Only bad experience I’ve had with UPS was at this store Spencer was very rude and was not helpful when my mom asked him what one to push for return. Sorry not everyone is tech savvy Spencer. Definitely not someone meant for customer service.
Do not come here (at least not for Amazon returns!!)!! There is an option on Amazon for “UPS Store - No box or labels needed” and I have returned many things without needing a box or label, I just bring the item to UPS with the return code and they send it back to Amazon. This store charged me $1.59 for not having the packaging. Ridiculous! Never coming back.
Has been severely understaffed since 2009 when I moved to the area. Every time I go in there the line to be helped is extremely long. Employees move at an extremely slow pace and have no sense of urgency. Avoid going here unless you absolutely have to. Plan on being in there a minimum 45 minutes before you get to talk with an employee.
The thing about the ups store is that its not the post office... So it automatically gets a big win
Kevin the store manager & Ryan an employee are very friendly and helpful people who work here. Happy to do business here. Only thing I dont care for is it cost $5 to ship a package tothe store to be picked up. Havent seen that at any other UPS store on my travels. But the staff makes up for it.
Wanted to charge me $180 to send a package when I got it sent for $38 at the UPS main branch. What is up with your prices!!!! Thats price gouging... ouch...

The staff did not help me figure out why my drop of reciept and all of the tracking information had a 33.75lb different weight. Just wanted to blame other facilities like it was my job to call ALL of the different places this package had been, after dropping it off here.
I ship all of my art through this store. Always a good experience. Most importantly - my packages get where they need to go. I live an hour away from this location and actually cheated on them with a place closer, of the 5 times I didcheat, 3 packages were screwed up. I learned my lesson the hard way.So, I dont view this service as something I take for granted. I appreciate this UPS Stores 100% for both me and the folks that buy my art. Worth the extra drive time, its peace of mind knowing they will take care of my stuff.
