Janaya was so kind and gentle with my 8 year old daughters first ear piercing. She took her time to make sure we understood everything and could provide proper after care. We had a great experience!

Got all 6 of my ear piercings here I dont wear earrings anymore but they have a great variety of high quality items at a lower cost than the highly marked up jewelry stores. Would recommend A+

Called to ask if they have gun or needle they told me gun, got there then she decides to tell us she can’t get a piercing.

NEVER again! Would not recommend. Cant even get your order right, then voids your lease and says you have to put down another down payment in order to take the WRONG ring home?

Do not work for Piercing Pagoda. They lie about your extended warranties and the manager is highly unorganized. Your inputs wont matter. Also how come the jewelry breaks so much?

Should never get your ears pierced with a gun, its not good for your ears. However they do have some nice jewelry
