Ethan in for the cluuutchhh with my curbside order! I showed up so late (very much my fault on not looking up when they close) to pick up my order, and he stayed after to make sure I got my groceries still! I didnt ask, or even notice till he got to the car.What great customer service man, thanks so much! Give this man a raise!

Only complaint is that at almost every time we use the service at least one of my items isn’t in the bags. Not a huge deal and they’re quick to refund or offer it for pickup right away but we live 15 miles down the road so it’s always a refund.. and then I’m left still missing what I need. Great customer service but I really wish they’d double check the orders before they go out.

Well-I decided to try curbside at this 183/1431 H-E-B location although I usually shop at the H-E-B in Leander. This location had more times available AND the Hubster went to our Leander H-E-B around 1100 today and said it was an absolute madhouse. We had a fairly long list and when he called to ask a question re:a product and advised me I told him to just finish up in the dairy department and check out and I would place an order for pick up.Well YIKES-he stood in line for 45-had a new employee who was left alone to fend for herself check him out and was not very happy....(I will leave this under the LeanderH-E-B too.Strangely enough when I went to the H-E-B here in Cedar Park they were also behind. I felt so bad for the employees who were busting it to get the orders out to the car. I only saw 2 different employees so it feels like staffing has been reduced-recently they removed their service fee for having their employees fill the order IF you order 24 h in advance . I get that this side of their business has much less predictability and so the concept is a good one-but if this meant reducing employees that impacts customer service. Not saying it happened that way-- but I did wait 20 minutes for my order to be brought to the car.I also want to comment that this location has done the best they can in terms of developing an area for curbside pick up, however they had to mark some former regular parking spots in the sea of their parking lot and I noted people who were using them who were not curbside patrons. Really nothing they can do about it as there doesnt appear to be an area they could separate. Its the oldest location of H-E-B in Cedar Park and although its been updated I dont think there was any thought that there would be curbside and home delivery in their future.Perhaps they will go back to the drawing board to consider any alternate options.

HIGHLY satisfied with my experience here. i ordered a few days ahead online. the system alerted me that some of my items might need to be substituted but that is understandable being that a pandemic is happening. anyway showed up the day of at the scheduled time 8:30 pulled into a spot texted that im there. a girl comes out with my stuff in a shopping cart pop my trunk and done. super fast i was expecting to have to wait forever. but the store was not super busy i guess i picked the perfect time slot. only one item had to be picked based on their available supply, which was lysol wipes but im super happy with what i got. i waited maybe 5-7 mins since i got there 10 mins prior. the girl was friendly i didnt have to lift a finger. i struggle with anxiety and panic attacks thats why shopping for me is hard i cant stand to be in there for longer then 5 mins before i get anxious with all the people...this service is a life saver for someone like me. after reading horror stories and being unsure my fears are gone! i will definitely use this service again it was SO seamless! thank you! :)

Ive always been very satisfied with them. They are my heros.

Just be sure and order early because time slots fill up fast!
