I went to Guns Warehouse on 30 OCT 2021 to purchase some Magpul parts for my AR-15 build. The sales person was very nice and offered help right away. As a Army Veteran I asked for military discount and the sales rep said they don’t offer discounts to military, LE, or first responders but all the parts have a 3% discount. I paid for the parts and left the store. Once home I verified the parts on magpul.com and to my surprise Guns Warehouse charged more than msrp, up to $5 more on some items. To the folks reading this please do your research before spending your hard earn cash in this store. To Guns Warehouse, don’t forget that customers make or break a business and I will negatively promote your store from this day on and will never spend a dime in it.

Was looking for two guns that were hard to find and they delivered both times! Ive also had 4 iron sights changes with these guys and again they delivered with awesome service each time! Will definitely go back again for my firearm needs 😎

Ive been doing business at Guns Warehouse since 2015. Good bunch of guys with some inside knowledge of the industry. They had this smith who customized a BCM SOCOM upper for me a few years back. He removed the F marked front sight post and free floated the the barrel. Then re-welded and pinned the flash hider back on. Things like that go along way with me.

Walk in for the first time today to check the store out. I told them what I was looking for and they helped me outfit a new Stag 15 tactical pistol and accessories. Headed straight for the range and could not be more pleased with the purchase and the accessories. Out of the box both gun and sight were PERFECT. Ok 2 clicks up and 2 clicks to the right on the sight and it was perfect. Thank you!

Not sure if this is a service they offer, but I told Craig what I was looking for and he sent me a text 6 days later with what I wanted. Excellent staff, selection and price. I wish I had know about this store sooner! Thanks Craig!

This place charges twice as much as everyone else. The ammo prices are absurd here. Again you can buy ammo anywhere else for half of the price. They pretty much sale every thing higher than any other place I have ever been to.. this should be your last resort.

Awesome, professional, and knowledgeable staff while being friendly. The store seems to always be loaded with inventory. Set a timer before you go in to remind yourself you have to leave at some point.

After having a bad experience at McBrides, I read the reviews regarding the Guns Warehouse and decided to visit. They did not disappoint! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and approached by a representative (wish I could remember his name - he was tall, bearded, younger, and probably handsome under his mask) - they had about 7 or more people behind the counter and the place was full with socially distanced customers. The gentleman who assisted me listened and presented three pistols I might be interested in and discussed pros and cons. He recommended I take instruction at Shady Oaks Gun Range (which Ive done since and love my instructor) and shoot several guns before purchasing one. When I find the right firearm I plan to purchase it from Guns Warehouse for their attentiveness and sound advice. I strongly recommend them!

I was told by a staff member here that they had 1 Glock 19M and they would hold it for me. I drove 40 mins with toll to get to this shop to purchase it. When I arrived, they had sold it to another person. What poor kind of customer service is this. I will never shop at this place ever again. They were completely wrong to say theyd hold it and sell it to another person. What a waste of time and gas to get here. Yall need to do better.

I went in to check the place out after driving past it on my normal errands a few times. I was really pleased to see that they had a great selection of modern actually desirable firearms and accessories at reasonable prices. All too often shops have left-overs that didnt sell at the gun shows marked up at nosebleed prices and gruff attitudes, but this place was different. In addition to a wide range of pistols and modern sporting rifles I found a great little lever action Rossi 92 carbine in 44 mag that I thought would make a great addition to my collection of hunting rifles. The sales staff were exceedingly pleasant, in a good mood, and not too busy to help me. I decided to make a purchase and had a smooth transaction. For future visits maybe I should leave my wallet at home, there are too many great toys here that I might have to adopt and bring back to my collection. Thanks Gents and Semper Fi!

I went in this shop last Saturday evening and accidentally found a CZ handgun that I never thought I would ever see anytime soon. Honestly I was convinced they were unicorns of a sort. Lots of guns and lots of friendly people. Luckily I had two days to research the gun I Found because they were closed Sunday and Monday. I was worried that the thing would be gone by the time I got back . I got lucky and the shop made it quick and easy. I had an awesome experience with my son today. We really appreciate all the attention we got . Yes it just a gun, but more importantly it will always symbolize a special event and day that my son and I had together. Thanks to all!

Bought my WASR-10 from Guns Warehouse along with some 7.62x39 ammo at a time when the rifle and the ammo both seemed impossible to find anywhere.The customer service is awesome here and the atmosphere that goes with it follows suit. This is a simple, no-BS shop where the staff are helpful and the purchasing options are plenty.

Best Gun shop I have been to ever. Staff are brilliant, bought two long guns it was a super experience.

Bought a gun from here. Didn’t know much about the price before the purchase. After the purchase I found out I could have went to smith and Wesson directly and got the same gun $100 cheaper brand new and I bought a used gun so it’s marked up super high. This place charges much more for weapons than basically anywhere.

I came here to make a first time firearm purchase with not a lot of knowledge about what I was looking for. The staff was very knowledgeable, gave me a lot of advice, and let me handle a variety of guns before making my choice. The store was pretty busy but I never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase. All in all a very pleasant experience and I will be returning here for future ammo and firearms purchases.

Had a very good price on a used but never fired Glock. I had no idea what I wanted to buy and the staff was very friendly and informative. They helped give advice as to the best guns for first-time buyers. Process to buy was also much easier than I expected, taking all-in-all only about a half hour or so. These gentlemen are doing a super job of running this store and I will be back tomorrow for my next purchase from them.

