Lisa was very knowledgeable. She was accommodating and when I reference what I wanted and was looking for she provided the information I needed. We will see if the 30-day return policy is as Good as it seems. For the mattress we purchased is way too firm.

Absolutely love my bed. It has been perfect for my fibromyalgia. When we were chosing one. He led us to the one we chose and another one but explained ours would be better for my fibromyalgia because there are no springs to poke me.
