Staff was professional and helpful. Service was easy and relatively fast considering I was upgrading 2 phones. Very friendly and accommodating staff
Terrible. Called 3 times. Hung up on me once, got lost in a sea of prompts, and had a call misdirected back to the prompts. Went to the store and not only didnt they help me, she gave me nothing but attitude. That was yesterday. Got an automated text this morning to click on a link and take a 5 minute survey. Pathetic.
