Wonderful store. Great products, and in my experience the employees are alway helpful and friendly.

Lets just say some of the tshirts the employees were wearing made me mad at what it said. Made me glad I spent ZERO dollars at a store that advertises how great they are to certain groups lets just say ....at least by not spending or using my cards my identity wasnt compromised...

I love Target but not this store. I ran up to the area to pick something up at another store and it was convenient to run here since I was in the area. Selection is not great and employees are not always pleasant. The last three times I have had issues with employees within the store and I while trying to/ using the family bathroom. I was just in the store on 12/19 and received a dirty look from an employee as my 2 year old and I walked out of the family bathroom they had no reason to use. Not the first time Ive had this issue and have voiced my concerns the first time and I have noticed it has only gotten worse. I will avoid this store location and choose a place that will make me feel welcomed

I often come in 1-2 hours before the store closes on my way home from work. I really like the staff at this store. They always do a great job of helping me find what I need. I have been helped by Shane who is a team lead quite often. He makes the trip to the store very enjoyable and always helps me find what I am looking for and help me with gift ideas for family. Very pleased with this location.

Love being able to do a grocery pick up and in the same day. Super important during a time like this.

This is a nice Tagret. Only concerns are it’s more outdated than other locations, and sometimes items are out of stock. But this is all understandable. You can never go wrong with Target!

The store is full of wonderful merchandise and helpful employees! Everything there is so neat and clean. I really like going to this Target. The check out employee was very helpful and friendly, too.

Selection isn’t always the best due to the size. But this store makes up for it in service and cleanliness! Blows me away how well they have reacted to COVID. I will always shop this store due to the way they have taken care of the public as well as their employees. Target is truly leading the way.

I love this Target because its not huge. The customer service counter staff have never given me anything to complain about. The bathroom is always clean and so are the dressing rooms.

The service I received from Demetris. He helped me find 3 different items by not only telling me what aisle but taking me that way and when I was checking out he was helping pose with carts and self check out with an older person having trouble . He was always smiling and clear with his words. Great guy.

One the most amazing Target stores Ive ever been to. Staff was most respectful and caring compared to the many others Ive been to. Wish I could move to this town and keep enjoying this store. Unfortunately ours was closed down and now I have to drive 2 1/2 hours to get to one.

Never fails, every time I go here I end up uttering why didnt I go to the Waterloo store?!?!The workers, the layout, the merchandise, everything is better @ the Waterloo store. But not terrible if Im close by and in a hurry.

The young lady with dark hair shorter in health and beauty stocking out fixing items this morning was very nice!!!

The item I needed I found to be in the store. So before I made the 30 minute drive I bought it to be picked up. Went to the customer service area, was greeted by a friendly gentleman, told him my name and what I had purchased and in less than 1 minute I had it in my hand. Excellent service. Love your store.

Easy online shopping with free pickup. It is so convenient you dont even have to get out of your car. I will definitely do it again!

The store is clean and has a variety of products that are appealing to me.

The ease of ordering from home and then being able to send my husband to pick up the order. The order is already paid for so pickup goes very quickly.

This place is so quiet and low key despite its size and the number of customers here. A stress free place to shop. Why brave the noise and stress of Wally World when Target prices are comparable.

After having items left on the kiosk I called the store to ask to arrange for credit. Was transferred to different departments and left on hold for 45 minutes. They told me i had to return to the store for my credit even though they had full record of my items. They insisted I drive 65 miles one way. When I returned to the store I was forced to wait over half an hour for the manager who was on lunch and couldnt be bothered. Even though they assured me they had the items returned and the return slip at customer service. It was suggested I come back AGAIN tomorrow. I am not returning and simply want my money back after the clerk left items on the kiosk. Worst customer service ever. The items valued over $150 and so it wasnt like I wasnt a valued customer. Additionally they thought I could wander around the store and pick the items out again. Not wasting my time nor will I be doing business with this target. Thus is why I prefer small town local stores. Sadly they had even taken my ID and had my phone number on my check so I really dont think there was need to continue to hold up my money in hopes that I would give up and they could keep my money.

I really enjoy shopping here. I also enjoy being able to casually grab a Starbucks Frappuchino to drink while I shop. The prices are generic for all Targets, but this is a very clean and modern Department store.

Really nice target. Small enough where you can find things, but large enough that they have a good selection. They keep the building very clean and the lines are never real long. Definitely a nicer store than the Cedar Falls Walmart, but it is a little more expensive.

This target feels a bit more open than the San marnan target. Less crowded and pleasant to shop at.

They have a great selection of CDs and most of the new releases. I stopped going to Best Buy because they discontinued to sell music CDs.

Megan in self check out will be the soul reason I come back. Austin and Dale are also superstars that you will be in trouble if you lose.

Went in to ask the pharmacy if they provided a certain vaccination. The man back there had no idea and said wed have to come back the next day to ask. We left and spent our money at Walmart.

About what you would expect in a Target. Wish there food selected was a little larger. Staff always friendly and answers any questions I have.

I am a Target junky. If I could, I would shop there exclusively. Yes, the pricing is too high and the target brand alternatives are dismal, but the whole experience of shopping is just, better.

Its your standard target but Im really disappointed in their maternity section, I swear it shrunk by half in a months time. There is absolutely no selection and what is available never changes. I wont shop here again for maternity clothes. Everything else though.. Yes haha
