I was a student here and we did not get our textbooks fall semester until well past midterms. We werent able to cancel orders, either; instead we had to wait weeks/months for the books to come in and ask to issue a refund. The one time I purchased an item of clothing here, I was triple-charged. They sent me an email saying I needed to purchase $200 worth of books for a class I was registered for only for me to find it was sent in error and these books were for a different class. When I called a week later and asked about returning the books, I was told that wasnt possible.
