The staff at this location are so friendly and genuinely love their jobs! It’s never a bad experience at this location. (It is super busy though, I recommend going right at opening or an hour before closing!)

This Target store at Cedar park is a SUPER TARGET STORE. The store is totally big and includes a wide variety of grocery . Always love the daily/weekly deals available on target . Very much useful items for kids and home . They have pizza hut and Starbucks inside and the store people are very much kind and helpful. I went through an issue and they were helping me to solve it.

This Super Target is the biggest Target store within Austin region and has lot of products that arent available in regular Target store. So many offers and options to choose from in all sections. Friendly staff to guide through checkout and locating items. Yesterday, the charger for my consumer cellular phone, broke. The device I have requires a customized charger. In making my request for assistance with a new charger, I was treated with kindness and respect, which in todays world is seldom seen anymore. Christina and Sara identified what needed to be done and resolved my issue in a pleasant, professional way. Im so grateful and want to commend them for their high quality customer service. Dont even think about order something online from this store! Online shopping from this store and picking up is a joke! They charge your card and after a day they send you an apology email that says the item is not available!!! So the question is if you can not take care of your inventory why you offer online shopping????!!!! Why you just waste peoples time with your laziness??? If you are unable to offer online shopping just close this option!!!

Normally I wouldnt have anything but glowing remarks about a Target. However, this one has one glaring weakness, the mens department. When compared to the other depts it is the smallest, the least cared for and the least organized.When compared to other Targets it is woefully below the Target standard. It is shunted to a corner and lacks most styles and offerings you can find at other Targets.In short, if youre looking for menswear, skip this store. It will be a frustrating waste of your time.

Arrived at 755AM, store opens at 8AM, and all the front parking spaces are already taken by employees. This is not an exaggeration. I watched employees pull up to these spots and park. Whenever I have worked retail, they always made employees park in a specific area or in the back of the lot, saving the front spots for paying customers. Especially in Texas summer, customers should not have to park farther away.

I love target. Like loooove target. But this location is infuriating. Their kids clothing sections are bleak and they never seem to have my kids sizes in stock for anything. Today was especially bad. My daughter can fit in 5t and a big girls xs or small. I just needed 1 pair of shorts and there was not one single pair in any size that she can fit into. Not one.

Target customer service in the store has much improved over the years.Besides locating items I cant find elsewhere, store employees are friendly, courteous, and helpful.

This location is clean, well organized and the customer service has always been great! They recently price matched some nerf guns for me and were so friendly. We also really like Target Optical. Love that its not overcrowded and check out is quick and easy!

It’s a really pleasant experience to shop in Target. The scale, the layout, the lighting… and there is typically a good selection of products.

Went to buy one pack of pens. They had 2 cashiers plus self check out with customers lined up back into the aisles. I left the pens on the beverage cooler and walked out.

Great product quality and overall clean store. Generally enjoy shopping here.

I probably waited about 60 seconds before a target worker came out to my car with my order for curbside. Round trip from my house took less than 10 minutes. Amazing!

Its cool! Lots of great products and home decor. Friendly staff as well. I went to buy a printer but they were out. It seems that a lot of stores are short on printers so I wont hold it against them.

Felt like shopping in a walmart. Get your cart from outside; nobody to help you on the salesfloor, empty counters, broken equipment at the registers and the list goes on.

Definitely better than the crappy Walmart stuff. Generally Super Target are not known for well arranged aisles. But this one is far better than the one near Lakeline.

I had a little glitch with my app but the two Target Employees that handled my pick up order were outstanding and literally ran to grab my bag because they knew that I had been waiting. This is in relation to curbside delivery: Target is killing it in competitive prices now. Targets cheaper than Wal-mart and ESPECIALLY Amazon for most items. To use curbside delivery, you have to use the app, but thats the only drawback. I was able to even cancel an item that I had ordered through their app without any kinda difficulty - cant say that about some other stores apps. Theres never any wait times, and the employees are always friendly.

I went to this Target late afternoon to buy a few items and purchase items off a baby registry. The kiosk registry was not working. An associate did help get the registry printed for me. There were no aisle numbers to reference the items on it, so it took me longer to locate them. There were only 2 checkouts open for the entire store and the self-checkouts open. It took much longer to get in and out of Target. Except for the associate who went out of his way to help me, I was very disappointed by there not being enough Target staff to help customers.

