Best location hands down! There’s a huge difference in the way their cookies are baked.

Super friendly staff and a great location no less. You can grab some cookies and walk around from shop to shop to walk them off and possibly even grab some more tasty cookies for the trip back home. Yum!

Giving credit where credit is due: This morning, I ordered a cookie cake for my wife’s birthday. When I arrived at the store, I was welcomed when I walked in and treated like they were happy to see me. The cookie and icing message was easy to read, spelled correctly, and looked amazing! These days, customer service often seems to be lacking. Today, I had a great experience at Great American Cookie Company-Cedar Hill and wanted to pause and say... thank you!

These cookies are the best and this location is also. The cookies are ALWAYS fresh and soft!!! The brownies are delicious too. (I love the red velvet brownies!) Everytime I go Mrs. Paulette is there with a beautiful smiling face. The cookies in my photos are the sugar, cookies & creme, and peanut butter cookies. I got the buy 9 get 3 free deal which came to be around $15. (So worth it!) I am signed up for the rewards program that does help to get you discounts.

I wanted to give 5 stars cause our cookie looked incredible! The only thing was the kid at the counter was not friendly what so ever and looked down and frowned when you tried to talk to him. Other than that thank you for the very nice cookie for my daughters birthday.

Im an advocate for teenagers having jobs. I know with them you wont always get great customer service. So if you understand that, youll appreciate the cookies. I got the macadamia, pecan chocolate chip and their seasonal strawberry cookie. Enjoyed all but the strawberry cookie was just ok for me. Anyways yummy cookies.

I placed an order for a going away celebration and when I arrived to pick up the order it wasnt ready..Very frustrating as we had a luncheon and everyone was waiting on me to arrive with the cookie!!

I know that the safety of employees and customers are really important!!! I stood in line for 20+ minutes (92 Degrees Hot blazing sun) to get in the store to find out they didn’t have reg cookies (chocolate chip, chocolate chip pecan, and snickerdoodle) it would have been nice if the rude young man at the door would have announced this before I wasted my time and to sweat in the sun- and when I said this to the manager she wanted to argue! Worst Experience Ever!!!!

I must say, the manager here is phenomenal! We struck up a conversation which stemmed basically on how she treats her employees and focuses on customer service and I was amazed. She was training a new employee and she was doing a great job with her so far. Every trip that I have made to this location, Im greeted and they treat me very well. I truly feel welcomed here. Customer service is definitely 5 stars. I give a 4 star rating simply because the price is high. But for a quick and convenient treat while you shop, its the right place to go.

I love this place because they sell a lots of flavors of cookies that I loved to eat and try but my favorite flavors of cookies at this place are chocolate chip, macadamia white chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, sugar, double doozie, m&Ms, oatmeal raisin, domino fudge, peanut butter, frosted, colossal, peanut, and lemonade
