I just had great Customer Service with Rebecca at the Blairs Ferry Rd store Cedar Rapids, IA. She is a keeper!! Dont lose her we need more people like her in this world. Also, the other employees there were super friendly and 😊
Arely was extremely helpful, even though I didn’t have an appointment, she quickly finished up with the customer she was taking care of and assisted me with my upgrade. She explained everything and answered all of my questions. While there are other Verizon locations near by, I’ve gone to this one for the last 3 upgrades and have always had amazing service. Thank you!
The attendants in the store were awesome. My phone is awesome only bad thing is trying to complete the deal of buying a phone took 4 hrs. Of my that me due to problems with internet and Verizon. I like to he old days where you walk in, pick out a phone you like, pay for it and that’s it. Great people though, very nice.
It took awhile due to various reason, but I was able to walk out the door with a new phone. Haley was very nice! I had a very good in-store experience! (However, I accidentally bought/was sold a wireless charger that my phone does not support.) Another thing to look at is any deals online before going in in advance, because I just found a $50 discount online (for in-store) that am not sure was applied toward my purchase.
I will as thrilled at the detail oriented, flexible attitude of the staff at Victra. Due to needing a system update, they had to keep my phone for a bit. I was able to run errands and come right back to pick it up. I even witnessed them manage a difficult customer with grace and professionalism. Go here for all your phone needs and enjoy!
We called ahead to make an appointment. We were home when we received a call from our salesperson and we said it would take us 15 minutes to get across town. It took us a little longer to get across town so we called her to let her know where we were and she told us to come . We arrived and stood outside the door for only a minute and she came out to get us. We were getting 2 phone upgrades. I had done research on the phones we were interested in.(Oh yes, when she took us in it was already past closing time on a Sunday night!) She was super nice, took her time to answer all of our questions and also took the time to explain different kinds of phone cases. I was very impressed. We were leaving and it was 5:45. We have been with Verizon for quite some time and she is my favorite salesperson by far!!!

Alek was extremely helpful and friendly. In my time in the store, she honestly felt like an awesome friend, which is amazing when I’m home 99.99% of the time right now. She was knowledgeable and patient as I weighed my options, and she made sure I had every discount and promotion offered at the time. I would definitely go to that store in the future, for all my Verizon needs!
Worst service I have ever encountered. Not one same sales person in three different visits. The individual setting up my phone did lengthy phone conversations about her personal phone with two different Verizon Techs-toggling between them on her personal phone. They would not stand behind a defective product they claimed I damaged. I suggest never going to the Blairs Ferry, Cedar Rapids Verizon/Victra location.

Hopefully their service is better when covid isnt around. 1 employee in the whole store. Told to wait in car for a text that it was my time. After 20 minutes I gave up and went to best buy. Another hour and a half later I finally got the text. Absolutely ridiculous. Nobody in their right mind wants to wait in their car in the cold for almost 2 hours just to buy a sim card. Never again will I go to this store.
Stopped in Verizon store couple of weeks ago to get some information about the new iPhone 12. Was shown the different models available and the different sizes of the iPhone 11 for comparison. Was given additional information about the camera upgrade & other features and accessories. Pre-ordered the iPhone Pro 12 before leaving.New phone came in today and went in to pick up. We were fortunate to get the same salesperson. Alek applied the protective screen, transferred data and deleted data on iPhone 7 that we traded in, showed us some of the new features and ensured the iPhone 12 was working properly before we left. Also answered our questions. 10-30-20.

Very friendly service on the wed. Morning we went into the store. Explained everything well. I like addressing people by their names and unfortunately the young women didnt have a name tag.other than that everyone seemed professional. Now Id like to add something to this review, the was a $10 coupon to write a review, after posting the review I did receive the text for the $10. Unfortunately when I clicked on the link for the $10 credit, the link informed me that THIS COUPON HAS ALREADY BEEN USED now thats a bunch of BS if you ask me, kind of a bait n switch. Lesson learned, dont waste you time filling out surveys.
Went in this weekend with my grandma to get her a new phone and the rep who helped us (Alek) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! We expected to be there quite a while with what we needed transferred and we were in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend this location and a big thank you to Alek!
I was so relieved to find this location open on a Sunday! After unsuccessfully attempting to get my device upgrade and transfers questions answered online I called this location and immediately was given helpful answers. Upon arrival at the store location I could see the professional and courteous way the staff was handling the social distancing protocol in response to the corona virus threat. After getting checked in the team helped get the device transfer completed. They helped sell us some accessories and saved us some money by checking a variety of account options. The team was putting in hours above and beyond what was expected. I would definitely recommend this team and location.

Worst customer service i have ever had in my life. As someone who has provided service for over 30 years, i say again, rhis was the worst. Scheduled an appointment and finally got in. The girl behind the counter just said what can i do for you today. I told her we needed new phones, she said what do you want and we walked over to the phones and she never moved. Didnt even look over at us. We told her what we wanted, she said we would have to order that cause we dont keep those in stock. We wanted another one, she said they dont make those anymore. I asked why is it on the shelf, she didnt even look at is and said i think they are coming out with a new one. We then asked what she had in such and of course it was the most expensive phone. She then i think thats all we have the girl never got off her chair and might have looked up at us twice. So we just walked out since they seem to not want to help any customers or sell any products. Guess we will just take our business elsewhere and buy the new phone cases and accessories elsewhere.
The Verizon employee gave me dedicated time and help beyond what I consider normal. She was kind and did more for my set up than I ever expected.Nice work!