I would just like to thank and praise the baristas from this Starbucks. I went to the Starbucks by Whole Foods/Marshall’s and they got my drink wrong TWICE, so I came to this Starbucks and explained what happened and without hesitation, they made me a new drink EXACTLY the way I wanted it. Thank you ladies for being so sweet and attentive. HIGHLY recommend this Starbucks to anyone!

Not as much variety as other super targets or even regular targets in other cities like Round Rock. Even the target I normally go to had more variety, but this target just seemed like a larger building with a much smaller selection. Employees at the self checkout were nice and very helpful.

One single line for pickup and return with only one staff. What is the convenience for ordering online when you have to wait in line with customers who are returning orders. Management should prioritize focus in case desire is to compete with other online retailers

Very long queues at checkouts. There is no person who is directing the queue lines. there was recently a person who was helping out but she too did a very mediocre job. Please do something on check out lines. You are not giving stuff for free and we have other choices

This was my first time picking up an order at Target. I wasnt exactly sure where to go. The signs werent very helpful, i wish the signs had said, park here for grocery pickup. I did finally park in a space that I thought was for grocery pickup, after driving throgh once, and asked a guy working with a grocery cart and a clipboard, if that was where I parked for grocery pickup. He told me I would know if i had the Target app on my phone, but I didnt, I had the email from Target with the time and my order ID number. He asked for the last four of my pick up number and asked another guy to get the order for me. I got out and opened the trunk and he put it in. I thanked him and drove away.

Price was right, pick up was easy. Everyone was masked and social distancing. Overall a good experience.

I have to take a second and acknowledge the absolute amazing customer service that I have now received on two separate visits from the manager at the Cedar Park location her name is Sara. She went out of her way and above and beyond to fix two different mistakes that the online store made as well as saved my wife’s birthday by finding a way to get me her gift in time! The customer service field needs many more people like her and I hope target recognizes what they have!

This is the best Target I’ve ever been to! I’ve tried others in Austin and Georgetown that do not do not compare to this one. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. The curbside feature is so convenient and gets fulfilled almost instantly. This Target has a Starbucks inside and other snacks you can get while you shop and even a pharmacy. The produce section is ok from the few times I’ve had to use it-but if you only want to make one stop and get your groceries here you can. I’ve only had great experiences here and will continue to return!

I received exceptional care and attention when I was looking for a specific item. The situation was outside the norm but the worker never lost their cool and showed me that they cared about me. I almost went to another store for the item I was looking for but after this wonderful experience will never shop anywhere again. If Target doesnt have it, I dont need it!

I ordered a product online and was told it was in store stock and I requested that I would pick up instead of having it delivered. Within a couple hours, I was advised it was ready for pick up! Within just a few hours of going thru catalog online, I had found what I wanted, ordered and paid and picked it up and delivered it to the person I ordered the gift for. In the store, I was efficiently and courteously assisted although Id never used this Target service before and was not sure what to expect. They were wonderful and as of this morning, they have a new online service customer!!!!!!!!

I came into the store to pick the item (a laptop) with my daughter. She was with me and I didnt want her to see what it was. I asked the gentlemen behind the pickup counter if he can bag it since it was a present and I didnt want my daughter to see it. He said sure thing, and when he came back it was double bagged so well that I couldnt even tell what was in the bag. He didnt have to do this, but the fact that he did it and with a smile was really great and kept the surprise intact for Christmas.

I placed an order in March 30 and I payed an extra $20 for 2 day shipping for a birthday and I’m still waiting for it and the birthday has passed and I can’t get my money back when I returned it

Accidentally went to the wrong Target for Drive Up delivery. When I called to explain at the correct store, James with Guest Services said “we will not be sending someone outside with your items to wait in the cold again, you are going to have to come inside” he was extremely rude all for a simple mistake. My husband, who is sick, now has to get out of his truck and come inside just to notify them that he is “really here”. James made it a point to say that he must come inside so he “really knows” like I’m a liar. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Come on, Target.

The customer service representative who was at the self check out was rude when I told him about a price difference of 50cents and another item for 2 dollars when he clearly could go see for himself.

Theyre 40% nicer than Wal-Mart, but 100% more expensive. Parking spaces are definitely smaller than most other stores. The store was freezing cold. I like cold weather, but not inside. It definitely shortened my time in the store. I have never shopped at a target before, and this is my last time. I will not be going back. Sorry.

