Called them to order some 3M reusable respirator (6000 series) replacement parts, the associate found the one part, but was having trouble finding the second one. Said he would call me back. I called back at the end of the day to follow up, and no one could find the order, nor could they identify the parts I was asking for. Said they would look into it, and have the associate call me back first thing in the morning. Called back the following afternoon, still no order had been put together. They called the associate and he claimed he was still waiting on the 3M rep. to call him back to help identify the parts number.I then proceeded to go to their website (Fastenal), found the parts I needed and the parts number, called them back again, and placed my order. What a joke.... I spoke with a total of 4 associates, all of which could not help me with ordering my parts, til I called back with the parts numbers from their website. 4/17/2020
