This shop is wonderful! They have such beautiful dresses! Tiffany did a wonderful job helping me. She is very knowledgeable on the latest trends and definitely knows what shes talking about. She helped get the dresses on and clipped them right so we could see how it can potentially look. Even though I fell in love with a dress elsewhere, definitely dont rule this place out if your looking!

I finally found my dress here. Tiffany is amazing! She pulled dresses that not only fit me, but also my budget, perfectly! TBH, it was hard to choose. She has an eye for dresses and styling based on your personality and preference. Having 2 equally lovely options was quite unusual.It was an excellent experience. I highly recommended trying their dresses!

I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!!!!!!! OMG, Best Customer Service Ever! Im sooooooo excited, I cant even take it! I found this Bridal Salon on The Knot and made an appointment to try on Wedding Dresses. This store is ran by a Mother and Daughter who I applaud for their awesome Customer Service and for their beautiful selections of Bridal Gowns. Tiffany was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the Bridal World. She was very down to earth and offered great advice as I go down this course of finding my perfect Wedding Dress. I tried on several gowns and I like that they are by appointment only because it allows for them to focus more on the customer. I can tell you that Tiffany knows her stuff! I explained what style of Wedding Dress I was looking for and 3 Gowns later, I was in my Wedding Dress! Not only did she lead me to my dress, but she made the process fun because of her lively personality and cheerful spirit. She was honest and let me know what goes best with what because when it comes down to the whole look, it can be a bit much from choosing the Wedding Dress to the Veil to the Headpiece to the undergarments to the shoes to the jewelry, clearly I can go on and on. At Amour Bridal, you will feel comfortable and you will have a fun time. Brides, make sure you visit this store because you wont regret it. The dresses are also budget friendly. Most stores range from $2500 and up, but this store has good prices if you ask me. I highly recommend this Bridal Salon! Thank you Ladies for such an awesome experience.

Tiffany is the most amazing person I have ever had the luxury of shopping with. She has so much love for her customers and her merchandise. It really shows in the care that you receive from her. She is hilarious, friendly, and a wonderful dress stylist. She really knows her stuff, I would recommend her especially for any plus size woman who might be a little nervous trying on dresses. She will put you at ease and make you feel incredible.

I love this bridal shop. I came here for my dress and Tiffany was great!!! I told her what style of dress I liked and she found lots of dresses for me to choose from. She was very professional helping me get in and out of each dress. My daughter drove in from Chicago so Tiffany made sure that she had an appointment on the weekend so she wouldnt have to take time off of work. They worked with our budget and had a wonderful selection of plus size dresses that were just gorgeous. My daughter was able to try on many dresses until she found the perfect dress for her special day. Tiffany made sure that all the custom features that my daughter wanted came out exactly as she described. LOVE this salon!! Tiffany and Doris are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. I went in with a picture of the dress that I wanted and Tiffany delivered. They altered my dress perfectly (even with having to take it in 2 different times cause I kept losing weight, lol). I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!! This place is amazing I was so impress with the dress and the sizes and the range of dresses that is at this shop because I am a plus size bride it is a little harder to find shops that you can go into and actually try on dresses. the bridal salon is ran by the awesome mom and daughter duo. Tiffany was great at picking out dress that fit my body perfectly. My experience at this shop was beyond anything I thought it was going to be. I cried with 2 to 3 dresses, and finally found the prefect dress for me. I have experience different dress shop that states that they have plus size dress and when I got there, I could on try on 2 dress and they didnt enough fit.

