Wish I could rate a zero my 10 yr old had one of their old violins they called an said bring it in we have a better one. I get there just for them to tell me I need a cosigner and extra money that wasnt mentioned at all before left my daughter heart broken.

Im a piano teacher and visit the store often. I appreciate that they keep a great selection of Piano Adventures Books on hand. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They order all sorts of books for me and call me when my order is ready for pick up. Im thankful they havent packed up and moved to a larger community in this age of Amazon and Ebay.

The staff is very knowledgable about all instruments and music. We have bought several instruments with confidence. We have also utilized the (independent contract) teachers. It’s convenient to have it all in one place.

West music is horrible with customer service and great in sending there salesman to schools to get customer only to be misled and lied to I have reached out to the better business beuru not only is my daughter without a instarment but let her down on wanting to move forward with it i would advise any one thinking of renting buying or anything stay away from West music they don’t care about your needs they also don’t tell you they run your credit either STAY AWAY

Good variety of products and competative pricing. Ive compared prices and products between here and Bobs Guitars before and always ended up going here. The staff is helpful and informative. I also took lessons here for a long time and learned a lot.

Very over booked with kids in school.Not manu openings for adults and never told me how booked they were when I started.They picked when my lessons was,Didnt get a say in that.They had no concern on what would work better for me.Teachers very strict on rules.And also have no communication,Let my bill rack up to 100$ before contacting me about it.Called store manger about my experience didnt want to fix it just said sorry and take up the teacher.West Music isnt worth my time.Dont waste your time or money find a (private teacher). Best choice Ive ever made! And cheaper 😊
