Just got back from Hot Topic at Lakeline mall following a very cool and refreshing shopping trip. We immediately got asked if we needed help, and then we kept browsing looking for all the new hip and trendy items. There was a nice selection of shirts, and other cool things that anyone could have picked up.

I really liked this store. It has a variety of items from movies merchandise and clothing, to anime or cartoon characters memorabilia. Its a little tough to get through some isles as there is not much space, but the sales and merchandise are worth looking at throughout the store. Costumer service was good, and overall the store looked stuffy but clean. We will definitely go back!!

It was very nice and cool place I picked few jewelry items fir my girls.Can you imagine Just picking up three items took me an hour😀 as there was so many options and every item was better than the other.It has a unique, adventurous and stylish look for most of its stuff.Highly recommend fir teen age or young girls. They love it!!!💕

Usually fine but... I went in a few days ago for a swim top and couldnt find one in my size. I specifically asked the girl i could return the swimsuit if I went a size up and she said yes. it didnt fit so I came in today to return and was told swimsuits have been final same since they reopened, then pulls out a sign that was hidden behind some stuff on the counter. so I wasted my money basically.

Great, staff is pretty chill, and super friendly. I get everything i need here. Good range of stuff. :D

My friend bought a shirt from this store and they forgot to take off the alarm tag from the store but she didn’t have a receipt. The alarm tag didn’t ring when she went out of the store with her shirt in the hot topic bag. Later on she went back noticing that the alarm tag was on it and she decided to go back to hot topic to take off the alarm tag. The alarm tag never rang but she asked for the staff to take it off and they said she had to repay for her shirt. This girl literally was walking in the store with a hot topic new bag she got that same day. My question is why didn’t the alarm ring? Shouldn’t it have? I think the staff that work on Wednesday are scamming people.

They say they have Kpop stuff. They dont.

Very small compared to most Hot Topics. The staff never greets you when you come in.

Alway have had good service there. Store has definitely changed since i was a teenager, but they still have a nice selection of things. Good for Harry Potter merchandise. Really crowded with shelves though, so it can be a bit difficult navigating through the store sometimes.

Good stock, but crowded store - I find it hard to walk around the store without feeling claustrophobic, and its a pretty popular location so if someone is in your way, you might have to go the other way around. Other than that, a personal favorite to visit.

I was with my husband, my newborn, and my three year old daughter. My daughter fell asleep in her daddy’s arms while I was shopping. I asked for a dressing room, then I took my newborn in his stroller into the dressing room and my husband started to walk in behind me, anxious to sit down with his arms and back aching painfully from holding our daughter. The employee told him he couldn’t come in with us. I asked her to make an exception under the circumstances and she said no. This rule is in place to keep people from having sex in the dressing rooms — this was obviously not a realistic concern with a toddler, a stroller, and a newborn. He was forced to leave so he could sit down. The inflexibility on this rule was poor customer service. I chose not to buy the $200 worth of items that I wanted.

Not easy to move around in a wheelchair. Staff try their best to help. Can be very crowded or almost empty of customers. Prices have gone up and size options have gone down. Bigger sizes are online only, I was told, also, Try Torid, though they did their best, I was just overwhelmed at the time with people bring elbow to elbow while in a wheelchair, I feared hurting someones foot. Beware of sales, just after or during lunch time on weekends. For anyone in a wheelchair, I highly recommend going while teens are in school. The store is really clean compared to the mess I see many customers make. Everything is in order and if they dont have it, they will check online for you and deliver it to your house. Thats pretty convenient except you cant try it on, but I was told that if it didnt fit, I could return it in the store and wouldnt have to mail it back. The staff are really nice and patient. Good place for teens to get brand name stuff. I used to when I was a teenager. The music can be loud. There are sometimes flashing lights. I have seziures, so its a concern for me.

I been coming to this store since I was in high school and now I take my daughter. Friendly staff all the time. I just wish I had money so I could buy more from here.

Typical Hot Topic in your standard mall, but I was able to find a last pair of black silicone double 0 plugs for 20 bucks.

Personaly I love the Hottopic down here in lakeline . They have really good quality stuff for a decent price, I get of my clothing,accesories and my Mha,Yuri on ice and Pride stuff here. Plus the staff there are super nice and i love each of their styles

More stuff I like than I thought but still too many trendy goth kids

The store goes through phases. It is in a down phase with clothes. HT is a punk store. Just like when it was all Justin Bieber clothing, its again silly clothing, but now for CardiB. This is not what HT is. Cant wait for it to be back to punk!

Hot topic has been a store that has sustained me since I became a mature member of society (Im 16). They never fail to have a large collection of hot and steamy clothes for me to flaunt my teenage body in. Unfortunately they have ceased to continue carrying razors which were an essential part of my weekly purchase from this chain. Without this crucial portion of my weekly routine im left to cutting myself with kitchen knives which are nowhere near as clean or easy-to-use. Unfortunately i have had to forgo my teenage comfort and graduate to cutting myself with walmart razor blades. It is a very sad existence but this chain, and this branch, get my 9/10 stars. Just please hot topic higher ups, i beg you to carry sleeping with sirens razors again, they were my drug. Thank you.

Was here mid-afternoon on a Friday. Everything I wanted to look at was on the highest racks by the ceiling, but the staff was super chill about getting things down so I could try them on. Very friendly peeps! ^u^

I wish I could leave no stars for the way I was treated as a female. On Thursday November 9th I showed up at 9:00 and was the first person in line because the night before Hot Topic lakeline featured a chase Grinch. A few minutes later a guy walked up and stood on the other side of the door. I told him I was first in line... he said he had been waiting since 6 in the morning because a buddy of his let him in the mall early. Since I was first at the door, I said wherever you came from I was here first. I said I would speak to the manager because what he had done was not right. When the Shift Manager showed up I told him what had taken place. He opened the door and then went inside. So we waited and then he left to go get a drink/coffee and another employee arrived later. Then when the shift manager showed up there’s to eye contact with me or a resolution to the problem. I could have been invisible, but he started chatting away with the other guy (who I have a picture of) while he was headed inside. When he finally opened the door the manager actually blocked my entrance and was goofing around with the Man who had cut in line. It was definitely a tipping point for me. Since I was a female they were taking advantage of me. I really can’t believe the manager blocked my entry to the store it was embarrassing and degrading as a female. The Manager was slightly tall, very thin, medium complexion and had very short dark hair. Reguardless of there being a chase... I felt degraded, ignored, and cheated by a system that is the norm every where else pops are featured to buy. You line up at the store not half way across the mall. And just those two chumming it up, that was a real burn. This guy was a obviously a flipper too because the dropped the chase and had bent up the corner of the box and the manager said is it going to be ok and the guy said yeah I can still sell it online. Your system sucks if this is the way you treat women. I posted a pick of the flipper and I’ve already heard he’s been to other stores and has done similar acts. He needs to know he shouldnt push women around using his store contacts to attain products to flip and sell on line.

Real neat collectibles and clothes, but easily overcrowded, especially with whole families and their babies and kids in there, and with the music screaming too, its just easier to go online.

Great selection of merch from popular bands & fandoms. The music that plays there always seems to stress me out for some reason.

Nice selection but overpriced since you can get many graphic tees at Kohls for less.

Sadly this is the last physical location to get a mix of band merch, anime, horror and gaming gear
