After visiting show room & driving several trucks this 1 had everything I was dreaming of. My husband and I were looking for a new flatbed truck. We found Silver Star Motors and stopped in one day 15 minutes before closing. We met Trey and he never rushed us. We fell in love with a Dodge 3500 but it didn’t have a flatbed. Trey had a flatbed put on it and we were on the road within days. Completely hassle free. This is the best place to get a very nice, clean and quality used truck. They have a large selection that they have had checked out really well before they are sold. Ive bought many used vehicles over the years, and this was by far the best experience Ive had. Rick was a great, no pressure salesman thats very knowledgeable. He had a few things fixed for me before I picked it up, including a clip on the bumper trim that my knit-picky wife pointed out.

This place half way does just about anything as far as working on repairs.They messed up on the ac on the truck I purchased three times,they didnt even install the radio properly and wanted to throw cheap Dorman brand parts on the truck which anyone can look at the reviews online and see is not a good idea for any diesel truck.Had to take the truck back over five times due to their mistakes and finally gave up and took it to a shop with some common sense.Pretty sad when they screwed a radio in the dash with cheesy angle brackets instead of just buying the fifteen dollar mount kit.Buyer beware you will have to take whatever you purchase from this company to a shop with some sense within the first few weeks maximize from your purchase date.I wouldnt purchase from this company ever again and will never refer customers to this horrible business.

I’m not sure if he just assumed we couldn’t buy something because we are young, but nonetheless if we drive 40 min to look at the truck I’m pretty sure we’re serious about purchasing.

I had a transmission issue the 1st day after I purchased the 2006 Dodge 2500. William immediately handled the issue although he didnt have too. They sent the truck off to have the transmission rebuilt and had it back with no complaints. It was a please dealing with a small family business that sincerely cares about your business.

I purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 from this dealer over the internet. The salesman was very nice but would not back down from the high price due to the great condition and low miles of the truck. I agreed to the price due to the claim of great condition and low miles. I was not able to take delivery immediately due to travels and over the weeks after delivery I found that the plastic bed liner of the truck was installed to cover the 3 large holes cut in the bed of the truck where apparently a previous owner had stacks installed. The truck burned 1 at of oil every 500 miles and had significant blow by so I took it to a mechanic. I found out the engine was not original and 3 cylinders failed compression and 3 injectors were bad. Never trust this dealership because the truck they claimed was like new was a lie. I had to replace the engine and injectors at significant cost. I still need to replace the bed that has holes for stacks. Never ever trust this dealership.

I went to Silver Star in search of a very specific vehicle, specific year model and below a certain mileage with a certain top price. I explained to William and George that I wanted a 2011-2012 RAM 2500, diesel, 4 wheel drive, Laramie Longhorn, under 70,000 miles, either white, brown or black. They explained to me that they did not have anything there at the time, but they could find me one. Sure enough, after a few weeks of hard searching, for them, I purchased exactly what I wanted, in even better condition than what I could have hoped for. I drove 1340 mile round-trip to purchase a truck from them. My experience was extremely pleasing! I was approximately 150 miles/2.5 hours away from the dealership when I had a tire on the truck I bought blow out. They sent a guy up to me with a spare wheel, tire and additional tire. They got me changed out and back on the road. Would definitely purchase from again or recommend to anyone!

Customer service was great until the check was in their hand. You can make a car look good in pictures and even in person all the way up till you start driving down the road and that super clean TX one owner, buy this with confidence, solid truck that you just dropped $37,000.00 on starts coming apart on you less than 40 miles from their place of business. Those lifted trucks look cool, but cant hold up to highway use. They are not even certified by Superlift to be installing their products anyway. No torque marks on the aftermarket hardware to do a visual to see if anything has back off or not. Also one of my rear lift blocks look like it came off of a salvage yard find. I know QC would not let that leave their factory. Ive had my truck less than 4 months, had problems with it from hour one, and a rental car for one month and on my fifth week right now because the rear suspension fell out from underneath it after a coworker took a video of the truck crab walking down the road after the rear driveshaft broke and shifted the truck so hard it bent the frame. Sorry, but Im not going to accept to have it fixed, because you will never get that frame straight and I would like to enjoy a truck that Im paying more than some peoples rent or mortgage on, rather than look at it everyday as I drive past it, in my rental car, in the parking lot as I go to work to pay on something I looked forward to get into everyday, but now cant. Stand behind your business and the people who keep you in it!
