I bought a brand new 2021 Volkswagen Jetta R-Line, and I am so in love! Lu was an amazing sales rep! He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Worst experience ever. They tell you that you have a warranty and are covered but they won’t actually fix the issue, so when the warranty runs out you are stuck with thousands of dollars to replace things on your own. Things that are covered in the warranty!!!!! If you want honesty, reliability and a quality vehicle please search elsewhere. Anywhere else.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Less than a week after buying the truck there was rubbing from front end. Brought in two different times to Withams and was told it was normal. After new problems arose with the torque converter and transmission, I was informed that that noise was indeed not normal and should be fixed. These multiple fixes are going to cost me thousands of dollars less than 6 months after purchasing the vehicle. When buying the vehicle, the salesman told me that they go through a full inspection before they are put on the lot. I find this to be a total lie or that their service department has no clue how to take care of a vehicle. I will never be back for service or when buying a new truck and will tell everyone never to go to Withams when buying a vehicle.

Had an amazing experience! It was my first time ever going through the process of purchasing a vehicle so I was stressed, but David helped me through the process. He answered all of the questions I had and I left with an amazing new car. Marnie was also very helpful with answering my questions as well.

About a year ago we drove about three hours and bought a used Toyota Camry. In the agreement, we were promised two car key however we only received one. They promised to send the second key along with the documents but it never arrived. I called many times and was often ignored and told to wait, but it has been over a year. Let this be a caution to others who wish to deal business with this company.

We bought a truck from Witham Auto in LaPorte City . We brought it home and it had an issue. Called them back and Troy made it right with us. Very honest. Troy and Jesse were great to work with. I will be buying my next vehicle with them.

Was better than the one in waterloo. The one in waterloo had me still thinking I had a warranty on my car. Still had me paying for the additives when I got an oil change. Apparently the warranty ran out 20,000 miles ago. When I brought it up, they really could have said something, but they did not. The one in cedar falls was very helpful on the situation.

Our truck has been in and out of the shop getting the motor replaced, twice now since last November or December and only a few hundred miles between engine swaps, after the first motor was in it was back for a coolant leak twice, so were pushing 6 months this thing has been inside the shop and they offer a loaner for 10 days, when I talked to Dave in service he had a attitude and was rude right from the beginning!!!!!!! Very unprofessional in my opinion

I visited Witham’s Service Department in Cedar Falls earlier this year for some warranty work on my truck. My experience wasn’t the best as work wasn’t done that was said to be, but the issue was resolved. I decided to give them a second chance as people make mistakes and I had absolutely zero complaints on how I was treated as a customer. Beverly the service advisor in Cedar Falls was extremely nice and happy to help me out in any way possible. I returned to Witham in Waterloo for more warranty work, and everything went great! Everyone there was very polite and professional. The manager made sure the issue I was having on my truck was diagnosed and it’s scheduled in to get fixed. The service technician Donnie was very informative and walked me through the steps on what needed to be done, thank you Donnie! Overall, I am very pleased with my second trip to Witham and would recommend them if you need any service done on your vehicle.

Saturday I had gone into Witham to look at getting into a newer vehicle and Ali had approached me as I was driving through the lot and she helped me find exactly what we were looking for! Last night I brought home a 2017 Ford Escape and she made my car buying experience with witham fantastic! Will definitely recommend others to come buy from here. Interesting experience. I arrived to find out the guy I was supposed to meet with at the appointment wasnt there. Met with another member of sales staff and was able to do the test drive. He was great, but Im not real sure if he was communicated with. Apparently he is going to email me numbers. Just didnt seemed like they cared if I bought the vehicle there or from competition. Maybe I misread. Clean facility and friendly staff.

I had the glass portion of my mirror break off so I called my local dealers service department and never received a call back. I contacted Witham because my son had good prior experience with them. Beverley’s customer service and response time was outstanding! She was able to find the replacement part and scheduled my repair quickly. The whole experience was so good I don’t mind the 90 miles I had to drive to get the excellent service and will be a repeat customer in the future.

I got a call last summer from David, saying that my impala was almost paid off, and he could help me find a new car with a lower interest rate. I told him I have been wanting a crossover, and was shown a 2014 Escape, and helped show me how to connect my phone! He makes sure that Im still happy with my purchase, too. Very knowledgeable! After calling I was connected with David Bobst who went to the car of my inquiry to answer my questions right there. He could give answers to detailed questions better than from the office. Satisfied with the answers I went 80 miles to visit with him and see the car myself. He showed me some features, took me to a short but adequate test drive. The negotiation was straight forward with market based prices for purchase and trade in. The car was nicely detailed on presentation and they fixed the malfunctioning AC the next day. The paperwork was handled promptly and as efficient as one could imagine. There was no pressure towards the purchase of the car nor any of the available add-on products. Recently traded my equinox in for a 2007 Silverado. It was a very good experience. David Bobst was looking for trucks for me when I gave him a year range I wanted to have and within a few weeks he sent me a message saying they just traded a truck in that I might be interested in. He provided me with some info on it went down that weekend to look at it. David is the guy when it comes to trucks he knows his stuff. I got it for the price I wanted to pay and were able to work with me more to get payments where I wanted them. I will definitely keep doing business here I was extremely satisfied with my experience there.

Very nice sales man and manager. Worked with us on pricing and getting us the best deal. However, the detail of the vehicle had to be redone in some spots. Along with a follow up a few days later due to sales man needing to contact the manufacturer regarding the CarNet. The knowledge of the sales man did not know the ins and outs and we had to do some research ourselves regarding the vehicle.

Well now we were both pretty excited. I had a Volkswagen Rabbit for 10 years and I loved that car. I recently traded it in for a Forester to handle these Iowa winters, but its not near as fun to drive and $10,000 certainly would have put me in mind to trade back to something sporty and German.Of course the ad was too good to be true. The kind lady at the dealer informed us wed infact won the wireless earbuds which they were currently out of. Well that was disappointing to say the least, but a part of me was not surprised. Of course she asked if we were interested in a new car. Well no, after going from the nervous excitement at having won a substantial amount of money to the disappointment of a lousy pair of earbuds neither of us were in the mood to shop for a car.I will likely keep my forester for a while. Its a good vehicle and fantastic in the snow which is exactly why I bought it. Of course down the road I will need a new car again, but I know one dealership that will not be on the list of places I look. The mailer was an incredibly sleazy tactic. I cant imagine who in the ad department thought tricking people into thinking theyd won money only to give them a lousy set of earbuds was a good idea. Maybe if their only metric is getting people in the door. It got us in. We wont be back.

Disappointed in service department. Tried to tell me my calibers we’re bad. They aren’t. I dislike places who try to get more money out of you when your parts on your truck are fine.
