Very helpful and polite. They didnt have what I was looking for and didnt actually have two of the games I took to the counter. My second choice game was cheaper than even advertised so I left happy anyway.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are gamers by heart and work at a job they love.The employees live and breath video games and are not reticent about sharing their knowledge and time to make sure you find the game, console system or eccssesary that you need to make your gaming experience the best it can be!

Has a decent selection of games, but will still try to upsell you on everything.Dont come here if youre looking for niche games. They generally only stock big games anymore.Also, theyre slowly turning into a toy store. Less and less video games as time goes on.

Of the two gamestops in my area this one is probably my favorite. I have been in enough times that I have become a familiar face. They tend to always great people as they walk through the door, they are well educated when it comes to details about games as far as release dates and things like that. They usually have a list as well. Overall it is a warm and inviting atmosphere; they do not pester you to buy things or spend more money.

DONT EVER SHOP HERE. I went to sell my PlayStation 4 that was in great condition, I stopped by once that day and the worker was aggressive and yelled at me for not having a charging cord I then drove 40 minutes there and back. Later that day I came back and I was told the charging cord did not work to connect to the system so instead of using a new cord like any person who is somewhat knowledgeable they said they could not purchase it off me because they had no idea why it wasnt working. I then went to Video Games Etc. (By Target in Cedar Falls) who instantly got a new charging chord when it wasnt working and offered me a fair price. They were knowledgeable and friendly unlike the clowns at GameStop. In my opinion this is the worst customer service experience Ive ever had.

So they dont except cash so took my 300 across the street to video game ect same price for a ps4 and they take cash

Went there so son could shop for some games. I renewed his game stop pro membership so he could get lowest prices on games. Salesgirl didnt tell me about the elite pro membership,which is how you get the lowest price,but DID tell me about how drunk she got on new years eve playing mario kart and how she cant wait to do it again this weekend ...so instead of the so called manager offering to up his member ship to the elite pro he CARDED me and when i went out to get my license and showed him he said its the right color so its o.k. ...which was a bogus thing and THEN allowed my 15 yr old to hand him the money for the M rated games which is not legal....add to that his smart ass attitude...waiting to hear from game stop..we shall see---UPDATE--I did indeed hear from the district manager and this matter was resolved to my satisfaction on my end....unknown how the employees were handled

Cashier was friendly and help. He wasnt too pushy about me buying anything. The place has a large selection of games and trinkets as well as some older Nintendo DS games.
