clothes. Very cute.

A very nice place except if you bring clothing and they will only take the clothing they want which leaves you a bag for going home with and you need to get pennies for what a except so its better to go to a consignment shop

Decent used clothing store, but I prefer to sell my things to other used clothing stores that pay you a little better. I once took a big bag of clothes here, and they offered me $2 total for 5 or 6 of my items. I passed.

This is my favorite 2nd-hand clothing store by far. No more rifling through granny blouses (unless thats your thing, in which case do not stop here if shopping for personal clothes) in search of contemporary and stylish tops. Not only are the selections totally cute, but each area is basically color-coordinated. They have great stuff for babies & little ones as well. Oh--and if youre trying to get rid of your own cute but tiresome garb, they work out trades as well. How can you beat a place like that?
Almost half my wardrobe is from here. They have really great stuff and the girls are really nice here too.And in regards to the previous post, sure, sometimes they dont accept all clothes for trade in. Ive had plenty of my clothes accepted, and plenty rejected. Its nothing personal. I have a hypoallergenic, non-shedding puppy that still manages to get her hair on some stuff. It happens. They cant accept items like that and its understandable. Theres no need to take it personally.For anybody else whos curious: Go in and take a look. They have plenty of sales regularly. Itll be hard NOT to pick up a few new things.

Went there 1st time yesterday. Amazed at the wide selection and the prices. I had to tell my husband it was all my girlfriends fault! Ladies leave your credit cards at home youll go nuts. Its the perfect easy going comfortable place to shop. The only thing they were missing was a spot to sit and obtain a beverage. Youll enjoy it. They even have costumes all year now that is the cherry.
The people who work there are nice and they have a lot of good clothes you can buy. Sadly, though, I dont recommend selling there. They take a wider variety of items than most clothing tale places in the valley, but they also give you way less than you should be getting if your clothing is in good shape. And dont even bother asking for cash. They give you 1/8 as much value in cash as they do in store credit. So, good place to buy and trade, but try selling other places first to get more for your items.
I can honestly say that Im not the type to do reviews on people, but this lady wasnt only rude but she had me wait about 3 hours for my clothes to be done. There were two girls and they were on their phones and talking about gossip, not paying attention to the fact that I dont have all day to wait for you to turn down 2 BAGS WORTH OF GREAT CLOTHING, CLOTHING, SHOES AND A PURSE. I could understand a few things, but most of it was just bought at ross and never worn! All Im saying is, take out the girls who dont want to be there and put in people who would love that job!

This place really lives up to its name! I went in looking for a sports Jersey after having looked at several other retailers to no avail. The associates were super helpful and were able to quickly grab several to chose from. I was thrilled to have found what I was looking for and very impressed with their quantity and quality of stock available for everything.I was even more thrilled to be able to pay with my Softcard mobile wallet :P I will definitely be returning to this shop in the future!

My first time here. I was overwhelmed with what this store had to offer. I made a small purchase and returned about 3 hours later and was greeted and remembered as a customer. Will definitely return when I visit from Canada again
I walked in tonight at 6:43 to sell some clothes. They close at 8 and on their website it says they will take clothes until 7. Well, on their door it says they only take clothes until 6:30. I walk in and the lady at the desk (Summer) doesnt even look up from her phone to acknowledge that I walked in. I go over to her and ask are you still taking clothes? to which she replies no we only take clothes until 6:30. I said, on your website is says 7, she says our website is wrong. I will never return, they know nothing about good customer service.

I wish I could leave no stars for this place. It wasn’t mom-friendly as far as navigating through the show floor. The staff never greeted or offered assistance: they completely disregarded me until I made a point to speak to them as I left. I didn’t and won’t ever spend money here.