This place is AMAZING! Every employee here is super friendly and genuine. We had Tiffany help my sister find her dream dress and she was so thorough, kept within her budget, and did not pressure her at all with any decisions. I walked in about three weeks ago because my fiance and I had recently gotten engaged and there were two women at the front desk who told us that we couldnt look at the dresses in the bags because we didnt have an appointment but there were NO customers in there... I went to a bridal shop in St. Clair Shores and bought my dream dress off the rack because they were nice, supportive and they actually LET ME LOOK THROUGH THEIR BRIDAL ROOM!!I really wouldnt recommenced this shop to anyone based on the sheer rudeness of both employees. My bridesmaids purchased their dresses here, and this store has many wonderful options. Out of the 3 people who have helped us on different appointments, there is one woman who is particularly rude and even got my family members to take notice. When my cousin picked up her bridesmaid dress, my aunt wanted her to try it on quickly, and the sales woman seemed genuinely annoyed that my cousin wanted to try on the dress she purchased at her store!! Also I got a rude vibe from her during other appointments we had. This is an honest review, so if you’re sensitive then maybe shop somewhere else.

I recently purchased my wedding gown from Amour Bridal and Tiffany was super friendly and cool! She did ask a lot of questions but when it came time to try on, the first one she picked out was the dress I bought! She took all the info I gave her and just like that she came out with the dress of my dreams! I have been to 5 different places and this was the best service and very comfortable atmosphere to try on! My mother also found her mother of the bride dress and it is stunning! Overall we had an amazing experience and feel relieved we were able to get them both in one day! Im even more excited for the big day and wanted to make sure we gave Tiffany the credit she definitely deserves!! She is very good at her job and am very thankful we just happened to walk in and were treated like family! I highly recommend this Bridal shop for your big day, special occasions or even prom! This place was the best bridal experience I had at any bridal salon. First I didn’t feel rushed like I have at other just being thrown into and out of dresses, the consultant really wanted to understand what I was looking for before she pulled any styles. She also has a great scaling system and if you don’t like a dress she really wants to hone in on what you don’t like so she can pull you the perfect dress. Also, these dresses are all custom to a persons body shape and at a reasonable price for a wedding dress. For the first time I truly understood what I wanted. I did but my dress here but even if I wouldn’t of I walkedOut of there knowing what dress I wanted which I couldn’t say for other salons around. If I could buy all my clothing there I would!!!!

Tiffany and her mom were amazing in helping me find my dress! Tiffany listened to what I wanted, and got to know me a little bit before we got started. After trying on a few that I liked, I mentioned a few changes that I would make, Tiffany was able to find a dress that was exactly what I wanted and pictured. I had gone to Bombshell Brides down the road and it was crowded, busy, and rushed. At Amour, I felt very special and got to have the individualized attention that made wedding dress shopping a memory I will always treasure. I came into the bridal salon with one idea of how I wanted to look on my wedding day, however, Tiffany was able to find a dress for me that was way more flattering than the dress I thought I wanted. What a wonderful place. The women over there are so knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly, listen to what you want. They spent quite a bit of time with me trying on different dresses. Sadly and ultimately I did not purchase a dress. I want to stress that I didnt purchase a dress because of anything they did wrong.

I urge you not to shop here. This is the worst, most frustrating retail experience I’ve ever had. The owner was incredibly rude and unreasonable. I ordered a beautiful gown that came back altered completely incorrectly. When confronted about the errors, the owner blamed me (the bride), would not listen to anything I had to say, changed her story/suggestions multiple times with each conversation, and refused to give any sort of refund for my ruined gown. Instead she insisted she could do no wrong, would NEVER have made a mistake, and instructed me to call a lawyer if I wish to continue the refund conversation. Finding the perfect wedding dress has been an experience I’ve always dreamt of, and now it’s been ruined.Response to owner: It is unethical to take a person’a money and not provide the promised product in return. Had a I known a 57 in hollow to hem meant the gown would expose my ankles while standing barefoot I would have insisted on a longer gown. This is NOT the correct length. It is your job to make the gown length, style, and features clear to customers who spend substantial amounts of money in your shop. I told you I would wear a low heel. I am certain of this since I had my shoes picked out in the shop the day I bought the dress. The five people with me at the time are also certain of this. I’m asking for a small partial refund to reimburse me for your mistakes and my time, especially so close to my wedding. It is unreasonable that you can’t address a mistake you made and that you continue to blame me. It’s truly offensive and frustrating. Every photo of this dress and dresses with scalloped edges covers the brides’ feet. There is no way to photograph me in this gown with my feet covered as you suggested. You were unwilling to work with me on fixing the gown until I called to complain several times. You highly dissuaded me from alterations and told me making the dress longer would be impossible. I specifically asked you multiple times if you could make the dress longer and you said “it might feel longer but it won’t truly be longer”. After hearing this and knowing how badly the dress turned out the first time of course I had to take it to someone else and request a partial refund from you. I am now spending the weeks before my wedding rushing to fix a gown with errors you insist I caused and filing complaints. Even on this online forum you continue to blame your customers instead of taking any sort of responsibility for your mistakes. It truly is heartbreaking. I hope for the sake of your future customers you can learn to be reasonable and responsible.Again, I urge others reading this not to shop here.

