Had a great experience, had battery acid all over my battery, young guy up there help me out with no problem.. and I didnt have to ask !!!
The check engine light came on in my vehicle. I came here and was immediately assisted by an employee who ran a diagnostic check and provided me with a printed report. This saved me time and money because I was able to go to the mechanic with an idea of what was going on and had an idea of estimated cost.
My battery kept going dead. When my Ford dealership gave me the run around, I drove right over to AutoZone. The assistant manager tested my system on a super busy Saturday to determine if it was the battery or the alternator for free. When I came back Monday, the store manager, Ray, personally installed my new battery and had me rolling in 10 minutes! So happy I went to them.
I had an issue with my battery and the Manger and team did an outstanding job of taking care of me. I advise everyone to go to this location!

Went in today to get a light bulb for my headlight. Patrick was Amazing he helped me from start to finish. Patrick helped with explaining what bulbs I would like for what I needed. He offered suggestions on headlight cleaner (I asked alot of questions and he answered them all without hesitation or attitude). I asked about a coupon and he gave me suggestions. So with that, I was able to upgrade my light bulbs to the better option because I was able to save $10 🎉 Thanks again Patrick!!!
I walked in the employee greeted me, helped me find my brake fluid and when I came back in cuz I had a problem putting it in he helped me all the way through it. I was very impressed with the gentleman very well mannered has very well customer service. This is why I always come back to this location in cedar Hill they have always very very attentive. ☺️

Went got my car fixed well I thought until I got my inspection I paid 200 to get the car fixed just for them to say it wasn’t fixed properly and wanted an extra 75 save your money people

Great customer service
They anunce that they check your light engine by free but when you go there they has a lot of excuse to provide that service. The excuse this time for the employee is the divese to check the computer of the car is damage. Please return in two weeks told me the guy who attend me.

I needed a scan for my check engine light. There was no customer service at this location. After several minutes I was told theyd be with me in a minute. The scanner kept saying Error, but I was finally told that I needed a fuse which was incorrect. Nobody had a mask but they couldnt come out to help me ?
I know ZERO about cars, so I went to AutoZone in Nov 2019 when I needed a few things for my new-to-me used car. Tony and Patrick were AMAZING! They cleaned off the corrosion on one of my battery terminals and replaced the connector. Tony also sold me, and put on, my windshield wipers, cabin filter (I didnt have one at all 😳) and air filter. My car runs better and I feel safer! I appreciate the above and beyond service. I recommend this location.

It was a terrible experience! The guys working this evening were rude, lazy, and unprofessional! I have never been treated with such little regard in an auto parts store. Typically the workers go above and beyond for their customers. Not at this one! I will NEVER be back!

Had everything I needed, older black man very friendly, helpful and then I had to wait to be checked out while young Spanish guy was on the computer and another young guy was walking around. They both looked at me and kept doing their thing, finally the young Spanish guy took my money, and didnt say thank you, have a good day, nothing. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because of the older man and the fact AutoZone has a better selection. Todays young people need to learn to be more thankful?
Had a dead battery went and purchased a new battery from this establishment and car went dead two times after the purchase I went back to the site and the car went dead when I got in the parking lot I asked the store man to please check the battery to see if it was a good battery he did not make much of an effort I am a lady and don’t know what to do about the car and he basically left me there in a state of “your own your own”.There is another gentleman that normally be there and he does make you feel like he’s taking care of you especially as a woman this guy did not.Just remembered the man’s that really had no concern for my issue, REUBEN. There was a lady there & they started talking in Spanish.

I only come here for minor things like light bulbs or brake pads. They always have them in stock and they are able to look up what you need on the computer system. Nobody seems to be enthusiastic about working, but they are at least helpful if you have an issue with something you may not know about. If youre looking for car parts to fix something on your car then they definitely can help you out.

I visit this store often. During the week expect no wait times. they will be more than happy to assist you with ur heck engine light. Most of the staff are knowledgeable about cars. The weekends are always busy, so its best to go during the week.

Was going to purchase a battery, I cannot even turn my car off because its dead. Asked them to help me trade it out (which every other auto zone is willing to do) and he said No because there were only 2 people working- mind you I was the ONLY customer in the store. I will not be back.

