Stay away from this company! We hired Austin Outdoor Living Group to build a covered patio on the back of our house. They started construction on June 15th, which was OVER TEN WEEKS AGO, and they still can’t give us a definitive answer about when they will be done. But that’s not the worst part.Two days after they started the project, they ripped the siding off the back of our house, and then went home without putting any kind of protective plastic sheeting over the back of the house. It poured rain that night, so all the water coming off the roof drained straight into our master bedroom. There was water pouring out of the window sills and three inches of standing water in my bedroom. We had to have ServPro come in with fans and heaters to dry it out, which meant that our master bedroom was unusable for about a week. The leak ruined our carpet and messed up our drywall.Fast forward TEN WEEKS, and they are just now getting around to fixing the water damage in our bedroom. But, the porch is STILL NOT FINISHED. And not only is it not finished, but they can’t even give us an estimate of when they will be back to finish it.Don’t waste your time or your money with this company. They are slow, unprofessional, and sloppy. Not only has this project taken over two and a half months, but they completely jacked my house up in the process. And after waiting all this time, there’s still no end in sight. Completely unacceptable.

Last year we called Austin Outdoor Living Group to get some idea of what a new patio would cost. At the time it was not in our budget and I was clear about that when I left a message for them. That afternoon I got a call back from Noelalee and she really took the time to walk me through what it would cost and why.About six months later we had the money put together so we called them to setup an appointment for an official quote. Michael Foster came out took the measurements and put together our proposal. We like what he did and contracted with AOLG.From start to finish the process has been very smooth. All of their contractors take the the time to do things right. All throughout the process Michael was great to work with. He was very responsive to questions, concerns and small changes we wanted to make.Overall my wife and I could not be happier with the service of the entire team at AOLG and the job they have done. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have an outdoor space built!

It was a pleasure working with Noelalee and her team. Despite the difficulties with material and labor supplies, she was always assessable for questions and updates. The quality of work was excellent and they responded well to all final touch-ups that were needed. Very professional.

He is an amazing architect!The construction crew was professional and happy to answer any questions I had!My neighbors and friends cant stop talking about how beautifully it all turned out!It has truly been a delightful entertaining space. On cool evenings we sit by the fireplace. We can watch TV even if its raining with the pergola covered with polygal. Review for a quote call. Theyre best for folks looking for some serious decking but was able to refer me to someone that would fit my need. I dont have the $15,000 min for a 300 sq ft job but to me that seems a bit high. Friendly staff, good for high end customers.

Austin outdoor group gave me exactly what we were looking for. The finished product was exactly what was shown in the plans and the porch looks like it matches the house very well. They finished in a timely manner and use the same subcontractors on a regular basis - so they are familiar with the work product. The folks are very friendly and do aim to please. They addressed any concerns we had before the project was finished. I would recommend them for outdoor remodeling projects as this is definitely their specialty.

Dan and the crew from Austin Outdoor Living did a fantastic job building our covered patio and deck! They were very professional and got the job done sooner than we expected which was wonderful! She was the only one who was able to provide a well thought out design and a bid using the best materials for our outdoor living space. All phases of design and construction were exactly what she said they would be and she exceeded our lofty expectations. After speaking with three other landscape and hardscape specialists, we contacted Noelalee and her team at Austin Outdoor Living. From our first telephone contact to our final walk-through, our experience was outstanding. We wanted an elegant patio and we got elegance, beauty, and useful space. We decided to add an extra smaller patio out front and AOLG enthusiastically worked with us to add this piece onto our contract. We received updates on project dates and were kept informed on all aspects of how the project would be completed. The men who work on the job site were all friendly and more importantly, cleaned up every evening before leaving. Finally, the costs were all put in writing, no hidden costs and payments were set up so that we were not out of pocket all at one time a large expense. I had never heard of Austin Outdoor Living Group and a friend told me to give them a call. We were looking to upgrade our little 4’ x 10’ back porch to a bigger screened in area with a grill, TV and refrigerator. Their Design guy, Dan came over and discussed our requirements and within a week came back with a plan that blew us away. It was perfect. He was able to take our words and turn it into a beautiful design. All in 3D, so we could really “feel” what the space was going to be like…. And it turned out even better when it was finished.The AOLG folks, from Dan up to the owners, Ralph and Noelalee over communicated everything that was happening and when it would happen. Our project was pretty significant and took several weeks - and of course weather came into play. But we always knew the schedule and when workers were going to be on the property. All the guys that came out to work on the project were excellent.They had a stone mason that was a pure artistic magician. He did some unbelievable things with flagstone, limestone, brick and our Aolean counter. The carpenter, roofing and paints guys were all top notch friendly folks that did a really great job, too.With any project this size, some things were bound to come up, but we never had an issue that wasn’t resolved right away by either Dan or Ralph. And the end of the project, AOLG delivered exactly (actually more than) what we asked for.I just signed a contract for my 4th project with them today. They are really good folks over there.
