Customer service is phenomenal, very rarely a line and if there is a line, it always goes very quickly; for the essentials, this is by far the most convenient, orderly, clean, and efficient gas station in Cedar Hill — hands down, and I can’t stress how professional and delightful the staff is at this particular location. Murphy USA in general is a very well-managed store chain with high quality-control standards, and their prices and loyalty program are really hard to beat! Wonderful establishment.

Worst gas station ever. Line is basically out the door and the short Hispanic Lady with the black hair just stands there as if no one is in the store. She didnt open another register..and the line just grew to the point people started yelling ....can something please be done in support of your customers

The ladies that work there are always so nice and polite. My only huge issue is that they dont have 2 functioning credit card readers. You can only get gas at one register with cash. Which builds up the line on the left register.

If you want to show your kids why they should stay in school, just have them observe what a lack of education and pride in your organization looks like by having them watch the attendants at this location. Poor customer service, bad attitudes, no greeting, and if something does not work like a card reader on my visit today, they just dont care. It shows they will hire anyone.

Always friendly always the best prices clean and lots of pumps. There are seniors as cashiers which is awesome but theyre quite slower than the usual cashier which is to be expected. If you are in a hurry you may want to pay at the pump

They usually have the best pricing on gas in the area which is why I go there. Unfortunately Ive had issues with them not honoring the advertised prices of the products they sell at the cashiers booth. Theres no use in arguing because theres usually a long line behind you and the cashiers provide you with the classic Wal-Mart I hate my job and I hate my life attitude.

I never knew they actually had hours until I tried to get some gas late one night and it wouldnt even accept my card. All of the lights were still on so I assumed they were open. Other than that its an ok place if youre looking to get cheap gas. But the quality of the gas isnt really worth it unless youre really on a budget. The associate working is usually attentive and somewhat friendly. I can understand how being cooped up in that small box could affect your mood.

Never a line. I like them. The pumps work. The buttons work. Nobody parks in the middle of the drive to block the traffic. Please dont be that person that blocks the flow of traffic just to get a pack of cigarettes and fish for the change at the very last second.

Cheapest gas in DFW!!

I went today and was unable to use my rewards membership. At the pump my membership came up, but when I put my credit card in it kept saying see cashier. I went inside and they were able to run my card, but the rewards membership was not fictional. Thats the only reason I come to Murphy USA because I can get points that go towards gas discounts.

There was a line all the way to the door and only ONE PERSON on register. The manager was repricing the cooler with customers backed up to the door. When someone asked if she could help out she said No, Ive been here all day Im not touching a register AGAIN, this is a MANAGER ( her name is Gloria) pure laziness...

Completely rebuilt site. Everything is new and clean. Not sure their prices of products inside are as low as Walmart next door or across town. Theyve separated from Walmart and are starting to push their own credit card and products.

Very crowded a traffic jam get it getting in and out but because I was new to the area I didnt know where it was an any other place to get gas so I sent through the traffic jam and this was well before the whole running out of gas scam.
