Clothes are nice BUT seems like the store is getting dirty. Clothes on the floor and not an employee to pick it up.

So Im shopping at forever 21 and right away felt the negative vibe ! Oh and I have money to shop! Dont judge a book by its cover !! I asked for the fitting room and because there was not many people they werent open as a customer I should have been able to use the fitting room! So then why shop here?!!Girls were more worried about starbucks !! Smh never again !

The waitress was very slow and a lil unpleasant and unprofessional. The food was pretty good... It couldve been better had the waitress been a pleasant person.

Wont be shopping here ever again. We just walked in to shop at 6:30 pm and the girl working told us that they were fixing to close. We asked what time they close and she told us 7 pm. We said theres still 30 minutes and then she said that the registers were closing. We just left right after that because we have no time for rude/lazy employees.

I love this brand. I purchased a few outfits and Im really happy with the style and fit. Selection was really good and staff was helpful and pleasant. Ill be back!

A lot of good clothes there. I only stop by when I have the time and energy for a good treasure hunt. More than half of the clothes are buried under a pile or squished up on the hanger.Their jewelry selections are amazing. Also it would need a whole lot of patience.Budget is more like $$$ but you could find some fair quality for $.Would not recommend if you are in a hurry for a quick pick. You need a whole bucket of patience to find the great stuff there

Great selection of stores to shop at. They always have security available which gives you peace of mind while you browse the stores. The parking could be better, its really hard to find even a decent parking spot during the busier hours and on weekends. The splash/water area is great for the kids. I take my daughter there for some free entertainment occasionally. Overall a nice place to come and do some shopping with the family.

Good sale but stuff was everywhere! There were a couple associates folding and putting up however the others laughing it up, enjoying themselves. I couldnt take it!

Nice shopping center. The new management has brought in more well known stores (like H&M). The area is kept clean. The splash area is great for kids. I love the shaded areas that have been added. There is usually a wait for the bathrooms near the splash area since there are only 2. The regular restrooms are on the far ends of the center. Parking on the inside of the center is limited, but there is plenty of parking on the outer areas.

I love going to Hillside Village. Its an outdoor shopping mall. My favorite stores are H&M and Old Navy. I love the walk between stores, especially in the spring, before it is too hot outside. Theres a great middle section area for kids to play and it seems in the summer they open a sprinkling fountain for the kids to play in. Great while a parent shops!Parking does get a bit crowded.

One employee was very rude because we came in thirty-five minutes before closing and told us that they were closing and the registers were closed.

My 16yr old likes shopping here. There is a wide selection of clothing. However, you have to hunt for decent items/sizes because the store is ALWAYS a mess (many items on the floor, under clothing racks, fitting rooms piled with clothing, etc.) Additionally, the staff could stand some coaching in effective customer service. Each time we have visited, store associates offer zero assistance.

I love the styles. Theres not really spot of clothes for plus size and somewhat messy.Prices are okay. Overall a very good store to go to.

This is a great place to take your kids, take a stroll with your gal. Or shop around for some shoes and clothes. Make sure you stop by wetzels pretzels and tell him Paul Sent you. They will probably look at you funny and wonder who Paul is, but I think everybody will get a good laugh out of it!

First time visiting this store and the services was unprofessional and rude by a manger name Alexuis. I hope that she learns to treat all customers on equal level with great services and have a better attitude.

I honestly have not been in here yet. I parked here to go to the movie theater but I will update my post when I go next week. It does however look very clean and organized.

The store is filthy. Everything is literally thrown around. On top of that, the employees were gathered in the fitting room having a pity party, cursing and complaining about how they shouldn’t have to clean the store and how the customers need to pick up the clothes. A few even insulted customers that were leaving clothes in the fitting rooms. And there’s a ghetto sign taped inside that says not to use the rooms if you can’t pick up after yourself. Forever 21 In cedar Hill is quickly becoming Citi Trends. To the employees: Please note that cleaning and keeping a store neat is a part of your job. If it’s a problem, get out of retail.

Great place for a date day! Theres shopping, a cute cookie shop, a pretzel shop, and a Barnes and noble! Ive got a ton and I always love it.

This is a great store its located in uptown here in Cedar Hill Texas the locations not only great but the staff is very helpful and friendly the store is very clean and put together we love the store

Arey was sooooo helpful and patient. She took the time out to put two outfits together with me. We looked through a pile of bras and until I found what I needed from the beginning to end of my shopping.

I got a lot of cute things for a last minute vacation from here so for the size, I think the selection is awesome. I would come back here when I am in town again. Of course, prices are always great as well (these are not high quality pieces after all).

Plenty of cool shops. Restaurants are amazing. And usually theres not too much people traffic. Car traffic though gets bad sometimes.

EXTREMELY MESSY! I had to walk out, they have cute stuff (at least the stuff that IS hanging up) but it’s piles and piles of clothes on the floor, customer fault or not it needs better management because this is ridiculous!

Great outlet location in Cedar Hill. Has a variety of specialty stores with different price ranges. Great fountain and outdoor games for the children and a beautiful canopied sitting area if you want a shopping breather (hey dads)

Cute clothes but this particular store had awful customer service. I was in there an hour and not one employee, I saw at least 10, said a word to me. Neither did the manager. The checkout lady was rude and its just a very uninviting atmosphere. It was uncomfortable and awkward

Nice little play place for toddlers thats clean and fenced in. Soft mat floor. Also have a fountain kids can play in. And some kind of ball game

Love this mall, The new owners have invested in new contracts with stores that people actually know such as H&M, Forever 21, Hot Topic, and hopefully they add many more such as zara, pacsun, urban outfitters. as for food selection there isnt much there at the mall but around the mall there is endless options. I really think adding a cheese cake factory in one of the buildings that are no longer used would be a great addition.

Busy as usual, minimal security visible and a lot of Pokemon goers. Not bad for an outing without little ones.

Good selection of stores and easy to navigate. Suggestion...on busy days, park in the outer lots and walk in. Avoid interior parking because that can be bit of a challenge.
