Were ordering from another location but when they didnt have the tires we wanted in stock we reached out to Cedar Hill since they did. I am happy to say they made the process very easy for us! Santos was amazing and I am still shocked at how quickly everything was completed and how professional they were. I highly recommend this company and this locations

I always have pleasant experiences when I visit this location. I purchase tires and warranty for all my vehicles thru the franchise. I would recommend you make an appointment before your visit but walk ins are welcome.I got my tires rotated at this location during the pandemic and I must say they are extremely serious about social distancing and even allowed me to sit in car while they rotated tires. I never got out of vehicle they came out to car to assist my needs. Masks were worn and all the necessary precautions were taken to keep employees and patrons safe.Another great thing about them is they check customers and non customers air pressure for free.

9-4-21. My daughter visited this location to get a slow leak fix. Well after they finish the work. One of the guys technician or salesman told her she needed a whole new set of tires. When she told me that, I was hot because not only are those tires particularly brand new, she barely drives the car. So for him to them to tell her that was a bogus sales tactic. The sad part is my daughter overheard another guy telling another customer that and the customer flat out cuss them out.

I had a Sat noon appointment to replace all 4 tires on my Tesla Model 3 and they had me back on the road 45 minutes later. Very friendly, courteous, and professional staff. Very impressed and pleased.

Great place awhile back I bought one tire due to a big bump on the side wall of the tire. Free air for all tires is a bonus. Just check to see if the air caps are screwed back on good, I had lost one & the other three were about to fall off after a free air visit.

Very consistent very professional… I was in and out with a new full set of tires in exactly 30 minutes. The only place I’ve bought tires from for years and will always come back!

My daughter and I both have been up here and each time they don’t greet you, they over look you and we end up coming back because they didn’t the job right each time. We ended up going all the way to the colony just to get the job done! Very sad and customer service is piss poor. More then once the road hazzard has paid off when I have damaged a tire. Did again this week, piece if metal in tire, tire cost $120 but I only had to pay for road hazzard on the new tire. Cost me $18. They take care of me always.

Low prices and many tires to chose from. The salesman are way more informative than any tire shop in the area. They really help empower you to make the best choice for your vehicle. The shop area is very fast and precise. A very friendly and professional environment. They can be busy at times, but thats only because they truly are the best around.

Usually buy my tires here but was actually able to find a slightly lower price at another store this last set of tires.They went ahead and gave me a free rotation anyway.

Service was fast and friendly though a little care free. A worker broke the glovebox on ny car albeit the car was almost 20 years old but I wouldve appreciated more caution in handling my vehicle.

Best discount tire Ive ever been to.

Service was fast and friendly... was almost NASCAR- like... if the pit crews had to dismount old and remount new rubber on the rims every time the drivers came in... spent less than an hour. Except yall need to school one of them boys that works the air check station about cold and hot tire air pressure ... he started to deflate my tires when they were still in norms but above what the he was trying to put in it.

I drove to this location for a tire air pressure check on my mothers vehicle. The associate clearly explained the tire air pressure issue, corrected the tire air pressure in all four tires, and replaced a valve cap on one of the tires! I strongly recommend this store.

Staff is always moving and you can tell they take their job seriously. Called ahead to get pricing and they were such a help. From the front counter to the shop all star service. They worked with me and price matched. Awesome place

They were able to squeeze me in when I had a nail in my tire last year. So when I got a flat this year I made sure to go back. Scheduled an appointment, bought tires to replace the non-repairable flat and a balding one, and was on my way home with minimal wait. The staff there are patient and friendly, I cannot recommend them enough.

Manager sucks but employees amazing

Reading the reviews of this store, I decided to purchase my tires there. However, after returning to have my tires rebalanced after 4 days use, I found slight damage to my front fender after arriving home.I went back and spoke with Jayme and he advised me to let their company claims department investigate.I sent pictures of the damage and was told that their investigation based on the pictures dis not show it to be their fault, even though the two repair shops determined that my truck must have hit a post. I told them that Discount Tire store has posts by each of the doorways.Long story short, I will suck this up as a bad experience with a supposedly good business.

Very helpful team. Livan set up my appt.to plug and repair a screw hole in one of my tires. Moses did a thorough, quick and professional job and inspected other 3 tires to save me the hassle of discovering another leak. Highly recommend this shop.

This is the most unorganized shop I have visited. They have many young guys running around without guidance or communication skills. I came in for a flat tire. They responded quickly but horrible service. There needs to be better communication and leadership.

I love that Discount Tire has a courtesy air check. They will check your air pressure in your tires and air them up for free. Their service is great! I have purchased many tires from them.

Always receive excellent service and I feel like they have some of the best prices. I did feel like making an appointment would expedite the process more than usual. Not sure if it is covid precautions or not but it took more time to get my car in a bay than when I have previously not made an appointment.

Cedar Hill didnt have my tires in stock. The representative told me Grand Prairie had them and when I arrived in GP, he had already scheduled my appointment and I didnt have to wait long. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Excellent customer at both locations. So impressed the young man scheduled my appointment without me asking... hate I didnt get his name.

Ive been a customer of Discount Tire for years. This particular store earned every one of these 5 stars.They promised theyd have me out the door in time for another appointment, but didnt. I asked to speak with the manager just to let him know that his employees were making promises they couldnt keep and causing their customers inconveniences. Greg, the manager, jumped in to figure out what the hold up was. He was kind and helpful. I completely missed my appointment but Greg did his best to help me out while still getting me out the door safely.I highly recommend this Discount location.