I went to this store this morning at 7:28am. Granted the store doesnt open til 7:30. When I walked in the 2 guys that were there looked at me then looked at each other and went about there business. I asked them if they had brake pads for a 2003 Lincoln Navigator. Neither of then answered. I stood there for about 1min before I walked out. Came back in at 7:32. I asked for the brake pads again and they said they had them. I asked if they were for the rear ones and he said yes. Meanwhile in the back round the bigger guy that was there just laughed and said oh man its going to be one of those days today. I just continue to asked for the rear rotors and they got them for me. Well needless to say that they gave me the wrong ones. I honestly just went to a different store to exchange them. I mean I know I got there a little early but why act that way? Just plain rude! Because of that I will not be giving them my business for sure. Gave them 2 stars because the guy that checked me out was at least nicer.

I normally dont take time to write reviews, but this has got to be one of the worst autozone. I dread coming to this autozone because most of the time, they only have 2 cashiers and your wait can be up to 20 minutes to checkout. I dont know about anyone else, but my time is very valuable. This past Thursday 3/21/19, I came in to return a filter and waited in line for 20 minutes because there were only 2 cashiers with a couple of people in the back. What kind of customer service is this? If you see there is a long line, why wouldnt you come to the front to help out since there are 4 registers? Anyway, because of the long wait, 2 customers who were looking to make a purchase, walked out. So thats revenue walking out the door.When it was finally my turn to checkout, I told the guy I was returning a filter and handed him the receipt. It turns out that I had the wrong receipt. So I asked him could he look up the purchase from the credit card I used and he said no, he needed the date I made the purchase. I had forgot the day I made the purchase and then he had the nerve to excuse me of lying about making the purchase there. The nerve, why in the hell would I wait in a line for 20 minutes to return something to place I didnt make a purchase at????I was insulted and highly upset. Im a person of high integrity and I dont go around lying trying to get over because karma is very real. Anyway, even though I was upset, I kept my composure and told the young man, I was going to go back home and get the correct receipt being that I dont live from the store. I went home, found the correct receipt and went back to the store and waited in line for 10 minutes this time. When I finally did get to speak with the young man who accused me of lying, I gave him the correct receipt and looked him dead in his face and told him that Im not a liar. It is for this reason, I will never step foot in this autozone again.

Pretty fast checkout everyone was nice returned 15 minutes later to return same item they had a few more customers so had a little wait but return was easy

This is my favorite autozone. What they lack in stock (sometimes they have to send you to a nearby autozone for the less common items) they make up for in excellent service. The managers know their stuff, and the employees are eager to help. Ive limped my truck in there needing emergency parts, and theyve helped me get things running again right there in the parking lot. Their return policy is awesome, and for those of you who dont know, they have a diagnostic machine that theyll hook up to your car to diagnose check engine lights, no appointment needed, free of charge.

I called the store on 8/9/16 and spoke with a gentleman about buying brake pads and rotors for my vehicle. He gave me the price for the brake pads and I verified that he was quoting me for 4 brake pads for the front. Then he proceed to give me a quote for the rotors and once again I verified that he was quoting me for both of the front rotors and he said yes. When I went into the store the manager ended up being the one helping me and he told me that the price that was given to me was per Rotor and I told him thats not what I was told. I said that if there going to quote a price they need to honor it and they need to train there employees better to prevent this situation from happening anymore. He agreed that there employees were under trained said he wasnt going to honor it still. I told him thats complete crap and he walked off like he was going to get the parts and just started stalking shelves and ignored me after that. This is after I heard him telling a customer that even though his battery is showing that its working fine his polaris must be messed up which confused the customer until he finally realized what the manager meant and corrected him saying oh you mean my polarity. I have been shopping at this store for over 10 years and have serviced many vehicles using there products and dont even live near the store anymore but go out there because they have always been good but I will never return again!

Slow. They dont know how to swap batteries, had to show them. Also, knowing right tighty from left loosey should be a requirement for employment but its not at this location.
Had what I needed at a good price.
I got there about 845 pm and needing to have my battery checked. was told its too late and I had to come back the next day. went to OReillys and they checked my battery found it was bad and installed a new one that same night.