I was in a pinch and needed a phone bad so i could work effectively the next day (i sell cars)After being turned down at a closing store i made it to this location at 7 the time they close.The woman behind the desk could have turned me away but instead let me get a new phone and went over everything with me instead of rushing me away. They worked late and really saved me at work today. All in all i had a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

I need a chargers for my phone. It was almost out of battery power. I followed the instructions as per the sign on the door and called them to let them know that my phone may die before I was notified by text thst it was my turn to enter. The response on the phone was pleasant and she personally came and got me to complete my purchase.
Jacob was very helpful in setting me up with a new phone. There were issues to deal with that were beyond his control but he persisted to make sure I would have a working phone. It was not a quick purchase but he eventually got everything resolved.

We waited outside for more than 20 minutes. Once inside we were seen by a manager. We started our explanation of our problem when he said he HAD to take a phone call and left us standing there for more than 30 minutes. When he finally returned and we said what we needed, he told us we needed to go to another store for our problem or call on the phone and gave us a number. I did not know that this was a “selling store” only. One hour we will never get back.
Jacob at the location on blairs ferry rd was amazing. He stayed late to help me get a new phone even after his coworker left right at closing. I would like to work With him only when dealing with my phone.

It hurts to give anyone or any business a bad review, and I honestly hate to do it. But Im still STEAMED at how they lie to you incessantly about unlocking outside phones to make sales commisions, how grossly understaffed 1 of the biggest corps in the USA CONTINUES to keep all its stores, and especially cutting off ALL service to a loyal customer of many yrs even though they werent open for whatever reason, without warning... or when I owed a lousy 31 cents one day later last July! Pretty lame...
I was very happy with how polite everyone was an apologizing for there internet being so slow.
I would never go there again

Visited store to pick up replacement phone that was ordered online. Poor customer service. Entered the store with only 1 other customer in store and was not acknowledged at arrival or for the next 10 minutes while they joked and generally made no progress on their deal. Avoid this store if you expect even a modicum of customer service.Not just the people of the store....most of the merchandise is over priced, or lacking in availability, or not even working as a display unit.
Went to pick up a phone that was ordered online. I had to wait outside for 35 minutes in 90 degree weather to be told when I got in the store that my order had been canceled when nobody had canceled it and the clerk had the phone in her hands. I was told I had to contact customer service to cancel it and then re order it again. Will never visit this store again.
Terrible customer service, avoid this location. @ 6:35 PM on a Friday and there is only one employee helping customers. The district manager left the store as I was walking in and chose to avoid asking if I needed help instead of saving me the hassle of waiting for nothing because they werent able to honor the warranty as a non corporate retail store. Save the headache and a bad business from taking your money. If you are in a hurry I would not suggest this location.
Sunday’s are the busiest day of the week for phone retailers. So why would you have only 1 person working on your busiest day? Ridiculous.
I, at the very least, expect to be acknowledged when I walk into the store. If you cannot get to me right away, I understand. But have some professional courtesy and at least acknowledge that I am standing there (or did stand there for 5 minutes before leaving).
Personnel seemed indifferent and were not very knowledgeable on phone issues and did not carry the accessories I needed. And it took an hour to see someone.

Spent a total of 3 hrs there to get a phone, bought a wireless charger, was not allowed to return it because I didnt have the right receipt, even though I never took the receipt out of the bag and the manager was there when I bought it and there when I tried to return it. Got doubled charged for the activation fee, took forever to get that corrected, was promised $150 for my Google pixel 2xl on Black Friday, their POS system was down, and was told the next day when I tried to get it that the promotion was not available anymore. If you need a phone, upgrade online, avoid this place like the plague.

Huge ripoff charges all kinds of fees. Tells you you will get credits that never show up. Sells you overpriced products with lifetime warranties that they will not honor. And smiles at you while they are telling you you are screwed. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Buyer Beware, they do a horrible job of explaining services. Asked for one plan, was signed up for another without my knowledge. They screwed up the PIN number and also had my name wrong. Thankfully Verizon phone customer service was able to sort it out for me. Go here as last resort.

Buying a tablet under the distress of needing to replace a deceased one is close to futulity. With the problems experienced in this store, it turns into a nightmare. The Samsung tablet was a great buy, but the service provided in setting it up was incompetent. The best the rep (Tamia) could say about the new model is customers say Its WAY BETTER than the old LG - HUH???In the course of setting the new one up, she didnt even warn me that I would need to change my google password - being so flustered, it was hard to get the pword correct.Once the table was setup, I set about spending all of the hours to get it conigured with the capabilities of the old one. So far so good!My spouse has a similar tablet to the LG one using the family plan data share. When access was attempted for that one, the telco connection was refused. Inspection of the VZ bill showed that the working LG (already across several states by now) was the one switched over to the new Samsung. After 45 min on the line with VZ help, we had to erase EVERYTHING I had just spent 3 days setting up in order to switch the virtual phone nmuber so that the working LG could be back in service.At that point, I was livid and extremely disappointed that such an error could be made. It caused me to have to redo the configurations and to bring the other LG back on line. This is such a serious mistake that any rep should know to double and tripple check which device is being replaced on a family plan.
Well at first it was a 5 on the 23rd when I got my phone and outter box case. But when I got him no clip to carry my phone in the bag. I called seeing how I left town for the holidays and and was told Dylan would call me back. Never got a call back stopped in when I came back to town and told to contact otter box when I never left the store with it. Really unhappy and unprofessional. So if you get Dylan Armstrong make sure to take your otter box case and dont leave anything behind.
The only Verizon store that actually will answer the phone and talk to you! Quick, easy answer for my question. Great person on the phone to deal with.
