Kerry- Hearing Specialist and Jessica- Office Manager are the best. I feel as if I have known them for ages. They are not only friendly and courteous, but also very professional.I have no problem in recommending this office (Cedar Hill Location) to be tested and receive hearing aids if needed.

Contacting Mr. Kerry office was the best thing for me in 2020, I truly needed hearing aids my hearing was effecting my job performance. I didnt know what to expect as to insurance or cost wise. My hearing aid somehow became unconnected to my I -phone. I could hear the call but not directly thru the hearing aid. Jessica was very helpful and sent me the instruction on how to go to settings and pair the hearing aid and phone. Later in the day, I could not hear any caller without turning the volume up to 100%I called and spoke to Brian. I explained the problem. He told me that if I could come in, he would get it paired fir me. I told him I only lived 10 minutes away.I got there and he took me back to his office snd had my situation corrected in less than 10 minutes. He was very complete in his efforts and we tested it 4 times to make sure the issue was resolved. I am so thankful for Miracle Ear. I was born deaf in my left ear and have a major hearing loss in the right ear. I am very dependent on my hearing aid. Over the last ten years that I have been one of their patients, I have received nothing but caring and professional treatment. I know they care for me as a person.My hat goes off to Jessica, Kerry, Brian and to Miracle Ear. I 100% recommend them to anyone needing help with their hearing.

The product is excellent. The expertise of the AUDIOLOGIST is impressive. The customer service is very good. I hated the idea of having to use hearing aids, but I was used to them in two days flat. I especially love the charging trough (no batteries needed), and the directional app. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED all around. It was worth the drive from Fort Worth to Cedar Hill for this flawless experience.

I just got my first pair of hearing aids just last week. I was apprehensive, as just about everyone I knew that had them either didnt wear them, or complained about them. They should have gone to Miracle Ear in Cedar Hill. I cant imagine someone not loving them if they are programmed correctly and fitted correctly. From the minute you arrive, Jessica is so friendly and outgoing, which sets the tone for the rest of your appointment. The audiologist, Paul, tested my hearing and explained everything to me about my hearing loss. He then made recommendations on what he thought would be best for me. He programmed them perfectly the first time. I was astounded at the sounds I was hearing. I knew immediately that I wasnt leaving there without ordering my first pair. I love the rechargeable ability so you dont have to worry about batteries. All in all, it was a totally positive experience, and I would highly recommend them if you are in need of hearing aids.

January 10,2017I have been wearing BTE hearing aids for approximately 15 years and since my hearing levels fell into the profound loss area, I have always had great difficulty in distinguishing voices and sounds .The time came when I needed to get a new pair and a friend mentioned that she had recently purchased a pair from the Miracle Ear Cedar Hill, TX office and that she was very pleased, not only with the hearings aids, but also with the friendliness and helpfulness of Jessica, the office manager and the audiologist Paul G. Stephenson.I followed her advice and purchased another pair of the BTE aids, but I really wasnt expecting to have any more success than I had had with other top of the line brands!However, I can now state that I can finally hear conversations in restaurants, in small and large gatherings and a really big plus for me is being able to discern musical note variations and this has opened up a whole new world in my listening and appreciation of music.Another another plus for me is the effort that family members now spend in including me in conservations since they no longer have to repeat everything, which had become quite tiresome for them, so much so that at times, they didnt bother repeating.Service of a product matters a great deal and I always know that when I need assistance, Jessica in the office will be helpful and gracious and Mr. Stephenson, a very patient and competent audiologist will provide any help I might need to continue making my Miracle Ear hearing aids work perfectly.I also found many helpful tips in the booklet that I had not been aware of as long as I have been wearing hearing aids.Considering all of the above experiences, I would definitely enthusiastically recommend Miracle aid Hearing aids in the future.Patricia in Dallas,TX