Most of the guys in the shop are very helpful and I have been going here for awhile. I recently went to pick up a new carry handgun and offered a cash price which I was told would not be happening and they are not accepting cash discounts at this time. They are a bit overpriced on firearms and ammunition, but I like to support local shops so I went ahead and bought it. However, after getting on here and seeing that they allowed cash prices for other customers has changed my mind on where I plan on doing business from now on. The handgun I purchased was not a cheap one either and it was in stock elsewhere for more than $150 less and another dealer had it for $200 less, but as I said, I prefer to support local and the offer I made was still higher than the competitor’s pricing. This was my favorite shop in town but after this, I can no longer support this dealer.

I have bought and transferred several guns through Guns Warehouse. Not only is the staff super friendly, knowledgeable, and 2A advocates, they are personable and dont try to over sell anything. The entire crew is more than competent to take care of all your firearm needs.

If you want to purchase a firearm in the Austin area, don’t both going anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable, their pricing is competitive, and everyone who works there is super cool. They also have the most versatile inventory you can find. 10/10 would recommend.

All I went in for was some range ammo,but I got the rude & hostile young man at the counter, $32 of a sm box of 9mm, he tells me that is what we have. I ask for range ammo,not full metal jacket, he acts as if he does not know the difference.Young boy makes no attempt to explain his ignorance or why he ignored my request.If you are older & white haired skip this place, it feels very unwelcome.Lots of guns in stock, high price guns, one can get a much better deal nearby & with out the attitude.

The staff are very friendly and they have pretty reasonable prices. They have repeat customers that they remember as soon as they walk through the door. I will definitely purchase another weapon from them in the future.

This store must have a ton of business to turn customers away. I called them to see if a gun was in stock. They had 2. Told them I would be there today before they closed. They close at 6pm. I got there at 530pm. Even though they are allowed to open at 50% as of today they only allowed 6 people at a time inside. There was a line outside of 8 or 9 people and I was the 3rd one in line and a worker came out 5 minutes to close telling us that they can only help people that are there to buy ammo or of you have a LTC they will help them too. Otherwise too bad. If I would have been allowed in the store at 530 when I got there they would have helped me. But since they are only allowing to have 6 in at a time I had to wait outside. The right thing to do would have been to help the people that were there even if in line outside before they close since technically we were all there before they closed. Or have a worker go outside and let customers know they will not be able to help us. Well this place will never get a dime from me but they must do really well anyway or they would not tell customers too bad that you were here waiting half an hour before we closed we cant help you. They obviously do not care too much about their potential customers. The good thing is they are not the only store around. I will take my money somewhere else.

We are all busy in these weird times, and I do not have time to run from gun shop to gun shop to be told what they do not have.Troy is awesome to work with. I tell him exactly what I am looking for, or trying to do, and he tells me if they have it in stock, or contacts me when the part or parts arrive. This saves me both time and stress.Great service is what Troy and Guns Warehouse are all about.

Do not waste your time here. Waited over 30 minutes outside in sun only to be told by the worker that they have racked all their guns and will not be doing anymore gun sales today. Mind you that they have windows to see out and can see all the people waiting to go in. Someone should have came out at one point and said no more after this person and mark the spot with a sign.. Something instead of making over 10 people outside wait in line for so long and be like oh well... Not good business practice! They obviously do not care about customers.

Ive come here before to buy ammo for my shotgun, which was pretty reasonable, so I thought I would try my luck at selling my handgun. The reviews all seemed really good, but much to my dismay, I was lowballed big time. My gun is valued between $350-380 and I was given an offer of $120 for it. I wasnt even asked what I wanted for it before they took it back.Obviously Im aware stores like this need to make some kind of profit, but that offer was extremely ridiculous, and I hope it wasnt that low because Im a woman. Guess Ill do a private sale after all.

Found them online and they had it and for a much better price than anyone else. Better by a LONG shot !! Called them and spoke with Aaron who walked me through the process. He patiently answered all my questions during a couple conversations. Rifle arrived last evening. Very happy with my purchase. These guys are great to work with. Will definitely use them again.

Take your guns elsewhere to sell, took in a high dollar German made pistol for possible sale, again never shot (safe queen) they slunk off to the back and came back with an offer of $300, not even half of what I paid for it. They have signs stating we pay top prices?? Felt like a pawn shop environment. I even offered a trade on a shotgun....guy said oh my phone is ringing and walked off. I’ll never darken their door again. No wonder gun shops are going out of business all over Austin. Zero customer service

The guys there are very knowledgable and have proficient weapons backgrounds professionally. The prices are as low as you can get as a civilian. This is one of the few gun stores out there that I feel comfortable referring new shooters too, because I know they only give legitimate advice.

My buffer detent pin was broken from a loose castlenut they replaced the pin for me and checked everything for free just had to pay 2$ for the part. So glad i came here, i am in the market for a 12G Remington 870- shockwave wood furniture shotgun; they didn’t have it no problem, so then i asked for a windam ar15 and they had a used one that looked in almost brand new condition i immediately want it and got it! Took it out to shady oaks and shot very well and accurate right off the bat! These people are so friendly and professional for a gun shop if they don’t have it they will get it for you.. just ask.... I’m definitely coming back here for a ak47 next time! And oh they got a very good used selection for glocks that start around $300!

Been in here multiple times and every time it’s the same. They can’t be bothered with customers. Thought the first time was a fluke but came back and both dudes were too busy with their phones to care.
