I came to interstate battery simply to get a battery and move on with my day. The day that started with me being stuck at Walgreens for an hour due to this dead battery, so as you can understand I was not looking forward to the rest of the day. I pulled into interstate battery and a worker was doing something outside but when I got out of my car I was greeted by him. His name is Chase. Within 10 minutes, he had disconnected my old battery and put in the new one and had me checked out. The fact he went above and beyond to help me install the battery, in this colder weather was amazing. I highly recommend Chase, as while he was working on my battery he got to know me as a person. He asked what I was doing this weekend, and was very courteous and helpful. Interstate Battery is lucky to have a worker of his caliber.Thanks again Chase for turning my day around by going above and beyond your job expectations. I’m glad we were able to get this taken care of quickly and smoothly but I am also happy to have made a friend!

Stopped by to buy 6 batteries and the young guy at the counter was unable to assist me. He referred me to calling the corporate office. He said I needed an account and didn’t know much. He said he needed help from a coworker. Nobody would come up and help. Terrible experience with no service. The manager was out and the kid kept repeating that.

Prices are are as good or better than auto stores or Walmart for a better battery. Better warranty than OEM Polaris.

I called just for pricing and the person who answered my call was super helpful. This was after calling another place that specialized in batteries and being told it would be easier if I just came down to the store (with a dead battery). Anyway when I brought my vehicle to Interstate Battery I was to be even more impressed. They handled the whole thing in 10 minutes - from questions to installation to check out. And, but of the employees were very personable, friendly and seemed very competent. I dont plan to buy my batteries anywhere else in the future. But if the quality is as you say, I probably wont be back for quite a few years with this vehicle. Thank you for making me feel I was in good hands with a great battery to boot.

Smart phone battery!!! At a time when I didnt really want to afford a new phone, the technician at Interstate went above and beyond to get me going again. Even after two batteries failed and I was convinced that it was my phone, Jeremy found the correct battery and my phone is now functioning perfectly. Dont take the phone companys word, let these guys check it out. THANK YOU SO MUCH JEREMY!!!

Best to purchase your batteries and install on your own. Highway robbery to charge $5 for installation of a $2 battery!

Use this business at your own risk. Bought one battery for personal use and two for business. The one for personal use in my car went bad in 3 mos. The two commercial batteries froze in two days. Once they have your money you arent getting it back. Theyll happily give you different batteries to replace the bad ones but refunds wont happen. I replaced the batteries with NAPA batteries and havent had any problems.

I had a unique need for a specific electronics battery pack for a testing device that has become obsolete on the OEM market, 4.7 volts lithium. I searched the seas of Internet and could not find any available. I walked into my local Interstate Specialty Battery shop, and in 20 minutes the associate was able to replicate two units for me. I wish I would have caught the name of this person for recognition, but that does not change the fact that I am back in business with my equipment. Thanks Interstate! G.D. happy customer!

Jeremy was a tremendous help with my cell phone..Changed the battery..another issue with the charging port was discovered by him..he promptly refunded my battery money. So very very helpful..!!!

Normally they give me a discount on the new battery but the new manager would not give any discount. I had a receipt from the same type of battery that I bought on 8-12-19 . To see if they would match the discount they did not so this will be the last time I will buy anymore interstate batteries. And I will tell all my friends about this experience!

I came into this store looking for a couple of key fob batteries for my car remote. When they said they could replace the battery in the remote I had with me, I said sure. When they range me up, I was charged for the batteries like normal ($4 each), but also a $5 charge for them to change the battery in the remote (took all but 30 seconds, if that). If they would have told me it would be a charge up front, I would have declined. By not explaining potential charges up front before performing a service and then expect to be paid for it, I see that as misleading. They may have received $13 from me this time, but I will never shop with this company again.