My kids had a bad experience. They went in by themselves and rode in a cart which they have never had problem with. They also saw 3 other kids one older than each one of them in a cart and still were the only ones asked to get out. After being asked to get out of the cart, they were followed all around the store by the manager. They even said after leaving they felt very uncomfortable being followed by a male. I recommend if you don’t want your kids in this predicament don’t come to this target.

Customer service was unkind when i needef help ordering on line. The csr name was petra or tetrs but she refused to speak lounder so i wasnt sure of pronuciation. . She had no patience with hearing challenged. WHY DOES TARGET HIRE PPL LIKE THIS. They could use lessons gromheb and walmart.

I have been shopping in this target for 4 years but I am not going to this store anymore, when I was buying more than 2 lego sets they said I was a reseller and when I tried to explain they just did not want to listen.

Was shocked by the customer service from Grant. Our home flooded and we lost almost everything. We saw a rug in store and told him that we wanted to buy it online and pick up to get the extra 15% off (every discount helps when you have to replace everything you own). Grant told us come back in a couple hours for processing. I said okay that’s fine, but please don’t put it back on the shelf because it’s the last one. He said he didn’t have a choice and that’s the policy even though we were purchasing online that second. Most other targets usually just help you out or simply say, “sure, we’ll hang on to it until we can process it and get it back to you.” He was just very snarky and acted like he was above us or entitled. When talking to him and telling him about how our home flooded he interrupted me and said, “okay, awesome” ??? That just told me he really couldn’t care less about what I was saying. I’m also confused why he’s a trainer when he gave the worst customer service I’ve ever had. We almost just returned everything and left because we were so appalled on how we were being treated over a rug, and we are just confused on how it’s awesome that our house flooded. I hate leaving a bad review but this service was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Will be going to other targets in the future. On another note, the original employee that helped us was very friendly. We noticed that when he called Grant up to apply the discount Grant completely ignored him at one point. I just don’t think his behavior towards employees and customers should go unaddressed.

So. Very helpful staff. Great selection. Horrible curbside service. While Lakeline doesn’t have all the items this one has - they bring curbside order within 5 min or every time and this store maybe gets to you in 10–15 min and without all your items (experienced twice so not a one-off). Hope they get it together but kinda doubt it based on how much business they have. If you’re here to browse - perfect. If you’re here for actual single mom no time in day things go to a different Target.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen.

I have never been disappointed by this location. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they have a great selection of items. However, I suggest they move the ATM. It is right up front, but facing the doors so if you use it, you end up standing with your back to the door facing the self checkout lines. Too vulnerable.

Awful experience with guest services, extremely rude employees. Will go out of my way to go to the lakeline location moving forward. As someone who works in customer service and have family members who work for Target, I expect better.

This Super Target has a great selection of products, good Target Circle discounts, and great customer service. The store is always clean, and the staff is friendly.

Everytime I come to this location the folks that Man the self check out lanes are always so polite and helpful. Most times you go to a self check out line they are barely paying attention and you spend 5 minutes standing there before they realize you need help. Not here, today 3/18, I was there around 530pm and the gentlemen there was observant that I looked confused when a prepackaged item asked me for a quantity. Before I could turn around to ask he was there with the answer to my question before I asked. Then he stood there for a moment and when he noticed I was good to go he politely left me to continue ringing in my items.It was really great, I wish I took his name but please thank him!

This store is very well ran. Everyone is very nice. I never have a problem when I go into there. Lines are not very packed. I always am able to get in and out of the store without a problem. They always have what I need and if someone does not know something they are not afraid to ask someone else.

Always clean with fair amount of selection. Could stand to do some updating.

I love me some target.....I LIVE here, love the everyone in the pharmacy, the cashiers, etc! But tonight some B&B saved me! Ben the cart retreiver and Brian the store manager saved my bacon! I lost my wallet from the register to the car....I looked in the cart, the street, back at the register, guest servies and then to Brian....No luck. He took my name and number JUST IN CASE....I talked to Ben the way out and he had not seen it. He still kept and eye out and 3 hours later found it wedged in my cart in a VERY hard to see spot! Thank you so much!!

Nice Target Store. Has never been crowded when I have shopped there. The greeting card selection is great. It is my preferred card shopping place since the nearest Hallmark store closed.
