My now husband designed my engagement ring with LR Jewelers. We also got both of our wedding bands at LR. We had a fantastic experience working with the knowledgeable staff. We love their willingness to order things to the store so you can see how they will look in person before purchasing.

I have two small diamond cluster rings. Neither of them are fancy or expensive but they belonged to my grandma so they are invaluable to me. Both were in need of repairs and because I love LR Jewelers commercials I took them there. They did a beautiful job for an incredibly reasonable price and treated me like I owned the crown jewels. I will absolutely recommend them and use them again.

I recently lost the diamond in my wedding ring. I decided I wanted to have it replaced at the same store we had purchased it, though it was Schilling Jewelry at the time. On our recent trip to Cedar Falls, we visited LR Jewelers. Connie was so helpful and patient as we looked through many sizes and shapes of diamonds. I finally picked one out, thinking we would get it on our next visit to town. To our surprise, they got it ready that same day, which was our 45th Anniversary! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING OUR DAY SPECIAL!

The people there are the kindest and genuinely want to help you with what YOU are looking for. They truly had the best service and I didnt feel like they were trying to up sale us at all. I felt like they would go above and beyond to get us what we were looking for. All of their work is done in house and they got back to us super fast!

I had a great experience with these guys. Super nice and helpful with great prices. They sized my new watch and fitted with a fresh new battery, in that time they showed me around and have a wonderful selection of watches especially Seiko. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful highly recommended.

Had my engagement ring resized after Christmas. They were quicker than everyone else locally by more than a week. They did an excellent job and clearly communicated with me up front on cost and predicted time before it was done. Highly recommend this small shop.

Our experience at LR jewelers was very poor from the moment we walked in the door. We went in looking for an engagement ring and were told the three cases they were located in. After spending 10 minutes looking at the case without assistance we were finally able to see and hold rings we were interested in, this whole time the employees didn’t help us while there were no other people in the store. The shopping experience then progressed into the saleswoman bashing other local “Mom and Pop” jewelry stores, even to the extent of bringing out poor quality rings to show. She then continued on to explain how the diamonds they sell are ethical, without any proof, while other jewelers are not. This experience was very negative as the only way they thought they could make a sale was by bashing other stores. Nevertheless we will not be going back and have happily found a beautiful ring elsewhere.

Shopping at LR Jewelers was a fantastic experience! Huge selection and they have something beautiful in every ones price range. All work is done in house, which was a deciding factor for us. Connie and the rest of the staff are wonderful. You feel like you have known them all your life. The rings we purchased were absolutely beautiful and within our price range. I had the very worst experience there, in my opinion they are crooks..i took my rings to get cleaned and usualky is free if there is,any other expense tbey should check with tbe vustomet, they did mot charged me 200.00 before they charged me 200.00 before i could get my rings ba k wow, not good pr at all

Bought a nice mens titanum watch here. I weightlift and workout and my finger size can change. Connie did a great job fitting me a ring and new exactly what to go for. I also learned that larry the owner is a master watchmaker/ repairer which is good to know. My dad has a few high end watches so i would recommend this place for him. Its a family owned place. Always great to see a local business that has great products. A friendly jewelery shop!
