Finally the store seems to be stocking back up.

Store is super under staffed & has been for a while. There was only one associate at the register while multiple customers were in furniture area. But the young man Anthony at the register was VERY helpful & worked diligently to help us all in a timely manner with no complaints. Store seriously needs more workers though.

I called yesterday to ask what time they would open today. The sweet girl said 10:00am. Got there at 10:20. Deadbeat manager posted sign on door would open at 11:00. Cuz no one came to work. Apparently this guy cant walk and chew gum at same time. Going to wait until 11:00 see what kind of service I get then may change this review.Update: I gave 2 more stars because they have good printing center. No hassles walking up to copier and printing from thumb drive. Can do this on Sun. Not at Kinkos! Unfortunately this store closing in Nov.

The employees have been helpful but the store is closing. They are no longer providing printing services for the remainder of their time open.

I love and Recommend this store as well as the Customer Service all Awesome! The staff always take care of my needs providing quality results and best price! Dont search any further try this location I look for the best service over cheap prices and the stink service.

Went there looking for a printer...of course there was nothing in the store and no associate to be found. I asked the guy at the checkout. He was very rude so I just left. I wont be going back anytime soon. Next time put up a sign that you are sold out and can maybe order online.......

Not a pleasant experience like I usually have. Young man on the register named Jonathan was not welcoming & very very dry. Customer service skills needs ton of work. Hope he wasn’t a supervisor or manager with that attitude, YIKES! Won’t be back for a while.

Found everything I was looking for. I didnt find help until I went to the front of the store. There, everyone was ready and willing to help. They price matched a product with a name brand item when their generic item was out of stock. Everyone was friendly and helpful. In and out in about 30 minutes.

This is a one stop shop to grab just about anything that you would need within a typical office. From pens, paper, folders, desks, chairs, computers, you name it and they more than likely have it. The checkout line can be a little slow at times and sometimes they need more help on the floor for people that are looking to purchase or get information about the bigger items. Other than that, if youre looking for any office materials this is a great spot to come.

One of the only places around where you can get a fax done. My to go place for that. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Was in the store this morning. Stood in line for over 15 minutes and finally left. Two cashiers and both were helping customers with print jobs. You should always have a cashier to check out your customers that are simply purchasing items!!!!

I see why they closing shouldnt take long to send a fax especially when its hardly any customers

Horrible customer service!!! The manager tells me the store is closed while I’m still in the store and would not allow me to purchase my items. “The store is closed, we can’t wait on you” was his statement to my face. The Office Max in Cedar Hill.

The store was clean but some what disorganized. The staff was courteous, helpful and polite.

This is by far the worst I have seen! I run an auto repair shop down the street and my bathrooms are so clean and to see this bathroom look like it does. Shame on you office max !!! I would not even let my dog use this .

Great store, but not as fully supplied with as many items as other locations.

The print center at this location is so bad. Slow service, dry attitudes, & bad attitudes. But it is Office Max so really can’t expect much.

Store doesnt have an organized appearance. Not one team member offered assistance as I shopped office furniture. Needless to say, I left without purchase.

Good. They prices matched and were less on most of the items.

They are the only Office Store in the area but they do a great job! I got some large format puzzles printed for a game night and they came out great!

Donna the manager there was just great I would recommend this Store to everybody went beyond the line of duty great job keep up the good work

Walked in looking for a laptop. Noone greeted me or assisted me....took my business elsewhere.

Just a regular Office Max not much to say about the staff but things were easy enough to find without them

Poor customer service most of the time I go in there. Copy center could not figure out how to make a 2-sided copy...really???

Josh, a manager, refuses to provide a copy of credit card transaction receipt that is not within a 30 day period. Not acceptable.

I have been here for more than 30 minutes and they do not print your stuff when they need to. People have skipped me and there is only ONE person working here?!?! I don’t understand this store and their employees. I ordered my barber yesterday and it wasn’t ready and now I am waiting while everyone stuff is printing before mine.

Dont get one hour business cards here. My cards were cut incorrectly and some of them had the bottom line cut off

There was an imperfection on my copy and she would not fix it, she expected me to be ok to print them anyways.

All good.
