I just bought a Kawasaki Ninja Z900 at McGrath Powersports, and Id recommend them to anyone. The staff is knowledgeable and clearly passionate about riding! Streeter and Hunter took plenty of time to go over the bike with me. Matt and Lindsey babied me through the financing process and dealt with the banks (thank you!), and Ethan got me set up with a maintenance schedule. Lastly, Cody gamely hung out with me while I was waiting for the banks to do whatever it is they do, and Jade made sure I was comfortable while I waited. This is a great team, and Im looking forward to seeing them at bike nights!

Don’t come here for repairs on old bikes and atvs. They don’t know what they are doing. They change all the springs and gaskets for the exhaust and claimed to adjust the valves in my 1996 atv and said it was not fixing the issue and they said maybe cleaning the carb would help. They were in over $600 on parts and labor. They wanted $60 to clean the carb. I said no and to give back my atv. Took it home and bought a repair manual for the atv. Open up the valve cover and check the clearance on the valves and found out the intake valves were tight and adjusted them properly and the issue was fixed. They don’t know what they were doing.

I just bought a brand-new Polaris RZR Trail 900 Ultimate! I can honestly say that I have never had such a positive experience purchasing a vehicle or recreational vehicle as I did with McGrath Power Sports! From beginning to end, the process was easy, no pressure, and ended up being a SUPER FUN experience! Working with my salesperson Hunter was great! He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to help get me exactly what I was looking for in a purchase. I also got to meet many others throughout the process as well. Joe (the GM) was extremely friendly and did what he could to make the transaction as seamless as possible and was immediately available to be there to assist and solve any questions or concerns that I had. I was also able to meet some of the parts guys- Sterling/Cody who helped me pick out some accessories that I wanted to upgrade my purchase with. Got to meet Dillion in the service department and he was super helpful. I’m a mechanic and he gave me some really good advice on how to properly break-in my new vehicle and guidance on general maintenance. Finally, I got to meet Lindsey in the Finance Dept. She was also made the administrative and financing portion of the transaction unintimidating. She made the process as easy and unstressful as possible. She was super friendly and was well organized. Also, I cannot remember the delivery guy’s name, but he was super friendly too! I was extremely impressed that service was able to assemble the machine and get it delivered so quickly! It arrived days before I thought it would be delivered…so thank you!The whole process was super easy and fun! I would HIGHLY recommend using these guys for any of your power sports needs. Best dealer experience ever! While most time dealers and salesmen are only nice and helpful during the transaction, McGrath Motorsports went above and beyond when things didnt go well after I bought my bike.I purchased a new KTM 250XC TPI from them late July this year. I had to drive 3h from the Chicago area to get it since there were no other ones available in the area ( and they had the best deal). Upon bringing the bike home and taking it for a spin, I realized it is only running at about 50% of its capabilities. I contacted my sales guy Streeter Mcilarvy right away and he was helping me figure out possible issue. Without getting too much into details I spent a week trying everything to make it run like a race bike it actually is. Since nothing worked, I took it to a local KTM dealer where they only checked the fuel maps since there was a 3 week wait for an actual service appointment. Fuel maps checked out and the service advisor took the bike for a spin around the block and jokingly said it doesnt run well but its good for cruising. The only possible problem they found was a fuel pump. After this Streeter offered to send a mobile service technician to replace the pump. I took the bike to a friend who had the same year and model bike to switch it and find out if thats the case. It wasnt. Since we used all possible ways of fixing the bike, McGrath finally offer to replace the bike for a bigger one (300xc TPI) they had in stock or try to find a different 250xc TPI locally. Since I had a lot of accessories to the 250 I decided Ill stick with this one. After a week they send a guy with a second brand new 250xc TPI and a lil gift to sweeten up the deal. I wish I didnt have to go thru all this hustle, but that was clearly a factory fault sending defective bike. The dealer on the other hand went above and beyond to make it right.I will gladly drive 3h there again next time I need a new bike and will send all my friends and family there since I know they take care of their customers even after the sale.

After a long wait for these popular bikes, Streeter finally came through and delivered an awesome day for my boys! When we walked into the show room the bikes were at the front with their names on them! It was great and they were surprised!! Needed a minor repair. Pulled it in and explained problem and mechanic came out and fixed it immediately and i was gone in 15 minutes. I was extremely impressed with there service. Timely and very knowledgable. Overall first class!!

Yesterday while traveling through the area I got a flat tire. Within 15 min my bike was in an enclosed trailer and taken to the shop. Its been a great experience on my new RZR

I was looking for a motorcycle online and came across a listing at McGrath Powersports for a 2012 Boulevard C50. It was a 2012 Boulevard C50 with 1800 miles, Highway bars, Backseat rest with a luggage carrier, Battery Tender, Phone charger hook up, and saddle bags. My salesman was Hunter and the person who would approve the offer was Ethan. The day I went to pick up the bike Hunter was off that day but Tyler helped me with getting the bike and Loren help with loading the bike. They were asking $5600 and I submitted an offer of $4200 out the door. The countered the offer with $4400 out the door. I told them I could do $4200 out the door and they accepted my offer. I had an excellent, wonderful, experience in purchasing a bike from McGrath Powersports. They made the whole process fun and enjoyable. Their employees seemed to really enjoy working there at McGrath and you could feel the excitement that they generated as they helped you as a customer. I would not hesitate in recommending them for others who are looking to purchase a bike. I would definitely purchase from them again. Thank you for the beautiful 2012 Boulevard C50. Was looking to buy a new bike. Walked in and was never greeted or acknowledged at all. First time Ive ever experienced this at a dealership, seemed almost stuck up or snobby.. Having competitive dealership order in my bike. They lost a sale that day, and didnt even know it.

Clean shop, decent selection. The sales person showed terrible customer service. She was more concerned about visiting with her parents than helping customers. I was trying to get a quote on a machine I was interested in buying. After waiting for a half hour watching her talk with her coworkers at the desk, I told her I had to go and to email me my quote. She never did. Ill be buying elsewhere.

I came in one day asking to see a tech to answer a few questions for me. Somebody walked me all the way back to the tech and left me there with him.
