Had to stop by Michaels for my grandson as a matter of fact had him with me he needed paint so that he could paint a mask that his paw paw got for him, what was priceless he paid for it himself with his own MasterCard

The store was very limited in selection. Not very much of any product. They had what Hobby Lobby had, but less choices. And twice to three times more pricey. The yarn area was a mess, the tangled yarn looked dirty. The puzzles and model kits were very poor selection and way over priced. Paints and canvases were a wreck and poor selection. I finally just walked out in discussed. I will never try shopping there again or recommend it to anyone. 👎👎👎👎👎

What is it to say about Michaels? Realistically Michaels has not changed in years. Theres nothing exciting or truly inviting. The overall appearance of the store is nothing to write about. The supplies are sometimes hit or miss. I find that Im able to get a better deal at other retail craft stores or department stores at times. Some things that I look for Michaels dont even have at their stores in my area. This was one of those times.

I absolutely love the young lady in the framing department. I wish I could remember her name. I decided that I wanted to hang the picture vertical and she changed the hardware in less than five minutes and she even walked me to my car.

This Michael’s is always disorganized and never fully stocked. I can go in at the beginning of the week looking for something & it’s not available and chaos is all around and at the end of the week it’s the same. The warehouse and corporate are 30 minutes away and you would think the Cedar Hill location is in Alaska with the lack of inventory. I can go down the freeway and find what I need at another Michael’s. Is it the demographics, do they think we’re not crafting. I shouldn’t have to leave my community to get better service. Do better Michael’s.

Love going to Michael’s. You never know what your gonna find. I’m into making bead bracelets lately...they have pretty good selections in beads.

Completed a survey related to a recent purchase where fabric was placed in a bin marked $2.59. When I got to the register it rang up $3. Took the associate back and showed it was showing $2.59 but the store scanner showed $3. It was in the wrong bin, had already been marked down from $6.99. Went here for 1 item when it was nearly closing time. The store was clean and organized. The associate at check-out was patient as I searched my phone for an online coupon, despite it being minutes to close.My only complaint is that the parking lot on the side lot of the building, which provides the easiest access to door, is very poorly lit.

This store is okay I feel. I’ve been to other locations and the set up looks and feels better. Also this one just seems dirty and chaotic. But that’s just how I feel. It’s a very popular store, it’s always busy when I’ve gone in. The staff is nice when I check out.

I called up there looking for a certain item and the manager Adonis went above and beyond looking for the item and holding it so I could get to Cedar Hill from Arlington. Amazing customer service. Worth sitting on hold for a bit because I knew he was looking very hard for something I tried to find at 2 other store and he found it! Made my day. Amazing manager. Amazing person. Amazing customer service.

Without fail they always have what I need for a cross stitch project, which I use on the side for extra income. So usually Im there in a huge rush and I dont think Ive ever had to spend longer than like 5 minutes here. And they allow pets! Which is nice since my service dog retired but still likes to get out to see other places other than pet stores.

I should of stayed a little longer but we bought what we went for. The cashier, Aston, reminded us of the coupon online and saved me some money. Thank you Michaels my daughter can get back to her art now 🎨

While there was a brief wait to get in due to covid19...and ornaments were picked over the staff were very nice I just wish I could thank the sweet young woman with the purple hair who checked me out. Her name isnt on my receipt but what was a very challenging quick trip ... she ended it with an amazing experience! Merry Christmas!

I was more than a little annoyed when I was informed that I would not be getting my change back if I didnt use correct change! Seriously?! I think the only way to remedy such an absurd declaration is to no longer shop in your stores. Thats as ridiculous as this whole mask wearing BS! Wake up! I did and Ill shop elsewhere.

I havent been to Michaels since before Cov 19, it wasnt very crowded, it wasnt very clean as well. The Staff was friendly and they had masks and plexiglass at register !!! I completely understand that Cov 19 has taken a toll on our retail industry. Good place for crafts, painting, knitting, kids crafts, crocheting, I could go on and on. I would have gave a 5 star rating, but the cleaning was just not up to par !!!

Michaels has some good sales for the holiday. Every other department stores did not have bulbs Michaels have the clear so you can color them. $10 for 25.

The manager was amazing. He was helpful and went out of his way to accommodate me as I have had surgery on my foot and was having a difficult time getting around. He was friendly and personable.

They dont have an extense variety of baking pans...I just found like 2 8 and some other type...big store but not a big variety...its my favorite craft store and the one thats near me...such a shame...but great customer service...the cashier very nice attitude

My daughter and I love this store. Every time we go we stroll up and down every isle, which are wide and clean. They have a good assortment and the shelves are stocked. One of my favorite parts is looking closely for clearance items that are tagged on the shelf as opposed to in the back. I have come across some incredible deals.

I can always find great deals here and if they dont have what youre looking for in the store one of the friendly staff will find it at another Michaels location for you or order the item for you if its available. The store is always clean and organized even the clearance section stays neat. However as much as I love this store I had to deduct 1 star because if you need something while shopping there is rarely anyone on the floor to assist you. Its seriously easier to find Wheres Waldo than a staff member. Seems like the staff is busy at the front register or who knows where. Other than that this is an amazing arts and crafts store that I can always find what Im looking for especially for last minute projects or decorations for my home and parties.

Ive always been able to find the craft supplies I need here, but the service has been consistently poor. When Ive asked employees for help, they help at the absolute minimum, and the people at the checkout always act annoyed with me. They also seem oblivious to whatever special offers or sales are happening in the store. Its been handy to stop at this location since its right next to Target, but the service has me searching for a better craft store option.

Employees friendly and helpful. The paper crafing supplies are not too well organized. May be all of them are organized the same. Not too sure. Overall I have had good experiences there.

Customer service is not good, if you can find anyone to help you at all. I drive further to their competitor because its worth the service and better product selection.

The store manager(Edie) is snarky and just rude. Their system is down this morning and none of their discounts are ringing up accurately. My teacher discount wouldn’t go through and the manager told me my discount would have worked if I already had it set up with my phone number. She then argued with me when I told her it’s been set up and I come here all the time..It took 30 minutes for them to check me out. It took so long I left without buying half my purchases.The cashier was very sweet (Jessica).. Jessica asked the manager for assistances since she was near the front and the manager says with a snarky tone, “ I didn’t hear you over the radio.”

Walked in shopping around just pricing items

I went to have a canvas picture framed. The young lady was so helpful. I was taken care of on the spot. Left with a Beautiful framed artwork at 40% off.

This location seemed pretty small, smaller than most that Ive been too. Had a hard time navigating my way through the store and locating what I was trying to find. Couldnt get through some areas without bumping into something. At the time only saw two employees working, both busy with a line of customers at the checkout.
