The desk staff was amazing very friendly delivered on all her promises . There was some type of black gummy material left on my hood. I was able to remove with multiple buffings. Mistakes happen! I have recommended this business to a co worker for rear window replacement.

Excellent service and prices! I called several businesses in the area and they had the best prices and were the most friendly. Early in the pandemic I had to cancel our windshield replacement, and they were very understanding. We had the work done later. I would definitely go there again.

Went in for a chip [with some cracking less than the size of a quarter] quoted $32 before coming in. They quickly explained the process before taking the keys and that the chip will still be visable after the fix. Showed up 15 min early still got right in took about 30 min, and charged the $32 they quoted. Super friendly, and fast service! Will be going back if I ever need this service again.

Very friendly service and worked with me to find the right glad for my vehicle. They come recommended by the auto place that I take my car to. They beat out other auto glass places as well as my insurance company in the quote to replace my windshield. I would recommend this business to anyone in the area that is looking great prices and value.

I had my windshield get damaged badly by derecho and unfortunately did not have insurance that would cover getting my windshield replaced. I then moved back up to Cedar Falls for school and called around finding quotes and Jim with Cedar valley auto glass was the most helpful person I talked to, and gave me the most reasonable price. Once I brought my car in, I told them another problem with my passenger side windshield. They went ahead and fixed it for me free of charge! They are good hearted people and will be getting my business from here on out

I thought I had a crack in my windshield. Turns out it was a scratch caused by my wipers, but nothing more serious than that. Before I found out, I had called CV Auto Glass to order a windshield for replacement. After I dropped my car off, they let me know I didnt have an issue. I didnt pay a fee for the part they ordered, or for their time, and they cleaned my windshield and offered to see if they could get the scratch out. They were understanding about my mistake, kind, and pleasant to work with.Ive seen them before, when I did have a crack. Their service was prompt (car was ready in 1.5 hours) and professional, and they gave me a fair price for the replacement parts and labor. If you have a cracked or broken windshield in the CF-Waterloo area, CV Auto Glass is the place to go.

Most reasonable place to get new windshield or rock chip repair compared other places. Friendly people and customer service. Was even willing to work with us towards end of there work day so we would have a new back window in.

Ive taken three vehicles here for rock chip repairs. Theyre kind enough to tell you if it does or doesnt need filling/repair for no charge. Of the three cars Ive taken, they have filled/repaired two windshields with rock chips. They are quick, courteous, and priced right. I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else for glass work.A friend also took his car there for a windshield and they did a great job for a great price for him as well.

Went in looking for a new windshield for my company vehicle and not only was it very cheap but also of very high quality. The customer service was phenomenal. Not only did they save me a lot of time and money, they suggested a windshield with a different style to block the sun and I couldnt be happier.