Where do i start!- 5 bridesmaids only 4 could buy dresses from them due to one bridesmaid was pregnant and they didnt have a dress that closely matched-they ordered the wrong sizes for my 4 bridesmaids and told them they have to go up 2 sizes and then pay for alterations.- they ordered 2 expensive bras that had to be sent back to get correct sizes.- they ordered a complete wrong size dress that was 5 sizes too big and refuses to order the correct size.- they gave the wrong dresses to two of my ladies and they both had to get alterations there rather than just the one. They put the wrong names on dresses.- they were very rude every time I called and said they were to busy to deal with these situations.- one of my ladies was from out of town and put a note in the system saying we can pick up the dress for her and manager argued with us about being able to pick up the dress.-I would never do business with this company and or suggest them to anyone!!!!, one of my bridesmaids is engaged and changed her mind on buying dresses and bras from this company. You can buy the same bras at Kohls and pay $20 rather than $100+ . Never again!-

The workers were rushing me and not very kind. I live out of town so my mother tried to pick up my bridesmaid dress 7 times during open hours and they would close randomly and spontaneously for either last minute expos or some other reason. Every time Ive been in there I have heavily sighed more than once. Just go somewhere else.

I went there for my wedding dress and told Tiffany what I was looking for and she found a really beautiful dress for me. The process was easy with Tiffanys help. I even sent my maid of honor there and she was very pleased with the service.

All of my bridesmaids bought their dresses here. I came in with a dress already picked out but our consultant helped in choosing a few more choices that fit the look I was going for. I thought they had a very good selection. My only complaint is that they ordered all of the dresses way too big for my girls which resulted in all of them needing alterations (which we did outside of the shop). For example, one bridesmaid who usually wears a size 0-2 was ordered a size 8... My advise would be to inquire what size dress they are going to order after you are measured to make sure it sounds right to you. My girls just trusted they were measured correctly and that was a mistake.

Went in to have my daughter try on bridesmaid dresses for an out of state wedding, fully aware that there would be a fee for measurements when not buying a dress in the store. The woman was sitting behind the front desk feeding a baby and never attempted to be of any help. She was rude and extremely unprofessional. At one point she said, You cant find her size by trying on dresses. What??? All the while her cell phone kept ringing. It was 35 mins before closing so I chalked it up to her being lazy and my business wasnt lucrative enough for her to get up off the chair. It would scare me to entrust this business with any element of a wedding. Btw...the bride had given us options as to whichever style we wanted so my daughter had no clue as to which dress she wanted to choose. That is why she wanted to try some Mori Lee dresses on. We werent just trying to get around the measurement fee. You say I didnt have an appt? Why even stay open if you have no appts for the rest of the evening? Makes no sense.

As soon as I walked in the door at Amour Bridal I felt welcomed and like a part of the family. The ladies here are so nice and friendly and they will do anything to make sure you find the perfect dress. They have a large selection and very good prices. Tiffany and her mother were both a huge help! I tried on A LOT of dresses and they was there every step of the way. Every time I call or have a question they are always willing to help. If you visit this shop you will not be dissapointed!