This store had some nice stuff...but I wasnt there to shop- I needed money...so I took some things in.The staff were really friendly and nice 🙂 however, there was nothing nice about the money I received for my items!I brought 5 packs of Large size baby diapers- 3 of those were double/jumbo packs. There was a brand new dark pink toddler girls winter coat. I had 3 brand new boys shirts, one a polo two more sports themed, and a womans brand new tags on blouse. I was thinking to make 20something dollars worst case scenario, but it was even much worse ...I only got $9 !!Now the coat alone was at least $20, the diapers probably totaled around $45. But what could I do? I was desperate for some cash as are many people are, but I felt used, almost violated having sold those items for so little. I know they want to make a profit but I imagine they could make at least 4 times what I was paid 😐.If you need to sell your items do not go here, try every other option first. If you dont need money but dont mind trading you will fare a little better....good luck.

OMG. ..took a ton of things into the store.... Got my trade cash offer (as tiny as it was you can get tons more at Buffalo exchange etc) the lady gv me bk the items they didnt want.. I asked her 3 times is that everything THREE times... I just got bk from out of town and a message oh we forgot to gv you all of your stuff bk we will hold it for ONE day... Totally our fault.. SERIOUSLY NOW IS THAT HOW YOU GET PEOPLES COACH BRIGHTON TRUE RELIGION LUCKY JEANS ETC... 24 HOURS.. YOU SHOULD HOLD IT AS LONG AS IT TAKES AS I SAID I LIVED OVER 2 HRS AWAY....

Horrible place to trade clothes at! I’ve tried numerous times to give them another chance however, I am no fool and won’t allow myself to be gyped on trades. I’ve brought in good quality name brand items as I’m sure many others have only to be turned away or extremely lowballed on my offer. To make matters worse, their inventory that they accept apparently well, not apparently, OBVIOUSLY of goodwill quality and seriously outdated. They had some nerve turning away good clothes for some of the items in there. I will never come here again and I recommend and shout from all of the rooftops in Phoenix to STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIVES!! They are classless, tasteless and smarmy. Not worth your time.
This place is absolute Trash! I suggest if you dont want to get screwed over, then DO NOT visit this establishment! LeAnne White-Lopez is by far the most unprofessional business owner I have ever come across in my life and this is coming from a business owner myself. I dropped off a bag of brand new clothing that my daughter never got the opportunity to wear, at her store. I returned less than 48 hours later and she claimed there was only 1 item in the bag for ($2 in store credit or $0.50 cash) that she could use and that she donated the rest of the clothing, because I did not come back the same day. I told her NO ONE told me this when I dropped the clothing off, that thay I HAD to return THAT day or the clothing would be donated. She then flipped a sign over that was hidden behind the register (COMPLETELY OUT OF SIGHT) to show me that it is a posted sign for her store policies Again, I explained to her that I was NEVER informed of this when I dropped the clothing off, nor was that sign showing, and her response was I hear my employees tell people this all of the time, besides who waits two days to come back for their clothes anyway? I said excuse me, I was in the ER for my heart condition and they kept me over night, so yes, it took me a day an a half to come back . She says well thats not my problem, we tell everyone that they have to come back before the store closes the same day. Again, I WAS NOT INFORMED in any kind of way, of their store policy!! But the most outrageous part was when I returned a few days later to find tons of clothing from that bag, on the shelf, for sale!!! Yes, the very same bag that SHE gave me $2 in store credit, that was donated! This establishment is despicable, the owner is a THEIF, and this is absolutely ILLEGAL and not a way to conduct business!!! I cant imagine how many other people they have done this to! I will be taking this information to the BBB!

Great Staff, when I walked into the store to sell some of my clothing I was a little scared because I have had a bad experience at other named shops, but meeting Viveina and Karen was a tremendous relief, they were very professional and polite. And even told me the truth about my clothing and it did smell like moth balls so I brought it home and cleaned it fast and took it back, now I know why some shops may have turned me away but the clothing was shipped weeks ago and I didnt want anything to happen to it. Viveina was straight forward with me and we had a few laughs while she checked my clothing. I am at home washing more because I would love to deal with her again, it is always nice to find a person that you can talk to and the clothing is priced GREAT at the Store, I would have shopped but just trying to unload now and build up to a shopping day. Twice as Nice treated me GREAT and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys!!!! Sonya and Josefina were there today and I was treated with huge smiles I love this store, and I have been telling my friends to go there as well. You guys are the best!!!!!
