We were looking for a twin over full bunk bed and finally found one here! Beautiful quality of wood and sturdy. We had found an add online for $50 less than in store and Ian matched their online advertisement. He also didnt have one in stock in a box so he helped us take down the floor model so we didnt have to wait 6+ months. What a great experience!

Good customer service in store, was lied to about the amount i had to pay, had bed delivered and to be set up but i had to bring my bed in from the delivery van and had to set it up my self even though i sat it up to be delivered and set up worst experience i ever had. Go somewhere else to get your bed at lease other place they deliver and set it up like they say when you purchase your bed. So funny when you put in a complaint about what was said of free delivery and setup on $199 or more but your in the wrong, will now never go back after the response i got from the owner. Can’t give a 0 star

Factory direct provides a great mattress shopping experience. Our salesman (mike) showed us the mattresses then gave us time to test them out with no pressure. He found us a great mattress for ourselves and a mattress for our guest room. Delivered the same day as well!! Would definitely recommend to friends 😃

Mom is getting older and couldnt get in and out of her bed like she used to, went around town looking for a low profile box spring. Stop at Factory Direct and Kyle was very helpful and friendly in getting me the right one, at half the price of other stores. Mom just loves it, she can get in and out of bed much easier now. If you want to just look at beds without being swarmed on this is not the mattress store they want to pitch their sale at you as soon as you walk through the door you can buy a mattress set like they have on Amazon a whole lot cheaper Amazon wants 2,000 or a little more they wanted 8,000 dollars for an adjustable bed king split and a regular queen bed I know there nice beds and all but come on people 8,000 dollars for a bed is a little over priced.

Updating this review one year later:The only good thing about this store are the non mangement staff. Theyre nice. Thats it.I ordered a queen mattress and sheet protector. I recieved a full matress labeled as queen. I measured it. Management gave me some excuse and said that wasnt a valid reason to send it back. So I had to live with it.A year and a half down the line im having chronic back problems, due to my mattress being so diveted in the middle that im on the floor. I try to return it again, but when i take off the sheet protector i see that it has separated and torn, just from standard use. For a year. All sweat went right through to the mattress. They refused to refund for either of them.So here I am now. Ive slept on my floor for the past two months because of this stores incompetence and their shotty mattresses.

Dont buy from these people. Bad quality beds!!! I got a bed almost 2 years ago and it has a 2 huge dips in the bed that started 9months ago and you can feel the coils dig into your back. I have been trying to get them to cover the warranty and the first time they took my call and got information of type of bed and they dont even carry this type of bed anymore! RED FLAG!!!! They said they would search for the reciept due to they NEVER gave me one! They were in a rush to leave the store that night. They never called me back and have been avoiding the issue. So I may be dropping the mattress off in front of there store with a nice sign on it. So people can beware to buy from these people. I spent at least $500 on this bed. I should have paid the xtra $200 to $300 on at a more reliable and professional store!!!

Would not go here. We bought a bed. Had to have the mattress replaced twice. Also than to come to find out the sell the mattress that are return. Than we also bought a headboard and foot board from them as well. One day we sat on the bed and fell to the floor. They replaced the headboard and foot board. We got another one and the slats broke. Than the side rails came out of the headboard. They refused to replace it. Not to mention how I was treated. We are currently out $800 as we had to go buy a new frame and the difference of the bed.

ZERO stars for the overall service of this company. Ordered a king size bed, head board and foot board, waited almost 2 weeks for it. They called and set up a delivery appointment. 45 minutes prior to the appointed time, I get another call from the delivery service saying they cant deliver for two more days.Went to the Wiley Blvd store and spoke to the sales person, who was clueless, and no help at all. He claimed to have called his boss, but no help. I am canceling the order and going to Slumberland or Mattress Firm, or ANYWHERE but ValuMaxx! These people need to get their act together!DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