Biggest joke of a bridal salon ever! Tiffany is VERY unprofessional!!!!! She screwed one of my family members over with her wedding gown. Tiffany cut lace that the bride wanted to stay on the dress, ordered the dress with the WRONG measurements, wanted to take MORE layers out from under the gown that the bride didnt want touched. She messed up the bussel. I could go on and on about this horrible business Tiffany is lazy, rude and does not how to treat her customers. I WILL NEVER EVER RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! She had made this whole dress experience HELL when it should have been a joyful happy time in the brides life. The BBB has been contacted as well.

I had an appointment in December of 2016. This was my very first time trying on dresses and I had no idea what sort of style or detail I liked. I explained that to the staff and let them know that I wanted to try on all styles in order to figure this out. Tiffany blatantly stated out loud that she hates when her customers try on a lot of dresses... it made me very uncomfortable during my appointment and afraid to ask to try on more. My experience was terrible. She was rude to my mom when my mom asked about the veil, whenever I tried on a new dress she would say lets get naked, which caught me off guard. This bridal shop is unprofessional, has terrible customer service, and made my very first experience terrible at a time that is supposed to be exciting. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

TO ALL BRIDES DO NOT GO HERE IM BEGGING YOU SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS! This is the worst bridal salon in the macomb area! I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my entire life! I wish I didn’t have to rate this salon a one star. My gown was Casablanca. Casablanca is known for there “custom fit”... however during my first fitting with my bridal gown, the gown was HUGE! Tiffany the owner began to deny any mistakes that were made on her end! As a bride it’s my job to give measurements the rest is her job, which she failed to do! She persuaded myself to turn this gown into a strapless gown which she said could be done which she failed to do... every time I or my mother gave her instructions on what needed to be done to the dress she said it couldn’t be done. Always gave us a run around... she tried to persuade us to turn the gown into a halter top in which she did not want to add clasps or buttons to allow myself to get in and out of it. She expected me to put this dress over my head while having my hair and makeup done. Her response was, well your wearing your hair down what’s the big deal?... she also added that putting the gown over your head is a safety thing which makes absolute no sense. You are suppose to STEP INTO your gown... she asked if she could cut two layers of tooling out from under the dress to make her job easier which I said absolutely not to... after I became so upset and discouraged with her abilities as a owner and seamstress I decided to contact Casablanca to see if they could give me information on the gown that was ordered since she stated another gown could NOT be ordered within 24 hours. THAT was a lie because if you visit the Casablanca site it states on the site the information I needed. She moved up my dress fitting appointments for family needs. She also became so upset after I explained to her how I contacted Casablanca. Leaving me a nasty voicemail for reaching out to them and had told me to take my gown elsewhere because she lost “trust” in me for reaching out to get answers on my gown 7 days before my wedding!!!!! The gown needed to be bustled, still taken in which she failed to do. Material was missing stuff was taken off, there was water solvable ink all over my dress. She hemmed the front of the dress which came to my ankles! It literally was HELL being a customer there! This woman basically opened up a business with no background, experience, or knowledge of what she’s doing! Upon picking up my dress to take elsewhere she got my NAME MIXED up with another bride with the same name. Kinda of funny how life and karma works out! My answers were given to me, she gave the wrong bride the wrong measurements! This salon needs more management, more organization and more professionalism! I’m so happy I was able to take my gown else where, the seamstress taking good care of me did EVERYTHING my mother and I asked to be done to my dress without even saying anything! That goes to show the difference between knowing what you’re doing and not! Do not open up a business if you CAN NOT exceed all expectations to a soon to be bride! Worst shopping experience I have had thus far. I would NEVER recommend this place. I wish I would have turned right around when the employee seemed confused and almost annoyed because I didnt have my heart set on any particular style. (I was open to anything but I knew I wanted strapless) She was extremely rude and unprofessional. When she asked my budget and I said $700-$800 she seemed unhappy with that and tried to make me feel stupid for having a budget so lowI was ready and willing to buy something that day if I found a dress I really loved but she just didnt seem to want to put in the time to help me find one. And even if I did fall in love with a dress, I would NOT give my business to this store.Save yourself the time and DO NOT GO HERE!
